The purpose of this study was to identify the criteria of evaluating a price-comparison website, and to investigate the consumers' perceived importance and satisfaction of each criterion. Also, it compared both the importance and satisfaction levels based on consumers' socio-economic and Internet-usage characteristics. Data for this study came from a questionnaire completed by consumers (n=417), who had used the price-comparison website, and were analyzed through factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the evaluation criteria of the price-comparison website were categorized into five variety of information, accuracy, convenience, credibility, and the website system. Second, convenience of searching information was seen by consumers as both the most important and most satisfactory criterion. Variety of information was also considered important. For most of the evaluation criteria, the level of consumers' satisfaction was significantly lower than the level of consumers' recognized importance. Third, consumers in their 20s, students, and housewives were less likely to be satisfied by the price-comparison website overall. Older people were less likely to be satisfied with the convenience of the website, and the higher-income group was less likely to be satisfied with the variety of information on hand.

많은 불확실성 항목들은 소프트웨어 실행 시에 존재한다. 특히, 유사한 분야에서 전반적인 시스템에 많은 영향을 주게 된다. 불확실성 요소와 같은 모호성 요소의 관리는 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 위하여 중요한 요소가 된다. 따라서 모호성을 식별하여 불확실성 요소를 제거하도록 판단기준을 프로세스화 하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 개발 시, 모호성을 제거하기 위한 불확실성 식별 기준과 불확실성 처리 프로세스 및 정량적인 평가에 대하여 제시한다.

Recently increasing amount of efforts has been devoted to the improvement of logistics in the marine products industry. Yet, few studios have been conducted on the development of site selection models of marine products centers. This paper Proposes a systematic assessment model for the decision making, which is composed of a set of evaluation criteria and an appropriate evaluation method. In choosing criteria we consider completeness and comprehensiveness to reach a right solution. For more flexibility of the model in the future, this study proposes two sets of criteria according to the size of planned centers. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted in this study, since the criteria incorporate both subjective factors and objective factors and the AHP is known effective in the situation. This study then illustrates the model application with plausible alternatives. Finally, a dependency problem in the decision criteria is discussed and the Analytic Network Process (ANP) is recommended, in the context, as e solution method.

본 연구는 도서관과 정보(情報)센터에서 CD-ROM 제품을 수집하는 데 필요한 평가기준을 종합적으로 고찰한 것이다. 번 연구에서는 지금까지 많은 연구에서 논의된 CD-ROM 제품 평가 기준을 관리적인 면과 기술적인 면으로 구분하였고, 기술적인 면에서는 탐색(探索) 소프트웨어와 이용자 인터페이스 범주로 세분하여 각각의 기준들을 살펴보았다. 부록(附錄)으로 CD-ROM 제품 평가에 필요한 기본적인 체크리스트를 제시하였다.

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a widely used technique to assess or to improve reliability of products at early stage of design and development. Traditionally, the prioritization of failures for corrective actions is performed by developing a risk priority number (RPN). In practice, due to insufficient evaluation criteria specific to related product and processes, RPN is not properly evaluated. This paper reestablishes an effective methodology for prioritization of failure modes in FMEA procedure. Revised evaluation criteria of RPN are devised and a refined FMEA sheet is Introduced. To verify the proposed methodology, it is applied to RPN evaluation for motors in household appliances.

스마트그리드의 성공적 구축을 위해 스마트그리드 시범사업이 추진 및 확대되고 있다. 이 시범사업을 보다 바람직한 방향으로 발전시키기 위해서는 타당하고 객관적인 성과 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 현실에 맞는 스마트그리드 시범사업 성과 평가기준을 제시하고, 시범사업 형태에 따라 지속적으로 평가기준을 발전시켜 나갈 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 이에 주요 연구문헌 검토와 전문가회의를 통해 스마트그리드 시범사업 성과 평가기준의 초안을 마련하였다. 이렇게 마련된 평가기준 초안은 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 국내 현실에서의 타당성을 검증하였다. 총 2차례의 델파이조사를 거쳤으며, 조사 결과 6개 평가항목에 18개 평가기준을 도출하였다.

국외 IT 선진국들은 1980년대 후반부터 정보시스템의 안전성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 정보보호제품 평가기준을 개발하여 활용하고 있다. 현재 다양한 제품의 평가를 위한 기준으로 CC를 사용하고 있으며 오랜 기간이 소요되는 제품 평가기간의 단축이 개발자 및 사용자에게 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 공개된 표준 평가기간을 참고하여 EAL4 등급의 평가기간 산정 모델을 제안한다. 또한, 이를 바탕으로 투입하는 평가자의 수와 평가 일정을 조정하여 평가신청인 입장에서 평가기간이 최소화 되는 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 대학도서관이연구지원을 위해 기여하는 서비스 현황을 파악함으로써 대학도서관이 대학의연구지원을 위해 그들의 정보요구에 부합되는 시스템을 운영하고 있는 가를 알아보며, 대학도서관 웹사이트를 이용한 학술연구정보 시스템 개발의 필요성과 로드맵을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현재 국내 대학도서관 평가기준에 따라 변화되어 온 대학도서관 발전의 문제점과 이로 인한 대학도서관의연구지원서비스의 한계점에 대하여 조사하였다. 또한 국내외의 12개 대학 도서관의연구지원서비스 활동을 개관하고 분석함으로써 국내 대학도서관의 보다 진취적인연구지원 서비스를 위한 벤치마킹을 모색하고자 하였으며, 서비스 전략의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 연구지원을 위한 고객관계관리 (Customer Relationship Management : CRM) 서비스 전략이라고 할 수 있는 일대일, "mass-personalized services"를 제시함으로써 대학도서관의 "one-stop service execution wheel"을 토대로 한연구지원 서비스의 가능성을 탐색하였다.

본 연구에서는 데이터베이스평가요소 중요도를 산출하기 위해 AHP기법 활용에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 먼저 데이터베이스 평가를 위해 적용 가능한 기법들을 살펴본 후 데이터평가요소 일부를 AHP기법을 이용하여 중요도를 산출하였다. 그 결과 AHP기법을 활용할 경우 평가요소의 중요도를 상대적으로 평가할 수 있었다. 이런 연구결과는 앞으로 특정목적에 따른 상대적인 DB평가에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Enterprise Security Management system is a centralized control system based on predefined security policies by organizations. In Korea, there is a Common Criteria security certification according to the strict standards for various features. As the needs of information security product are increasing, the ESM system should be evaluated with quality characteristics. In this paper, we propose evaluation items for functionality and performance of Enterprise Security Management system, and the best practices for evaluation.
