판재의 초기집합조직이 평면변형률 스트레칭 변형에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Initial Textures on the Plane Strain Stretching)

  • Effect of the several initial textures such as random texture, rolling texture and cube texture, on the plane strain stretching was studied by interpretation of the finite element method. The calculation of yield locus indicated that the sheet oriented in the cube texture exhibits easy yielding on uniaxial stress state whereas the sheet having either a random or the rolling texture exhibits easy yielding on shear deformation. Upon stretching tests, the thickness strain at the center region contacting the punch was identical regardless of the initial textures while the dependence of the thickness strain on the initial texture was found in the other regions. In general punch loads required or the sheet with an initial cube texture was as expected from calculated yield locus, lower than those for the others.

  • Molecular dynamic simulations of nano indentation on single-crystal silicon (100) surface were performed using diamond indentor. Silicon substrate and diamond indentor were modeled diamond structure with Tersoff potential model. Phase transformation of silicon, incipient plastic deformation, change of incident temperature distribution are investigated through the change of potential energy distribution, displacement-load diagram, the change of kinetic energy distribution and displacements of silicon atoms. Phase transformation is highly localized and consists of a high-density region surrounding the tip. Axial load linearly increased according to the indenting depth. Number of atoms with high kinetic energy increased at the interface between substrate and indentor tip.

  • Microlens patterned micro-mold fabrication method for Light Guiding Plate(LGP), kernel part of LCD-BLU(Back Light Unit), was presented. Instead of erosion dot pattern for LCP optical design, microlens pattern, fabricated by LIGA-reflow process, was applied. Optical pattern design method was also developed not only for negative pattern LGP, but also positive pattern LGP. In order to achieve flow balance during the micro-injection molding process and dimensional accuracy, two LGP pattern was made in one micro-mold.

  • 본 연구에서는 Anodic Aluminum Oxide(AAO) 템플레이트 제조 시 알루미늄의 결정방위가 세공 형성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 시료는 직경 20mm 두께 2mm의 세가지 단결정 시편을 사용 하였으며 이는 XRD 장비로 $2{\theta}$ 측정결과를 통해 확인 하였다. 양극 산화전 평활한 면을 얻기 위해 다이아몬드분말로 미세연마하였으며 양극산화는 세가지 시편 모두 동일한 조건에서 2단계공정까지 진행하여 반복 실험 하였다. 결과는 전계방출주사전자현미경(FE-SEM)으로 표면의 세공형태를 관찰 하였다.

  • The "O"S' BONDING make metallic and non-metalic crystal structures and form localized superconducting orbitals , which induce electrical conduction , semi-conduction, and superconduction. The orbitals are proced by Ampere's law, Faraday's law , Meissner effect, highcritical temperature of thecopper oxide layers. abnomal trans-membrane signal in cancer cell and plastic deformations bytwins and dislocations, In the case of alloying metals, the most deterimentla cases of electrical conduction are those of solid solution and intermetalic compound . The highest case for the hardness are also those of solid solution and intermetallic compound. It explains the contributions of the "O"S' BONDING for conduction bands and plastic deformation by twins and dislocations.ns and dislocations.

  • Injection molded plastic parts have many surface defcts: Warpage, wedline, flowmark, zetting, scratching, shading and so on. In the desktop mnitor's case, Weld line have been one of the main surface defects. Nowadays in the pursuit of light weight of parts, one of the big problems of LCD Monitor thinks Warpage and surface shrinkage. In this paper, we introduce some instances for prevevting these defestcs in the side of mould drawing, parts drawing and processing condition. Based on these, we tried to find out the optimum processing conditions through repeatedly tried injection moulding after reflecting these instances.

  • 본 연구에서는 Anodic Aluminum Oxide(AAO)-Nano Template 제조 시 알루미늄의 결정방위가 AAO 미세공 형성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 시료는 직경 20mm 두께 2mm의 (200), (220), (111) 세가지 알루미늄 단결정 시편을 사용 하였으며 이는 XRD 장비로 단결정임을 확인 하였다. 양극산화에 앞서 평활한 면을 얻기 위해 다이아몬드 콤파운드($1{\mu}m$)로 미세연마 하였으며 양극산화는 세가지 시편에 대해 모두 동일한 조건에서 2단계 양극산화까지 하였다. 결과는 주사전자현미경(FE-SEM)으로 제조된 AAO 표면의 세공형태와 단면을 모두 관찰 하였으며 그 결과 (200) 결정방위가 (220), (111) 결정 방위보다 세공 형태 균일도 및 단면 정열도와 직진성이 우수함을 관찰 할 수 있었다.

  • Recently, magnesium alloys have been widely used in automotive, aerospace and electronic industries with the advantages such as lightweightness, high specific strength and stiffness. However, magnesium alloy has quite low formability at room temperature due to its hexagonal close-packed crystal structure. Warm deep drawing is one of the forming technologies to improve the formability of magnesium alloy sheet and the lubrication condition is an important process parameter in that. In this study, the drawing tests of AZ31 alloy sheet at elevated temperature for various kinds of lubricant were carried out and the effects of lubrication conditions on drawbility were investigated.

  • Since Mg alloy has many attractive advantages among the practically used metals, many researchers have been studied to develop useful process and material. The crystal structure of Magnesium was hexagonal close-packed, so its formability was poor at room temperature. But formability was improved in high temperature with increasing of slip planes, twins, dynamic recrystallization. In this study The formability of AZ31B magnesium sheet is estimated according to the variable temperatures, forming speed, thickness, blank holding force. The results of deep drawing experiences show that the formability is well at the range from 200 to $250^{\circ}C$, 20 to 60 mm/min forming speed and 2.5 to 3KN blank holding force.
