The correlation identification of the subsurface is a novel electrical prospecting method which could suppress stochastic noise. This method is increasingly being utilized by geophysicists. It achieves the frequency response of the underground media through division of the cross spectrum of the input & output signal and the auto spectrum of the input signal. This is subject to the spectral leakage when the cross spectrum and the auto spectrum are computed from cross correlation and autocorrelation function by Discrete Fourier Transformation (DFT, "To obtain an accurate frequency response of the earth system, we propose an improved correlation identification method which uses all phase Fast Fourier Transform (APFFT) to acquire the cross spectrum and the auto spectrum. Simulation and engineering application results show that compared to existing correlation identification algorithm the new approach demonstrates more precise frequency response, especially the phase response of the system under identification.

Two surveys for exploring communicative paths toward political participation were conducted with relatively large samples of Americans (N = 1001) and South Koreans (N = 1166). Hierarchical regression modeling of the relationships among demographics, personal networks, news consumption, and cross-cutting discussion and political participation demonstrated mostly commonalities between the two samples, including the interaction between political diversity and Twitter usage for news access but with distinct effect sizes of cross-cutting discussion on political participation. We attribute the differences to the two countries' distinct histories of democracy and culture, and the commonalities to the general relationships between cross-cutting discussion and political participation moderated by strong ties political homogeneity.

In this paper, a method for computing the capacitance parameter for a multi-interconnection line in a multilayered dielectric region is presented. The number of interconnection lines and the number of dielectric layers are arbitrary, and the interconnection lines are finite cross section or infinite cross section. The surface of lines and dielectric interface are divided into subsection. The surface charge density of each subsection is a constant step-pulse function for each subsection. After the solution of surface charge density is effected by the method of moments, capacitance parameter is calculated.

Palplus system is a new European 16:9 wide screen TV format which has a full compatibility with standard PAL and the system has a advantage of improving picture quality by the reduction of cross color and cross luminance as well as making use of the full horizontal luminance bandwidth of the PAL system. We implemented European 16:9 PALplus Digital decoder(625/50/2:1) system using SVP(Serial Video Processor) IC and discrete helper demodulator.

Laboratory experiment of polarimetric GPR measurement was conducted for the purpose of estimating subsurface inhomogeneity. Tow realization of inhomogeneous subsurface media were made by burying stone objects of different dimensions in homogeneous dry sand. Polarization ratio of cross polarization to co polarization data were examined to find their obviously distinguishable behavior.

We fabricated flexible OTFT-backplanes for the electrophoretic display(EPD). The OTFTs employed bottom contact structure on PEN substrate and used the cross-linked polyvinylphenol for gate insulator, pentacene for active layer. Especially, we used PVA/Acryl double layers for passivation of backplane as well as for pixel dielectric layer between backplane and EPD panel. The OTFT-EPD panel worked successfully anddemonstrated to display some patterns.

본 논문에서는 관상동맥 질환의 객관적 분석을 위해, 혈관단면영상에서의 ROI(Lumen, Media, Plaque)에 대한 정확한 분할과 분할한 영역에서 질병을 유발시키는 요소들에 대한 정량적 분석을 위한 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 Visual C++ 6.0을 이용하여 개발하였으며, 현미경으로부터 획득한 관상동맥 단면영상에 적용하여 Lumen, Media와 Plaque를 분할하고, 각 영역의 형태학적 특징을 추출하여 분석 결과를 파일로 저장할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 분석된 결과는 심장질환의 객관적 진단을 위한 보조판단근거로써 사용될 것으로 기대한다.

The purposes of this study were to categorize the fashion involvement of male and female college students in their twenties and to investigate the relationship of the types of fashion involvement to the conformity to TV media stars and information source. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, cluster analysis, cross-tabulation analysis. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Fashion involvement was categorized into four factors; pleasure, fashionableness, symbolism, and availability. The conformity to TV media stars was categorized into fashion conformity, star imitation, interests in TV programs, and interests in stars. Information source was divided into mass media, product information, and personal information. 2. There were significant differences in the conformity to media stars and information source by the different types of fashion involvement. 3. The results for the correlation between the conformity to TV media stars and information source showed that there were significant correlations with all of the factors.

컬럼-기반 데이터베이스 저장소는 우수한 입출력 성능으로 대용량 데이터 분석 시스템을 위한 매우 진보적인 모델이다. 전통적인 데이터 저장소는 빠른 쓰기 연산을 위하여 한 레코드의 속성들을 하드 디스크에 연속적으로 배치되어 있는 가로-지향 저장 모델을 활용하였다. 하지만 검색이 대부분인 데이터웨어하우스 시스템을 위해서는 월등한 판독 성능 때문에 컬럼-지향 저장소가 더 적합한 모델이 되고 있다. 또한 최근에는 MLC 플래시 메모리를 사용한 SSD가 고속 데이터 분석 시스템을 위한 적합한 저장 매체로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고속 컬럼-지향 데이터 저장소 모델을 도입하고, 고속 컬럼-지향 데이터웨어하우스 시스템을 위한 교차 압축 이중화를 활용하는 새로운 저장소 관리 기법을 제안한다. 본 저장소 관리 기법은 두 개의 MLC SSD에 기반하며, 압축과 비압축된 세그먼트의 교차 이중화를 통하여 높은 CPU 및 입출력 부하에서도 우수한 저장 성능과 안정성을 얻는다. 성능 평가 결과를 통하여 본 저장소 관리 기법이 기존 기법보다 컬럼 세그먼트 갱신 처리치 및 그 응답시간 측면에서 더 우수함을 확인하였다.

This study developed and tested the impact of hallyu 4.0, social media, and consumer ethnocentrism on the decision to purchase Korean products of Generation C in Vietnam. Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies were utilized in this study. Qualitative research was first carried out with in-depth interview, conducted to derive measurement items for the interested constructs. Quantitative research used cross-sectional field design by pilot study and official study. The model was tested and developed using data collected by questionnaires, from a sample of 575 respondents, by both electronic and paper surveys with non-probability and convenience sampling techniques. SPSS 20 and AMOS 20 software were employed to analyze the data. The results of structural equation modeling showed that hallyu 4.0, social media, and consumer ethnocentrism influenced the intermediates variables: subject norms, trust, attitude and behavioral intention and influenced purchase decision. The hallyu 4.0, social media, and consumer ethnocentrism are independent variables. They impact purchase decision through mediating variables such as trust, subjective norms, attitude and behavioral intention. Social media influences not only to trust but also to subjective norms. Subjective norms influence on purchase decision. This study also discovers an interesting fact that trust and attitude variables have an impact on behavioral intention and purchase decision.
