정전비용을 고려한 배전계통 설비의 투자 계획 수립 방안연구 (Study on a Scheme of Investment Considering Customer Interruption Cost in Power Distribution System)

  • It is concentrated on a methodology to establish a scheme of investment on power distribution systems of components. This paper provides a methodology to estimate the scheme as using a customer interruption cost regarding reliability indices in power distribution systems. The proposed method basically uses the failure rate depending on time for explaining the deterioration of a component. Therefore, the theory of the sensitivity is used for deciding the precedence of the investment to consider an effect of each component's failure rate on the system reliability. After Estimating the sensitivity on component investment cost making incremental reliability level is produced by component's investment cost accumulated according to the precedence of the sensitivity. After that, the failure rate corresponding with reliability level on the curve of investment cost is used as producing the curve of customer interruption cost. Two curves have the crossing point that is proposed to acceptable reliability level for customer and utility. In this paper, the acceptable reliability level for customer with the utility is assessed to analyze customer interruption cost and sensitivity of reliability indices. In conclusion the result of investment based on this method is shown to the reliability level with two cost.

  • While the vessel become bigger and high speed, navigational passages become narrow due to an enlargement of all sorts of new ports, sea-crossing bridges and anchorages, leading to the high probability of marine accidents. Furthermore, a constant increase in the maritime transportation and the traffic volume on the sea led to a variety of sea traffic environments and it is a trend for the demand for the sea transportation environment to increase steadily. At this point of time, the Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs introduced the Korea Maritime Safety Laws evaluating the degree that The Safety Audit System for maritime transport, which evaluates the degree that all kinds of port facilities installed temporarily or installed into navigational passages, and the installations and repair constructions of S.O.C. facilities affect ships' traffic safety, was introduced through Korea Maritime Safety Laws and went into effect from November 28th, 2009. This study was performed to introduce an outline including the concept and purpose of the Maritime Safety Audit(MSA) system for maritime transport and the technological guidelines for scientific and standardized enforcement, thereby analyzing the system.

도시간선도로에서의 인터체인지 성능 비교 연구 (A Performance Assessment of Urban Arterial Highway Interchanges)

  • 인터체인지는 자동차와 보행자의 기본적인 통행기능을 비롯하여 도로 주변시설로의 출입, 자동차와 보행자의 체류기능 등 다양한 기능을 가지고 있다. 이러한 인터체인지는 시대의 변화에 따라 통행기능의 고속성 안전성 및 도심공간기능 등에 대한 사회적 요청이 보다 강해지고 있다. 인터체인지에서의 교통의 안전성과 효율성은 인터체인지 형식에 의해서 크게 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 도시부 간선도로에서의 인터체인지를 대상으로 교통량, 차로 수, 좌회전 비율 을 변화시켜가며 인터체인지 형태별 지체정도 및 인터체인지 건설비용을 고려한 상대지체를 분석하였다. 연구는 평면교차 Diamond, Roundabout, SPUI(Single Point Urban Interchange), Echelon 인터체인지를 대상으로 하였고. 교통량은 본선3차로 3000대, 접속도로 교통량은 $1{\sim}2$차로, $500{\sim}2000$대 까지 500대씩 변화, 접속도로의 좌회전 비율은 $10{\sim}30%$까지 10%단위로 변화. 본선에서의 연결로(본선에서 접속도로 진출차량) 교통량은 500, 1000대로 변화시키며 각 시나리오를 작성하였다. VISSIM Simulation을 통하여 각 시나리오별 상대 지체 값을 도출하였고 인터체인지 공사비를 고려하여 개별차량 지체 값을 비교하였다 개별차량 지체 값 비교를 통하여 교통량, 차로 수, 좌회전 비율에 따라 최적인터체인지형태를 결론으로 도출하였다.

강바닥판의 스캘럽·다이아프램 설치 유무에 따른 교차부·컷아웃부 응력집중 (Stress Concentration at Connection and Cut-Out Parts according to Existence of Scallop and Diaphragms on Orthotropic Steel Decks)

