Korean government had introduced copayment system as cost sharing to office-based medical care in order to reduce the demand for care in 1986. This review focuses on trends and characteristics of copayment on office-based medical care from 1991 to the end of Jan. 2001. Objectives of this study is ${\circled}1$ to analyse historical trends of copayment on office-based medical care during the last decade, ${\circled}2$ to analyse the effect of copayment introduced to office-based medical care on NHI finance, ${\circled}3$ to analyse the changing trends of the size of copayment in utilizing office-based medical care for the past 10 years, ${\circled}4$ to evaluate the meaning of copayment alteration implemented after the introduction of new prescription system and finally ${\circled}5$ to draw a some policy implications from the results of this review. We found that the main purpose of copayment introduction had been reduction in the expenditure of NHI finance. But, the reduction effect of insurer's expenditure has turned out to be negative and NHI finance has been in crisis after the introduction of new prescription system. Also, the copayment level of the insured has increased actually on a large scale. It seems that the introduction of new prescription system has changed the meanings and its policy implications of copayment system.

Initially, the system of outside director of cooperative has the object of consulting an external specialist. Recently, it takes a serious view of monitoring about securing clean management on the operating crisis. Nevertheless, in the field of NFFC(National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives), it is difficult that the system of outside director of cooperative attains that is initial object. And in the field of FC(Fisheries Cooperative), it isn't in force about the outside director of cooperative. Therefore, it is important to make a following system improvement. (1) The ratio of outside directors among the member of board of directors has to be increased. (2) Outside director's term of office has to be amended from lyears to 2years and the current method of selection should be reformed to be a strict one with high standard of requirement and substantial screening for membership. (3) Outside directors' wage system must be actualized by adopting incentive system' etc. A measure of appointing an executive in a similar business line or organizations to ours as an outside director must be considered. FC have to introduce the system of outside director. (4) A recognition of proper management of outside directors and putting in practice is essential.

The objective of this research is to ensure that the ports and waterways management system can establish and maintain a reasonable level of safety level during high density passenger operations. The research model was developed included computer based model that could be used that can be used to measure and monitor risk and evolved overtime. The research methodology provides model for assessing relative risk and evaluating risk reduction measures. The risk analysis based on expert judgement was refined overtime. They provide a basis for risk reduction and risk management policies and strategies. The evaluation and validation of risk model and development of data, methods, tools required to measure, monitor and evaluate ports and waterway risk was implemented.

The business is faced with the situation must improve a power in an increasingly competitive environment due to the recent rapid advance in information technology and the opening and expansion of global market, fast technological change, and various customer demand. The rapid change in information technology is having an effect on not only all the processes to develop products, but information contents that is provided for the purpose of customer value, and the appearance of products. In other words, the information technology is being recognized as a very important factor among other factors for companies to enhance their competitiveness. In addition, it is more efficient to focus on key factor to maintain the competitive advantage on the using of information technology by outsourcing information systems, rather than by operating the systems under their own. Since the global financial crisis, the long-term recession has been increasing companies who is ready to adopt outsourcing or adopted already. This study is to understand the environment and unique characteristics of outsourcing services and related industries focusing on information system operation and management in information outsourcing services, and is to set the concept needed through my theory that is connected to the service quality and customer satisfaction. A lot of business wiew the improvement of service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction as the major factors of business growth, and lots of ongoing studies have focused on service management in the Information outsourcing service industry. Yet few studies have ever concentrated on the quality of information system operation management service. This study, moreover, is to define the quality of service related with customer satisfaction from customer's viewpoint, measuring effects on customer satisfaction. The quality of outsourcing service on information system in this study is a great help to companies who are offering information outsourcing service, and company's managers and staffs who outsourcedto specialized company.

IT 기술이 발전함에 따라 생활 자체가 지식 혹은 정보 기반 체제로 변화되어 가고 있다. 하지만 IT 기술의 발전 이면에는 사이버 공격 기술을 향상시키고 있으며, 이에 따라 DDoS 대란 등의 사이버 테러가 빈번히 발생하여 주요 자료가 유출되고 있다. 또한 다양한 공격 경로를 통해 정보시스템으로 유입된 악성코드로 인해 기업의 업무 손실 및 정보 자산에 대한 피해가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 조직 및 사용자가 보존해야 할 정보 자산을 관리적, 기술적, 물리적 체계를 수립하는 정보보호관리체계를 기반으로 지속적인 점검을 수행하여 조직 내의 위기관리 프로세스가 구축되어야 한다. 또한 제도 및 프로세스의 수립 외에도 악의적인 악성코드가 내부로 유입되는 위협으로부터 내부 자산을 보호하기 위해 정보보호제품을 도입하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보보호관리체계 및 정보보호제품의 도입 방안을 통해 기업 및 정부 정보보안을 강화하는 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

