초등학교 2학년 슬기로운 생활에서 창의적 과학글쓰기 프로그램이 창의성과 과학적 태도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of a Creative Science Writing Program on 2nd Grade Elementary School Students' Creativity and Scientific Attitude)

  • A creative science writing program was developed, and applied to 2nd grade elementary students. Two 2nd grade elementary school classes in Seoul district were selected for the current study. A Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design was applied. The experimental group adopted the creative science writing program and the control group maintained traditional lectures for 12 classes. TTCT(Torrance Test of Creative Thinking) figural test and a scientific attitude test were conducted on both groups. According to the analysis, TTCT score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p<.01). Among several subscales of TTCT, elaboration and resistance to premature closure was especially improved. Also, scientific attitude scale of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p<.01). Among subscales of scientific attitude, the creative science writing program was effective on improving students' open-mindedness, critical mindedness, cooperation, voluntariness, and endurance. Gender was not a factor in the improvement of both students' creativity and scientific attitude.

  • 교육부 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2000. 8 .1)"에 따라 2001학년도부터 초 중등학교에서는 필수적으로 정보통신기술 소양 및 활용 교육을 실시하고 있다. 하지만 운영지침만 나와 있을 뿐 구체적인 실천 방법이 나와 있지 않아서 일선학교에서는 정보통신기술 교육과정을 운영하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근에 개정된 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2005.12)"을 바탕으로 창의성과 문제해결력을 신장시킬 수 있는 컴퓨터 재량 활동 교재(2단계)를 개발하였다.

창의적 업무지원을 위한 공용공간 활성화 현황조사에 관한 연구 (The Research on the Present Situation for Supporting Creative Work by Revitalization of Common Space)

  • Recently, the definition of work space contains so many meanings. Basically, this means space where handling various information and developing numerous creative activities. Moreover, the work space is important not only for individual itself but also organizational development. This research is studied for suggesting revitalization of advanced work efficiency, deriving motivation as well as creative operation support for harmonious communication. In order to make the better creative work places, "concentration and motivating interests between members of organization", "Necessity of environment for development and operational progress of work", "improvement and creativity of work and importance of the physical environment" and "harmonious communication and development of advanced community" should be considered. This research arranged based on ALCEMIS model and used actual examples on each step for better understanding of creative work spaces. ALCEMIS model is as follows: (1) Opportunity Finding (2) Fact Finding (3) Opportunity Definition (4) Idea Finding (5) Evaluate & Select (6) Plan (7) Acceptance (8)Execution' over the eight-step details to proceed through the 1. Discovert ((1)+(2)) 2. Dream ((3)+(4)) 3. Design((5)+(6)) 4. Destiny((7)+(8))y" It has been understood that many works related to creative jobs make good use of public spaces to progress operational improvement. The place where co-workers share with can create more effective and fulfilling outcome and satisfaction than independent and exclusive places. Especially creative jobs need this kind of spaces for better communication and cooperation.

  • Recently, from the viewpoint of TQM, the criticism and new approaches toward Japanese TQC have made much progress in Japan. It shows that these new approaches to quality are what are needed these days. In this connection, this paper aims at the study of a reform of Japanese TQC. This paper consists of the following two steps. First, several success factors of TQM in Japanese companies were selected through the study of literature. Second, actual approaches to or recognition of TQM in those companies were examined through the AHP analysis. The results of this paper are as follows: First, quality improvement and cost-down efforts within a factory have been emphasized. On the other hand, the development of strategic quality management is weak. Second, the development of creativity by individual autonomous teamwork is more needed than the development of creativity by group consciousness in companies. Third, the reform of upper-class management must be carried out by powerful leadership of top management.

품질경영의 미래: 도전과 응전 (The Future of Quality Management: Challenge and Response)

  • Purpose: Quality management has significantly contributed to the productivity revolution in the past century. However, the argument that quality can be an impediment to innovation in the age of industry 4.0 has intensified recently. Possible solutions to this controversial issue are discussed. Methods: The research papers and magazine articles which described quality as an impediment to innovation are reviewed, and the industries in which this particular problem arises are examined. Results: Conventional quality management is as effective as ever when technology changes quite slowly. However, strong 'quality first' culture serves as an impediment to innovation when technology changes quickly as in the ICT(information and communication technology) industry and platform business. Conclusion: When the technology changes rapidly, faster time-to-market is much more important than variation control and continuous improvement. Moving from a productivity focus to a creativity focus is also required in quality management.

  • "We need to overcome the lack of space and infrastructure." Construction in the 20th century had been basically motivated by this need. It had enabled almost automatic financing on land as well as plenty of public investment. However we cannot expect such investment in built environment any more in the 21st century, when urban structures have been fully built. "We have space and infrastructures but want to make them better." We must find the new way how to strategically organize creativity on use as well as such users' want itself for sustaining investment in built environment. In this paper the outline of such a new way is discussed.

초등학교 여학생의 창의성 신장을 위한 로봇 활용 프로그래밍 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Programming Education Program of Robot for Improvement of Elementary School Girls' Creativity)

  • 일반적으로 여학생이 프로그래밍 교육에 흥미가 낮은 것으로 지금까지 여러 연구를 통해 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 초등학교 여학생의 창의성 신장을 위한 프로그래밍 교육 방법으로 로봇 활용 프로그래밍 교육 프로그램을 제시하였다. 정보영재학급 5, 6학년 로봇 교육과정을 분석하여 주제를 선정하고 이를 아두이노(Arduino)와 EV3를 활용하여 로봇활용 프로그래밍 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발한 교육 프로그램의 교육효과를 분석하기 위해 정보영재학급 5, 6학년 여학생을 실험집단으로 선정하여 개발한 프로그램을 투입하였고 사전 사후검사 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 교육 프로그램이 초등학교 여학생의 창의성 신장에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

정보과학 창의성 향상을 위한 프로젝트 기반 교수-학습 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Teaching-Learning Methods for Improvement of Creativity on Information Science Applying Project-based Learning)

  • 우리는 수 과학 영재 고등학생들의 정보과학 창의성 향상을 위한 효과적인 정보과학 교수-학습 방법을 제안하였다. 학생들은 현실적 응용문제를 해결하는 정보과학 팀 프로젝트의 수행을 통하여 창의적 문제해결 능력과 팀워크 능력을 향상할 수 있다. 이러한 교육목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 기본과정과 응용과정으로 구성되는 2단계 정보과학 수업 방법과 체계적 프로젝트 수행 단계를 설계하고, 소규모 협력 학습 전략과 입체적 평가 방안을 적용하였다. 논문에서 제안한 프로젝트 기반 교수-학습 방법의 학습 효과를 분석한 결과, 정보과학 창의성의 지적 정의적 및 사회적 영역에서의 효과적인 교육 목표 달성을 확인할 수 있었다.
