  • Many retailers have extended their extant online channels (i.e., websites) to mobile channels for communicating with and delivering their products or services to customers. However, retailers have trouble delivering a cohesive and seamless customer experience across the Web and mobile channels. To address this challenge, we propose a way for retailers to enrich customers' seamless experiences across channels by configuring mobile channels (functionality- and interactivity-oriented configurations) along with traditional Web channels. This study theoretically contributes a research framework that posits the role of mobile channels as an extension of existing websites. It also provides practical insight for effectively articulating an e-commerce strategy in cross-channel electronic commerce.

How to establish the overall efficiency and effectiveness of a global enterprise becomes more and more important to the E-business. The study investigates the cross-national psychometric prosperities of the establishment in the E-business. Using a cross-national survey of customers from Korea and China to compare the Korean customers' acceptance of e-business with the Chinese customers', and compare the development of e-business in Korea with the development in China it will be found that Korea and China samples shared a somewhat similar factor structure. And there are also some differences between Korea and China. These findings suggest that the way to establish the e-business strategy is influenced by the cultural effects. So focusing on the cultural differences among the countries becomes more and more important, this study will help to analysis how to use the different cultural dimension to establish the better CRM system in the e-business field.

  • The present study empirically tested hypotheses delineated from a proposed model of trust-forgiveness-performance of business services, Empirical data was collected from 506 business service companies in Korea, Japan and China. The structural equation model analysis confirmed the significant effect of forgiveness on relational performance and trust on forgiveness, and also found there exist meaningful cross-national differences and similarities both in intensity and directionality of the relations.

  • This study empirically examined the effect of ownership on cross-border acquisition performance. This study analyzed 284 international acquisitions undertaken by Korean public companies between 1986 and 2008. This study showed that the ownership had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. Furthermore, this study found that the interaction between the ownership and cultural distance had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. This study also showed support that the interaction between the ownership and acquisition relatedness had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. This study improved the understanding of roles of the ownership and complemented previous research on the relationship among cultural distance, acquisition relatedness, and cross-border acquisition performance.

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the linkages among cross-channel integration capability (CCI), showrooming, webrooming, and customer value of retail enterprises. From the literature review, this research proposes the research model on the direct impact of showrooming and webrooming on customer value as well as the indirect impact of cross-channel integration capability on customer value which is mediated by both showrooming and webrooming of retail enterprises. Research design, data, and methodology: By conducting a survey of 304 consumers in the five biggest retailers in Hanoi-Vietnam from mid-September 2021 to the end of November 2021, the PLS-SEM was used to test the hypotheses. Results: The research results reveal the favorable impact of (CCI) on improving showrooming and webrooming, and the important role of developing both showrooming and webrooming in bringing more value to the customer of retail enterprises. The findings also express that showrooming and webrooming acts mediating role in the favorable relationship between (CCI) and customer value of retailers. Conclusions: This research clarifies the positive impact of (CCI), showrooming, and webrooming on customer value. In addition, this study suggests practical implications for retail managers to provide more value for customers by enhancing (CCI) and developing both showrooming and webrooming.

  • According to the returns of Housing and business cycle over the period 1992 to 2007, it is a measure of the total volatility faced by investors in Housing properties. First, it isn't a distinct difference from business cycle contrary to U.S. Second, the rise of purchase price in total apartments moves up the consumer price index. According to the cross-sectional dispersion of returns and growth in net operating income (NOI) of apartments, industrial, retail and office properties using panel data for U.S. metropolitan areas over the period 1986 to 2002, it is a measure of the total volatility faced by investors in commercial real estate. To the extent that most of that volatility is difficult to diversify, cross-sectional dispersion may be an appropriate measure of risk.

  • Using the frequency-based decomposition, I decompose the consumption growth to explain well-known patterns of stock returns in the Korean market. To be more specific, the consumption growth is decomposed by its half-life of shocks. The component over four years of half-life is called the business-cycle consumption component, and the components with half-lives under four years are short-run components. I compute the long-run and short-run components of stock excess returns as well and use component-by-component sensitivities to price stock portfolios. As a result, the business-cycle consumption risk with half-life of over four years is useful in explaining the cross-section of size-book-to-market portfolios and size-momentum portfolios in the Korean stock market. The short-run components have their own pricing abilities with mixed direction, so that the restricted one short-term factor model is rejected. The explanatory power with short- and long-run components is comparable to that of the Fama-French three-factor model. The components with one- to four-year half-lives are also helpful in explaining the returns. The results about the long-run components emphasize the importance of long-run component in consumption growth to explain the asset returns.

  • Fierce competition in today's global markets, the heightened expectation of customers have forced business enterprises to invest in, and focus attentions on, their Supply Chains, Also Cross Docking is an essential part of SC, and integrating Cross Docking with vehicle routing scheduling is needed to smoothly link the physical flow of SC, However, there is no the mathematical model which focuses on Cross Docking with vehicle routing scheduling. Therefore, the integrating model considers Cross Docking and vehicle routing scheduling will be developed in this paper. And the solution based on Tabu algorithm to this model will be provided.

  • Abroad service of domestic academic thesis is very important for the enhancement of cited counting and Korea journals acknowledgement. The basis is to register DOI, the international academic thesis identifier at each thesis. It requires uneasy process depositing academic thesis to CrossRef which manages and registers DOI. KISTI has been conducting DOI/CrossRef deposit business object to domestic societies in scientific and technical field. In this thesis, we designed and implemented academic thesis DOI enrollment supporting system which is able to manage the required process on the online for the DOI/crossRef deposit business.