디지털기기 개발에 있어서 소프트웨어의 중요성이 높아지고, 규모가 커짐에 따라 소프트웨어의 위기를 해결하기 위한 소프트웨어형상관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 일반적인 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템들은 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경의 특성 및 특징들을 수용하기에 부족하다. 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경은 컴파일러와 같은 기본적인 개발 도구 외에 컴포넌트(나 라이브러리)들을 인터액티브하게 조합하고 테스트 할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 환경을 통하여 테스트와 분석을 반복하면서 개발하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 시뮬레이션 과정 중에는 유사한 기능을 가진 알고리즘 중에 적합한 알고리즘을 빠르고 효과적으로 찾기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경에서 사용하는 시뮬레이션 도구를 체계적으로 지원해줄 수 있는 비주얼 워크스페이스 기반의 소프트웨어형상관리 방법과 이를 수용할 수 있는 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템을 제안한다. 또한, 개발된 시스템을 실제 시뮬레이션 도구와 연계하여 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템으로써의 적합성을 확인한다.

2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 국내의 주택시장은 침체기를 겪고 있으며 이에 따라 주택가격의 하락, 임대주택가격의 상승등과 같은 주택시장의 문제점이 발생하였다. 주택시장의 정상화를 위해 정부에서는 다양한 주택정책을 발표하였으나 주택시장은 아직 회복세를 보이지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 주택시장의 침체 원인 분석하기 위해 주택 시장의 주요 참여자인 주택공급자와 주택 수요자를 기존의 수요 공급 원리에 의해서 분석하며 이들의 거래의사에 영향을 미치는 심리적 요인을 행동경제학 이론을 바탕으로 분석한다. 이의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 시스템다이내믹스 시뮬레이션 방법론을 사용하여 발표된 정책의 실효성을 검증한 결과 정책의 입안 기간에 따라 주택 거래량과 주택담보대출 총액이 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

In recent years, advanced countries in energy sector are emphasizing the importance of the development and deployment of renewable energy to cope with the global environmental crisis such as depletion of fossil energy, climate convention to control emissions of greenhouse gases. In this paper, we evaluate the economic value of the investment in new and renewable energy R&D in Korea and optimal deployment timing of new and renewable energy by using the real option approach. The real option model adopted in this paper assumes that a decision maker has a compound option to abandon, deployment, or continue the R&D. As a result by using empirical data of Korea, it is found that there exists a considerable amount of positive real option value (ROV) in the investment of new and renewable energy R&D while its net present value (NPV) calculated by traditional discounted cash flow (DCF) model shows negative value.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the management situation of the Korea Railroad Corporation(KORAIL) through the management innovation process of the KORAIL and to suggest its implications for military application. Despite stable demand, the railway passenger industry had the limitation of not being able to abolish deficit routes due to public service obligations. In addition, the launch of the Suseo High-Speed Line has introduced a competitive system, posing a threat to corporate management. KORAIL wanted to overcome this crisis by innovating its management through the utilization of big data, improvement of the freight business, decentralization of demand, the introduction of tourism railroads, and development of station influence areas. By utilizing big data, KORAIL was able to optimize the railway fare system while reducing fixed costs spent on railway maintenance. It also drastically reduced the station of cargo and created a base station to pursue economies of scale. On the other hand, the existing exclusive station system was abolished to solve the chronic saturation of the downtown area, and the railway demand was moved to Gwangmyeong Station and Suwon Station to optimize the passenger supply. In particular, it developed a new business model called the tourism railway by developing the mountain Byeokjin Line, which was a chronic deficit line, and sought to improve liquidity through the development of the station influence area. Such a process of innovation at KORAIL suggests an appropriate direction in seeking ways to innovate the military medical institutions. First of all, the necessity of improving organizational immersion through the development of a personnel structure suitable for the compulsory organization, while expanding the facilities of the division and corps, and reducing the time required for medical treatment and waiting through the establishment of a data-based medical system was suggested. Next, it was also discussed to integrate the National Health Medical College, which received accreditation as a medical facility through the designation of advanced general hospitals and is ultimately under discussion with the Medical Institution. Through this, we hope that the military medical institutions, which are facing various challenges, will overcome existing limitations and be re-lighted as innovative institution that provides comprehensive public health services.

Since 'The Act on Private Investment of The Infrastructure' was established in 1994, private investment as well as government's investment has been active on transport infrastructure. But investment of transport infrastructure has more risks than others due to overforecast of transport demand for ensuring project validity, and cost uncertainty arising from financial crisis, commodity prices and so on. In the case of Incheon international airport express, after 2 years and 6 months, Incheon international airport express is opened, Korail take over equity stake in private investor due to the problems of MRG(Minimum Revenue Guarantee) be contracted with private investor. Not only that, in other case of Yong-in light rail, it is ongoing for legal disputes between Yong-in local government and private investor on account of opening delaying. On current Investment Assessment System of Transport Infrastructure, Risk Management system on investment of transport infrastructure is inadequate because Sensitivity Analysis in economic efficiency have been performed on the simple method which only changes benefits, expense and social discount rate. For this reason, this study analyze risks for investment of transport infrastructure demand forecast, and rise to the management practice for every particular item.
