Export Credit Agency(ECA) plays a role of importance in international trade and investment flows. The first ECA, the Export Credits Guarantee Department(ECGD) of the United kingdom, was established in 1919. Its original purpose was to encourage and support exports that would not otherwise have taken. Similar motivations led to the establishment, most of those in operation today. Their traditional role is to support and encourage exports and outward investment by insuring international trade and investment transactions, and in some cases by providing trade finance directly. ECA come in all shapes and sizes, and there in no such thing as a typical ECA model. Most of them insure both political and commercial risks on exports and until the last decade. They operated as government entities or on the account of their government, and many of them have changed and are still changing. This study focuses and analyzes the changes of those four major countries' ECAs, which are the U.S.A.(EXIM), France(COFACE), Japan(JBIC), and Canada(EDC).

The publication International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credit (ISBP) is the product by a task force of the ICC Banking Commission. The ISBP is a practical complement to UCP 500, ICC’s universally used rules on documentary credits. The ISBP does not amend the UCP. It explains, in explicit detail, how the rules are to be applied on a day-to-day basis. It fills a needed gap between the general principles announced in the rules and the daily work of the documentary credit practitioner. By using the ISBP, document checkers can bring their practices in line with those followed by their colleagues worldwide. The result should be a significant reduction in the number of documents refused for discrepancies on first presentation.

Problem solving by homework assignment is a process of practicing what were discussed in classrooms and thus is considered as an essential part of learning procedure in engineering education. We introduced the concept of cooperative learning, Student Teams-Achievement Division(STAD), to improve the students' learning efficiency by in-class problem solving. The instructor explained fundamental concepts, and lecture materials were handed out to compensate for the time of in-class team activity. Brief tests were given after every chapter, and team-based additional credits were given for the improvement comparing the average of previous tests of each student. This attempt of modified STAD was evaluated to have brought about a significant improvement in students' academic achievement, in addition to activating classroom atmosphere.

Ozone process is currently applied in 24 water treatment plants in Korea to control micropollutants and taste & odor compounds. However, one of the chlorine resistant protozoa, cryptosporidium, is not being considered as ozone disinfection performance whereas U.S. is already regulate Cryptosporidium by ozone disinfection. two ozone plants(PH, UH WTP) operation conditions are investigated for disinfection performance comparing Korea disinfection regulation and U.S. regulation. The ozone plants are unable to get Cryptosporidium inactivation credits by Korea disinfection regulation. However, the inactivation credit for Cryptosporidum was increased when the U.S. disinfection regulation was applied. The Korea disinfection credit regulation need revision to practical aspects.

The results of a discussion among parties involved in the Industrial Educational Cooperation Program are as follows: 1. Ensure that students in the Continuing Education System have certain work experience as a prerequisite for admission. 2. Studies and evaluation methods should be diversified in order to give students better selection of lectures and credits. 3. Re-education system should be established, and a degree conferred through development of human resources and study terms. 4. Educate students by cooperating between the union of industries and that of the colleges. 5. Students are satisfied about the intensive study by $\ulcorner$2+2$\lrcorner$ joint education which connects junior college and university. 6. Put into practice creative technical education for technological development by learning their classroom studying just as actual practice in the industrial field. I offer strategies for settlement of the Industrial Trust Education mentioned above, and urge the Ministry of Education to comply.

Electronic Promissory Note started to reducing complexity in paper Promissory Note. In Recent the electronic documents and signature have the same validity as per documents and handwritten signatures. The movement of dematerializing promissory note is becoming common, and the National Assembly proposed Electronic Promissory Note Act of 2001 which is now being discussed in Korea. Especially the Electronic Credits is now becoming the most important means for payment of the business procurement both in on-line commerce and off-line commerce. Electronic Promissory Note has the same legal effect as the promissory note except that the Act provides to the Electronic Promissory Note specially.

Solar power is expected to account for a considerable proportion of domestic renewable energy compared to other renewable energy sources. In this study, capacity credits, which are the most important factors for evaluating the effective capacity of photovoltaic power, are estimated by capacity factor-based approximation method. To do this, we use the data of solar power generation and capacity over many years and calculate the capacity factors of the domestic solar power. The results of the existing methods and ours proposed in this paper are compared and analyzed.

Many countries have run their own certification systems in order to reduce the environmental loads from buildings. Domestically, various systems are applied according to building types from Building Energy Efficiency Rating System since 2001 to Green Home Construction Standard and Performance since 2009. However, these systems provide the applicants with confusion and waste by exposing them to several systems simultaneously, some of which are mandatory. Therefore, this study aims to ensure the flexibility among those systems and eliminate the possible waste by suggesting mutual accreditation method of evaluation results. To achieve this purpose, firstly, the thirteen similar evaluation items are identified between Housing Performance Grading Indication System and Green Building Rating System. Then, the mutual accreditation method is developed by comparing detailed evaluation criteria and credits for those thirteen items.

The big data industry market continues to grow and is expected to grow further. In this paper, based on the five-point Likert scale of college students in the process of developing big data young people, the satisfaction of instructors in big data training and improvement of job (education) ability based on AI convergence The survey was conducted on the expectations of the participants and their intention to participate in the training process for the young talents. Male students were more satisfied than students. In terms of students, students who are less than 6th semester have the highest satisfaction, but students who are less than 7th and 8th semesters are less satisfied. By department, the satisfaction level of science and statistics students was the highest, while the satisfaction level of other students was low. According to the average of college credits, the satisfaction of students under 3.5~4.0 was the highest, and the satisfaction of students below 3.0 was the lowest.

For the purpose of increasing the efficiency of practices on board in the education of oceanography by the oceanographic research vessel "Tamyang", the problems which were generated while maneuvering the vessel for the practices were examined thoroughly, the proposals for the improvement of the above problems were summarized as follows : 1. The career of cruise for research should be recognized as the credit of practice on board by the training ship, the chances for credits of practice on board should be provided more and the demand of research assistant should be satisfied. 2. The special programs for the practice on board in the education of oceanography should be developed for increasing the educational and economical efficiency during the practice. 3. The research cruise should be enlarged fir providing the more chance of study to the professor. 4. The supplementary practice on board should be carried out in the vacation. 5. The budget for purchasing the spares of research equipment should be allotted and the expert technician should be supplemented for the maintenance and instruction.
