The purpose of this study was to investigate Chinese men's perception and satisfaction on Korean apparel products. The 1000 Questionnaires were distributed to Chinese men, and returned 863 questionnaires were analyzed by mean and percentage with SPSS 10.0. The results of this study were as follows: Chinese men had more perception on their own brand and Italy brand than UK, Korean, and Japan brand. Over age fifties of Chinese men preferred Korean brand to the other ages. Chinese men perceived positively Korean fashion products as more trendy, very creative, high-class, qualitative, expensive and creditable, otherwise, there were little famous brands among Koran apparel products. Chinese men satisfied on Korean apparel products positively, specially, age forties and fifties, resident from Harbin, income 2 and 3 level, and young casual mild group showed higher satisfaction on Korean apparel products than the others.

In the revised 2015 curriculum, it is emphasized that fostering of the students as the capable 'creativity-convergent' individuals can be achieved by offering them the opportunities to cultivate the basic knowledge in liberal arts, society and scientific technologies through schooling. While retaining the basic principle of 'fostering creative people', this fundamentally-reformed curriculum involves improvements in the elementary and middle school curriculums in response to the national and social demands in which active responses to the changes in the educational environments and amelioration of the problems posed in the field applications are required. Accordingly, a novel future-oriented curriculum is necessary for the classroom teaching, and to realize the goal, the 'Competence-oriented Social Multimedia Computer Network Curriculum' adopting the virtualization and the 'Bottom-up' methods has been proposed in this paper as a feasible and practical curriculum. Our curriculum will be compared with the recent Cisco high school curriculum and analyzed contemplating recent curriculums in US, UK, Japan and India. Two 1-year practice courses are examined to prove the validity of the proposed curriculum for a period of two years as a qualitative research project. The results of the comparative analysis will show that our proposed curriculum is superior to the Cisco high school curriculum in the aspects of economic feasibility and learning satisfaction.

선거여론조사의 역사가 150년을 넘어서는 미국이나 영국 등 선진국에 비하면 한국의 선거여론조사 15년은 일천하다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 한국의 몇몇 조사기관들은 다양하고 대범한 시도를 통해 선거여론조사 방법과 이론을 한국적 특성에 맞게 혁신시키면서 선거 예측률을 높여왔다. 선진국에 비해 짧은 역사임에도 불구하고 한국갤럽조사연구소를 포함한 일련의 조사기관들이 시도한 선거여론조사와 예측은 한국 선거문화에 과학성과 합리성을 불어넣으면서 선거문화의 질적 향상을 유도해 냈다는 평가를 받는다. 본고에서는 지난 15년간 7차례에 걸쳐 시행된 선거여론조사의 경과를 살펴보고, 선거여론조사의 의의를 정리해 보도록 하겠다.

개인 휴대단말기로부터 측정된 생체정보 데이터가 PHR에 데이터베이스화되기 위해서는 응용 계층 표준 프로토콜인 HL7 CDA 표준에 따라야 한다. 하지만 국제 표준 HL7 CDA는 병원 시스템 간 의료정보 전달을 위한 프로토콜이기 때문에 개인 건강 기기로부터 측정된 생체 정보가 IEEE 11073 PHD 표준에 준하여 전달하더라도 HL7 CDA 프로토콜과 연동될 수 없다. 즉, 모바일 단말기 기반의 u-헬스케어 모니터링 서비스를 위해서는 IEEE 11073 PHD와 HL7 CDA 간 메시지 변환 게이트웨이가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개인 휴대단말기를 통해 원격지에 있는 의료진이 사용자의 생체데이터를 실시간 관리하기 위해 ISO/IEEE 11073과 HL7 CDA 간 메시지 변환 게이트웨이 및 HL7 기반 진단지원시스템을 설계하였다.

의학기술의 발전과 소득수준의 증가에 따라 사라들은 단순히 전염병을 예방하거나 질병을 치료하는 수준이 아닌 '건강하게 오래 사는 것'을 원하면서 치료에서 예방으로, 의료 공급자 중심에서 의료 소비자 중심으로 의료산업의 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 이에 건강을 미리 지키는 예방적 개념의 웰니스 산업의 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Continua Health Alliance(CHA) 에서 개인건강기기에 반드시 포함해야 하는 표준인 ISO/IEEE 11073을 활용하고 Bluetooth HDP를 통해 의료기기와 스마트TV간 연결을 확보하고 지속적으로 개인의 건강을 체크할 수 있는 건강관리 모니터링 앱을 통한 일상생활 속에서의 건강관리를 위한 스마트TV를 기반의 웰니스 솔루션을 설계하였다.

