This study will build a prompt response system based on accurate information about the internal structure of cultural heritages, including the roof structure, to improve the ability to contain and respond to the fire of wooden structure for safe preservation of cultural heritages with historical and academic values that are very vulnerable to fire, and develop a training simulation program based on virtual reality by applying the concept of Edutainment for systemized and interesting training of trainees with a response manual.

This study aims to understand the possibility of small city marketing strategies using B-grade cultural contents. This research focused on the case of Chungju City which applied B-grade cultural contents to city marketing. The process using B-grade cultural contents to small city marketing was investigated and hash-tags and comments on social media were coded and analyzed based on grounded theory. Also, the details were examined through in-depth interviews with the local government official in charge. The result has shown the characteristics of B-grade cultural contents describing the differences from the original B-grade culture as subcuture. First, publicity materials showed the characteristics of general B-grade culture such as retro, puns, and escape, showing the process of communication/participation/empathy. Second, improbability, intertextuality, extensibility, subversiveness, and authenticity were the five main factors for responses and empathy from the audience. Third, the ripple effect was formed through the simple narrative structure of 'intro-conclusion'. Finally B-grade cultural contents of Chungju showed new possibilities for sustainable small city marketing through the formation of new cultural assets.

The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze of the visitor's cognition of admission fee collection system in National Park. To accomplish the purposes, a questionnaire survey was employed in Songnisan National Park. The contents of questionnaire consist of the socioeconomic characteristics and the types of visiting, the activity, the cognition of admission fee collection system.339 samples of total 345 respondents were used for final analysis. As a result of the analysis, the socioeconomic characteristics and the types of visiting, the visiting purpose were showed similar trends with results from other National Park visitors survey. Most of respondents didn't recognize the raise of admission fee and how to use the admission fee. And they recognized that it is too expensive. Most of respondents recognized the joint collection of admission fee but they were strong against it. About the range of cultural assets in National Park, the cognition of 'Only Buddhism's assets in temple' was almost equal with the cognition of 'It includes not only cultural assets of inside and outside temple but also thick forest in National Park'. But most of respondents were strong against the collection of admission fee of cultural assets.

The wooden cultural assets have the characteristics such as the fast spread of flame and leading to total destruction. Therefore, there is a need for a system for early countermeasure of recognized problem, along with the technological response for accurately recognizing the situation, for the prevention and early suppression of fire. To utilize such technology for detecting the situation through the latest ubiquitous technology and for a quick response to suppress fire, the ubiquitous sensor network (USN) technology, flame detector, image sensor, USN-based cultural asset disaster prevention management application case and malfunction identification system realization were examined in this study and the study result was presented focusing on the flame detector malfunction identification system for the ubiquitous-type cultural asset disaster prevention system.
