Ganglioneuroma is a well-differentiated, benign tumor of the sympathetic nervous system. These tumors belong to a family of neoplasm that exhibit a wide range of differentiation, with neuroblastoma at one end and ganglioneuroma at the other. Because it share morphologic features with other both benign and malignant neural tumors, accurate preoperative diagnosis is often difficult. Nonetheless, it is critical for proper management. Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) in the diagnosis of the ganglioneuroma has been a little documented. We describe a case of mediastinal ganglioneuroma in a 33-month-old girl. The diagnosis was suggested on FNAC and was confirmed by histopathologic examination later.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors related to adolescence' post-sexual assault attitudes and behaviors. 906 students from 5girls high schools completed self-reported questionnaires. Independent variables are sexual attitudes, rape myth acceptance, perceived importance of sexuality education, parent sexuality education, parent closeness, parent superintendence, family functioning and socioeconomic variables. The data were analyzed by Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS program. The significant influencing factors were home sexuality education, perceived necessity & importance of sexuality education, parent closeness, parent superintendence, family functioning, grade, vocational school, rape myth(rapists are mentally ill, dating partner would not be rapist. rapists are stranger), sexual attitudes(sexual permissiveness, gender equality, family planning, STDs & prostitution, marriage and divorce and abortion), and dating experience. Examination of barriers to post-sexual assault coping behaviors and attitudes is critical component of victim recovery and rape prevention. This study would gives basic information to the effective prevention and coping program development related to sexual assault.

Avulsion of the triceps brachii is an uncommon injury. The usual mechanism of injury is fall onto an outstretched hand but can occur after direct contact injuries. Diagnosis is critical and dependent on history, physical examination, and radiological findings. Rupture of triceps brachii occurs most frequently at the tendo-osseous insertion and may be complete or partial, and could be associated with radial head fracture. Treatments include surgical repair of the complete rupture and immobilization of partial triceps rupture. We report 3 cases of triceps avulsion fractures treated by open surgical repair with literature reviews.

The small-waterplane-area-twin-hull(SWATH) ship has been recognized as a promising high performance ship because of her superior seakeeping characteristics and large deck area for various operations compared to the conventional monohull ship. significant advances in analytical technics for the prediction of the ship motions, wave loads and structural responses, structural fatigue and its prediction, and hull vibration for ship motions, wave loads and structural responses, structural fatigue and its prediction, and hull vibration for SWATH ship have been much developed during the last twenty years. Based on these developments in technology an integrated computational procedures for prediction wave loads and structural responses can be used to get a accurate results. But the major problem of SWATH ship's structural design is the accurate prediction of structural responses by the maximum critical loads likely to be experienced during the life of SWATH. To get a easier and safer computational procedures and the analytical approach for determining the accurate structural responses, a case study has been presented through the project experienced.

This paper presents the structural performance monitoring of an urban footbridge located in Hangzhou, China. The structural health monitoring (SHM) system is designed and implemented for the footbridge to monitor the structural responses of the footbridge and to ensure the structural safety during the period of operation. The monitoring data of stress and displacement measured by the fiber Bragg grating (FBG)-based sensors installed at the critical locations are used to analyze and assess the operation performance of the footbridge. A linear regression method is applied to separate the temperature effect from the stress monitoring data measured by the FBG-based strain sensors. In addition, the static vertical displacement of the footbridge measured by the FBG-based hydrostatic level gauges are presented and compared with the dynamic displacement remotely measured by a machine vision-based measurement system. Based on the examination of the monitored stress and displacement data, the structural safety evaluation is executed in combination with the defined condition index.

회전근 개 질환에 대한 초음파 검사는 비침습적이며 동적인 검사이며, 최근의 발달을 통해 MRI에 비견할 만한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 또한 초음파 유도하의 주사 치료뿐 만 아니라 회전근 개 복원술 등의 수술적 치료 후 추적 검사로도 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 초음파 장비의 발전, 검사자의 숙련도 및 병증에 대한 사전 지식은 초음파를 이용한 회전근 개 질환의 진단과 치료에 있어 무엇보다 중요한 요소로 알려지고 있다.

본 논문에서는 하드디스크를 제조사들의 노하우와 수리업체에서 얻은 수많은 경험을 통해 얻어지는 기술을 하드디스크의 종류별 호환 모델과 복구를 위한 증상에 따른 조치 및 수리 방법에 대해서 분석하고자 한다. 하지만, 논문에 있는 데로 똑같이 시도하더라도 숙련도가 미숙한 사용자라면 성공할 가능성이 많지 않다. 좀 더 신중히 고장 하드디스크를 진단하고 다루어야 할것이며, 충분한 연습 후 실행에 옮겨야 할 것이다. 분석은 증상별 육안검사, 소리, 빈도수 별로 시도 되었으며, 이 결과는 귀중한 증거물의 데이터를 복원하는데 귀중한 자료가 될 수 있다.

Fire accident in tunnel is one of the most critical railway accidents, together with overturning of train by derailment and train crash. Tunnel structures contribute to minimize the cost and time of transport, but in case of railway fire accident occurring bring serious damages of human life caused by narrowness of shelter, poisonous smoke and high temperature raised at the inside of tunnel. For that reason, at the beginning of plan of tunnel, the optimum design for rescue of passengers is needed. For the detail and most suitable design for rescue of passengers, many tunnel designer substituted simulation program for mock examination by its high cost and effort. In this study, simulation program techniques, such as Fluent and Simulex, are applied for verifying the rescue design of passengers reduced the risk when fire accident occurred at tunnel utilizing of case study for planned railway tunnels shows 1,245m length in Iksan-Sili area.

Mechanisms for the hypocholesterolemic effetcs of $\beta$-glucan remain unclear. Rats were divided into 3 groups; normal control group, atherogenic group(oral administration of cholesterol 40 mg/kg/day and vitamin $D_2$320,000 IU/kg/day),${\beta}$-glucan treatment group(oral administration of atherogenic treatment and ${\beta}$-glucan 0.135 g/kg/day). The ${\beta}$-glucan treatment group showed moderate increases of serum lipids concentration compared with atherogenic group. In histopathological examination, aortas showed no critical lesions. The total fecal neutral sterols and bile acids excreted for 6 days was increased compared with both normal and atherogenic group. These result\ulcorner suggest that mechanisms for the hypocholesterolemic effect of ${\beta}$-glucan on rats were due to the inhibition of cholesterol absorption in the intestinal lumen and acceleration of cholesterol catabolism in the liver.

With respect to stochastic delays at linked signals the solid quantitative information has not been available as yet. On the basis of field data the values of "I" (variance-mean ration of flow) were related with the rate of flow. The stochastic delays with specific "I" values were obtained from the distribution of overflow queue, which were calculated by the use of Markov chains. This examination of the results led to the derivation of a simple method for calculating stochastic dclays through the introduction of "I" into Miller's model. The good agreement was shown between the model and the field. The relationships between the cycle lengths and delays were examinated in a large number of conditions with regard to degree of saturation. signal split and link length. Within the practical range of cycle length uniform delays were dominant and no critical point was found in terms of minimum, delay. In highly saturated conditions however the weight of stochastic delay is noticeable.
