21세기 소비자 문화 트렌드 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Costumer's Cultural Trend)

  • $21^{st}$ century customer is voluntary actor, who has hegemony of communication based on digital surrounding. They are co-creator dismantling boundary between production and spending, and digital homonarrance of digital storyteller acting on the emotion. What is more, they prove the utility of 5 sense, value, experience, and story in market. 20th century Me generation is changing into We generation, who overcomes a sense of alienation and aim at smart life style for harmonious symbiosis with earth environments. Customer cultural trends are as follow as that 1) personalization of taste and experience, 2) spreading and sharing about personal use and experience, 3) consumption centered the value, 4) retreat and healthcare, 5) counter trend comes into the reaction about the forceful major trend. Contemporary customer changes essence of the life on the ground of emotion, symbol, image, and value not a commodity, function, and logos, and demands into change about direction of business to mostly enterprises. Customer's need and desire are on the increase as various emotion and value. Therefore, change of customer cultural trend is barometers for the growth and development of new fashion industry in $21^{st}$ century.

포스트모더니즘 복식 칼라에 나타난 해체주의적 경향 (Dividinism of Collar of Costume in the Cultural Pattern of Post-Modernism)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Post-modernism social cultural pattern has been reflected in collar of costume. In the classes social, collar in costume is the expressive medium of ideology and status symbol such as Passium of ancian Ezypt and Byzantin collar which is examined religion belif. The conspicuous function of collar can be examed as the ruff collar, which is the expressive medium of self-confidence, but the whisk collar and the flat collar means decline the authorized conspicous function. In the cultural pattern of Post-modernism, collar in costume presents the coexistence of double-sides value such as androgyny, dividinism and eclecticism. For example, the tailored collar or shirt collar in women's suit with delicate materials express the self-confidence, energy and intelligence, and the round collar or the draped collar in men's suit with rough material express the sensibility and liberty. In the deconstructivity through breaking the basis form of the collar, callar can be transformed in to sleeve, cape or hat on occasion. In conclusion, the function of collar changes by the cultural pattern and expresses the spirit.

불복장물(佛腹藏物) 통해 본 복식(服飾) 사상성(思想性) 검토(檢討) (A Study on the thought of Fabrics and Costumes found in the Buddhist Statues)

  • It is fortunate to glance at the old fabric style through the fabrics found in the Buddhist statues. There fore these fabrics deserve more attention and significance among the various remains found in the Buddhist Statues and should be taken carc of as the cultural inheritance. Concepts in the traditional fabrics could be viewed in three different aspects, In the first, the five primary elemental conception(五方思想) deeply rooted as the part of life style in old time appeared in five dircctional colors of the costumes whicb in turn connected to the traditional thought of order and harmony with nature. The second is the formal aspect. As can be seen in the fabrics found in the Buddhist statue, religious symbol was shaped into spiritual representation. The third is the aspect of the textile motifs, where wealth and preference for son were symbolized and even a utopia they dreamed for was appeared in the motif. Considering these conceptual aspects, the traditional textiles could be understood in line with the other cultural activity and should be taken more attention since the idea embeddcd in the textiles or colthes reveal the essential thoughts in old time.

무궁화를 활용한 패션문화상품 개발 연구 (A study on the development of fashion culture products using Mugunghwa)

  • This paper is intended to apply Mugunghwa, which is the official flower that symbolizes the country, to fashion cultural products to promote the identity and enhance the cultural value of South Korea. The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding and use of tradition. As for study methods, first, the range of uses for Mugunghwa were examined from diverse angles, second, images associated with modern senses that reflect trends were developed to create more value. Third, the role of a cultural ambassador was proposed by adding the image of Mugunghwa to fashion accessories and miscellaneous goods applicable to real life. This was carried out through theoretical and empirical studies, such as literature reviews and case study analysis, and as a result, 13 textile designs and 26 fashion cultural products were developed. It is hoped that the foregoing will enable the pursuit of new values of the image symbolizing the country and the forming a bond, and it is expected that the foregoing can provide opportunities to develop diverse national symbols, thereby enhancing the national image.