  • 강바닥판 교량은 비교적 얇은 강판을 서로 용접에 의해 연결한 구조물로서 많은 양의 용접을 피할 수 없다. 강바닥판의 횡리브복부판에서는 전단력과 비틀림 모멘트가 작용하는 동시에 종리브의 비틀림으로 인한 면내 면외 변형이 작용하기 때문에 종리브-횡리브 복부판-데크플레이트 교차부 및 횡리브복부판 컷아웃(슬릿)부에서 응력집중 현상이 두드러지게 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 교차부 및 컷아웃(슬릿)부에서의 응력집중 현상 완화 및 피로성능 개선에 유리한 구조상세를 도출하고자 교차부에 스캘럽 유무 및 횡리브 복부판면과 일치되도록 종리브 내부에 설치하는 다이아프램의 설치 유무를 매개변수로 구조해석을 수행하였다. 다이아프램을 설치하는 동시에 교차부에 스캘럽을 두지 않을 경우 교차부 및 컷아웃(슬릿)부에서 최대응력 감소효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 교차부 및 컷아웃부에서의 응력집중 현상을 완화시켜 피로성능 개선에 기대효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

선박조종시뮬레이터를 이용한 울산항 원유부이이설의 안전성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Assessment of the replaced Single Buoy Mooring at Ulsan Harbor by Ship Handling Simulator)

  • In accordance with the development plans of Ulsan harbor, Ulsan new harbor will be contructed considering supporting Ulsan harbor as a safe berthing and departure at single buoy mooring(SBM). In this study, we used a full-mission ship handling simulator adopting 300,000 DWT VLCC manoeuvered at the planned Ulsan SBM. Five masters who have had a long experience of ship maneuvering were called to carry out the simulations, of which each scenario were tried one, completed total of 68 times. The marine traffic safety was assessed in terms of 1) the closest point of approach(CPA) to other SBM and breakwater in the vicinity and the probability of crossing the restricted area of the closest SBM and fairway limit, 2) subjective evaluation such as the mental burden and the maneuvering difficulty of shiphanders, and 3) the opinions of shiphandlers. From the result of this simulation, we have a conclusion as follows; First, because crude oil berthing angle is so small by current S-OiL Co. crude oil buoy by SK Co. No 3 crude oil buoy different view SK Co. No 3 crude oil buoy and interference of current KNOC crude oil buoy, Berthing is impossible, and Emergency departing is very dangerous too operation impossible. Second it is desirable that SK Co. No 2 and No 3 Single buoy Mooring that do different view controls position so that to be not put in straight line each other. Third, SK Co. No 1 and 2 single buoy mooring that do different view to Onsanhang berthing and departing is seized by single buoy mooring by external force ship that set sail does faith control need.

브루넬레스키의 산타 마리아 델 휘오레 교회의 돔계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dome Plan of S. M. del Fiore Church of F. Brunelleschi)

  • The purpose of this paper is a study on the dome plan of S. M. del Fiore Church of F. Brunelleschi. The results of study are as follows: 1. The planning of floor, elevation and cross section plan of S. M. del Fiore church is basically planned by each other correlation. In particular, the octangular form of geometrical standard which is formed with altar as the center at the crossing part is important component elements which is decided by not only the dome, but form and size of the drum and floor plan form of the lantern 2. The dome which has been planned by F. Brunelleshi has completed the new dome, preserving gothic thought intended by the church plan after study on architecture of ancient Rome with Pantheon. And the dome which is a main space of church through all aspects of plan, structure, function and construction about the dome is a opportunity in the beginning of Renaissance architecture which is a new epoch and a turning point of architecture on various point of view. 3. The dome which is constructed by F. Brunelleshi has been planned through the innovative solution by the refusal of traditional semicircle form dome, centering use and creation double-shell structure form for the first time in history. And the construction of dome has been solved with the invention of various construction equipments and machineries, the stone rib planned for connection and reinforcement about shells of the octangular form, the support method for reduction the gravity of bricklayers work and the brick work of nock-patterned shape which is masonry construction method of the architecture of ancient Rome.

음성의 묵음구간 검출을 통한 DTW의 성능개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of DTW with Speech Silence Detection)

  • Speaker recognition is the technology that confirms the identification of speaker by using the characteristic of speech. Such technique is classified into speaker identification and speaker verification: The first method discriminates the speaker from the preregistered group and recognize the word, the second verifies the speaker who claims the identification. This method that extracts the information of speaker from the speech and confirms the individual identification becomes one of the most efficient technology as the service via telephone network is popularized. Some problems, however, must be solved for the real application as follows; The first thing is concerning that the safe method is necessary to reject the imposter because the recognition is not performed for the only preregistered customer. The second thing is about the fact that the characteristic of speech is changed as time goes by, So this fact causes the severe degradation of recognition rate and the inconvenience of users as the number of times to utter the text increases. The last thing is relating to the fact that the common characteristic among speakers causes the wrong recognition result. The silence parts being included the center of speech cause that identification rate is decreased. In this paper, to make improvement, We proposed identification rate can be improved by removing silence part before processing identification algorithm. The methods detecting speech area are zero crossing rate, energy of signal detect end point and starting point of the speech and process DTW algorithm by using two methods in this paper. As a result, the proposed method is obtained about 3% of improved recognition rate compare with the conventional methods.

손가락 마디 추정을 이용한 비전 및 깊이 정보 기반 손 인터페이스 방법 (Vision and Depth Information based Real-time Hand Interface Method Using Finger Joint Estimation)

  • 본 논문에서는 손가락 마디 추정을 이용한 비전 및 깊이 정보 기반 손 인터페이스 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 비주얼 영상 및 깊이 정보 영상을 매핑한 후 왼손과 오른손의 영역의 레이블링 및 윤곽선 잡음 보정 후 각 손 영역에 대하여 손 중심점 및 회전각을 구현한다. 그리고 손 중심점에서 일정간격의 원을 확장하여 손 경계 교차점의 중간 지점을 계산하여 손가락 끝점과 마디를 추정하여 사용자의 손가락 동작을 인식한다. 본 방법을 실험한 결과 손의 회전 및 손가락 시작점 및 끝점을 정확하게 추정하여 다양한 손동작 인식 및 제어가 가능함을 보였다. 왼손과 오른손을 사용하여 다양한 손 포즈에 대해 실험한 결과, 본 논문의 제안 방법은 평균 90% 이상의 정확도로 초당 25프레임 이상의 처리 성능을 보였다. 제안 방법은 컴퓨터간의 HCI 제어, 게임, 교육 등의 비접촉식 인터페이스 응용분야에 적용될 수 있다.

GPU를 이용한 대량 삼각형 교차 알고리즘 (Robust GPU-based intersection algorithm for a large triangle set)

  • 삼각형간의 교차 계산은 많은 3 차원 기하 문제들을 해결하는데 있어서 기본적으로 요구되는 연산 과정이다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 삼각형 집합 안에서의 교차 계산을 효율적이며 강인하게 처리할 수 있는 GPU 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 k-d 트리의 구성, 삼각형쌍 생성, 정확한 교차 계산을 모두 GPU에서 처리한다. 여기서 사용되는 k-d 트리에서는 분할 과정 중에 삼각형들의 복사가 많이 발생한다. 이렇게 복사된 삼각형들로 인하여 중복된 삼각형쌍들이 많이 생성되는데, 이러한 중복 삼각형쌍들을 효율적으로 제거하기 위하여 분할 인덱스를 도입하였다. 분할 인덱스는 간단한 논리곱 연산만으로 중복 여부를 효과적으로 판단할 수 있다. 수치적 강인성을 높이기 위하여는 부동소숫점 필터링을 통해 불안전한 삼각형쌍들을 분리하고, CLP(controlled linear perturbation)를 이용하여 CPU쓰레드에서 처리하도록 하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 기존의 민코스키합 알고리즘의 합삼각형 교차계산에 적용하여 효율성과 강인성을 입증하였다.

골프복 범용착용실태와 이미지 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the General Wearing Attitude and Brand Image Perception for Golf Wear)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the general wearing attitude & brand Image Perception for Golf Wear in wearer's mind, and to investigate the brand preference on the image characteristics of golf wear, and to find out the wearer's purchasing point for golf wear, for developing the possibility and strategy of the golf wear market for the apparel marketers and manufacturers. For this study, the data obtained from 210 respondents were analyzed by the descriptive statistics, Pearson's simple correlation, Crossing Analysis, parato graph. The results from the study were as follow : The respondents who were specially wearing for golf game were 23.3%(49 persons) among the 210 respondents. The 210 respondents evaluated highly the features of golf wear, such as design(51%), quality(44.3%), materials(36.2%), color(35.2%), size(21.0%), as the purchasing point for golf shirts, otherwise, the 210 respondents evaluated lowly the social aspects of golf wear, such as, fashion conformity, brand loyalty and promotion. And the most important material features for the golf wear was the elasticity, speed dryness by the 210 respondents The most frequent brand by 207 respondents described in the free style was Daks(11.1%) and Ping(11.1%). The 205 respondents described in the free style evaluated Daks(14.6%) as the most preference brand. The reason for the most preference brand was based with the comfort and pleasure of design, quality, color, size, materials.