  • 대전지역에 유형 무형의 근대문화유산을 지켜내지 못하고 사라져가는 현실은 도시의 역사적 가치나 정체성에 판단이 약해지고, 역사를 기반으로 하는 도시재생에 정책적 근거의 부재로 이어지고 있다. 기록유산으로서 자료는 지역의 특성이나 정체성을 나타내는 것으로 그 지역의 '물리적 정신적 표상이 될 수 있으며, 역사나 문화적 특징을 갖는 다양한 건조물 또는 경관 이미지는 역사와 문화를 기반으로 한 도시재생의 콘텐츠로서, 그리고 사라져가는 근대문화유산에 대한 진정성을 확인할 수 있는 사료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 지역 아카이빙에서 얻어지는 근대문화유산으로서 자료의 가치 이해와 활용이 공동체의식과 지역민의 애착과 자긍심을 갖게 하는 첫 단계로 볼 수 있으며, 이를 보존과 활용을 통해서 근대문화유산의 진정성을 유지하고, 도시재생의 차원에서 정주성 및 유대감의 형성과 문화 경제적 효과를 기대할 수 있는 정책방향에 대한 제언을 하고자 한다.

  • French Revolution, while re-establishing the political and social structure, had also changed the cultural conditions of French life and manners. clothing, as with other features of daily life, had some characteristic changes, which this article tried to specify and related with the social conditions. Those specific changes pointed out as typical and discussed herewith are: 1. Clothing manipulated as a political identity kit. 2. Simplification of colors and forms of men's costume. 3. Tendency toward uniformity. 4. Clothing as the symbol of political utopia. 5. The attraction of military uniform. 6. Moral decadence.

  • Landscape Architecture is the everlasting theme while the architecture is the concretionary symbol. In other words, greening system is the only living infrastructure in city. Sour of a city regional cultural connotation is decided by the city owners and presented as the exterior style and features by architecture, road, and context and landscape etc. This passage will discuss the outward manifestation and interior relationship, trend of development of Shanghai Style landscape and culture.   • This study is performed to establish the basis of the development of unique tropical botanical garden that will be connected with the identity of the local inheritance resources, 'Silla'. The glasshouse is the traditional 'Silla; housing and the landscape facilities are tried to imagine 'Silla' kingdom. Combination of the plant exhibition and the cultural inheritance resources can create their own unique theme. The garden divided into five spaces by life cycles of plants and the purpose of appreciation, the palm garden, ornamental foliage garden, flower garden, water lily garden, and tropical fruits garden. The appropriate flowers and trees are selected by their flowering time and the purpose of enjoyment. Especially, Ficus religiosa is the symbol plant of buddhism which is the state religion of 'Silla'.

알로하 셔츠의 발전 과정과 디자인 특성 (Design Characteristics and Development Process of Aloha Shirt)

  • "Aloha" is the Hawaiian word that extends the warmth friendliness, and pride of the Hawaiian people to their island's visitors. The aloha shirt truly symbolizes aloha sprit to islanders and visitors alike. The earliest foreign settlers in the Hawaiian Islands were the Chinese and Japanese. They brought with them their myriad talents and trades, among them the art of tailoring. In July of 1936, a shirtmaker named Ellery J.Chun coined the term "Aloha Shirt" an apt characterization for such an eloquent garment. He was the first to make the shirt on a commercial basis. The shirt sold for as little as a dollar in Chun's own King-Smith store. The genuine aloha shirt is now regaled as a work of art and avidly sought out by collectors. When tourism came to Hawaii in the late 1930s, these unusal shirts were among the first thing that visitors had to have. Local designers and tailors worked quickly to meet the demand and began to expand the range of decoration to include palm trees and romantic beaches, tropical jungles and volcanoes, exotic flowers and scenes from polynesian legend. Therefore the aloha shirt had been born. The functional use of creative colors and amazing artistic renderings in these shirts certainly capture the simplicity and sprit of Hawaii. Aloha shirt is dress that display mystery and charm of Hawaii and cultural symbol of condensed Hawaiian mind. Furthermore, the innocence with which Hawaiians formerly translated their life and heritage onto fabric ranks these shirts with the finest of American folk art. Aloha shirt is made from cotton, silk, rayon in present and past. Most important design element of Aloha shirt is print pattern. Main print pattern of Aloha shirt are all over pattern, horizontal pattern, border pattern, Japanese pattern, picture pattern and back panel pattern. In this study I investigate the design characteristics and development process of aloha shirt.