정보기술 발전에 따라 정보 활용 및 처리 역량이 상승하면서 교육 환경의 지능화, 네트워크화로 기술간, 서비스 간 융 복합을 통한 다양한 학습 내용 및 방법이 출현하였으며, 최근 e-러닝 산업에서 스마트기기 보급 확산과 상황 적응적이고 자기 주도적 학습에 대한 소비자의 니즈가 증가하면서 새로운 형태의 교육시스템인 스마트러닝이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 교육 패러다임의 변화에 따라 기존의 교육 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용하기 위해서는 콘텐츠 및 솔루션 구조의 개선이 요구되며, 또한 서비스 제공의 측면에서 다양한 교육 콘텐츠 연동과 교육 서비스 융합을 위한 표준 플랫폼 적용이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 JVM 환경의 PC 인터페이스를 통해 ePub 표준의 교육용 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 제작기능과 기존 서책형 파일 포맷의 자료 정보를 응용하기 위한 정보변환 모듈, 스마트 기기용 ePub 전자책 뷰어를 포함하는 통합 솔루션 소프트웨어인 ePub Solution을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze trends in sustainable fashion research and to guide its the development by examining previous research projects conducted by the UK Centre for Sustainable Fashion. A literature review and case studies were conducted from which the following results were identified. It was shown that the CSF has cooperated with fashion, arts and technology businesses and other external organizations. The CSF has contributed to improving the economic durability of the fashion industry, the convergence of both local and the international fashion communities, and the development of cultural sustainability. Moreover, it incorporates various academic fields into its research and has developed advanced researching methods for sustainable fashion. The CSF has embraced the new perspectives by utilizing student ideas for the development of sustainable fashion. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the CSF studied the sustainability of fashion from a more organic perspective through multidisciplinary research. Second, it has expanded the possibility of sustainable fashion research through research formats, research fields and research operations. Finally, it has evoked values and responsibilities that the fashion industry should pursue in modern society and has become an exemplary case of sustainable fashion research, providing creative studies for sustainable fashion research in the future.

최근 고령화의 가속화로 인하여 의료비 부담이 증가하고 있으며 의료서비스의 질을 높이고 의료비용을 감소시키기 위한 연구가 계속되고 있다. 특히, U-헬스는 스마트기기의 확산, 무선통신, 센싱 기술과 함께 의료서비스와의 융합으로 더욱 지능화된 의료서비스가 이루어지고 있으며 아울러, 의료분야에서의 활용범위가 점점 확대되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 HL7 표준 메시지 전송 구조를 분석하고 신속한 처리를 위한 HL7 메시지의 처리개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This letter presents a polymer $1{\times}2$ thermo-optic totalinternal-reflection digital optical switch (TIR-DOS) with an index contrast of 1.5%-${\delta}$ operating at low power consumption. The structure of our $1{\times}2$ TIR-DOS was created by adding a reflection port to that of a conventional multimode filtering variable optical attenuator. To improve the total-internalr-eflection efficiency, a heater offset was applied to the crossing region of multimode waveguides of the TIR-DOS. The fabricated $1{\times}2$ TIR-DOS shows a low electrical power consumption of 18 mW for an on-off ratio of 35 dB.

This study proposes a robust control of a fin position servo system using the H-infinity loop-shaping method. The fin position control system has a proportional (P) position controller and a proportional-integral (PI) controller. In this work, the position control loop requires a wide bandwidth. No current control loop exists due to the compact design of the system. Hence, the controller parameters are difficult to determine using the traditional cascade design method. The $H_{\infty}$ controller design method is used to design the controller's gain to achieve good performance and robustness. First, the transfer function of the system, which can be divided into tunable and fixed parts, is derived. The tunable part includes the position P controller and speed PI controller. The fixed part includes the rest of the system. Second, the optimized controller parameters are calculated using Matlab $H_{\infty}$ controller design program. Finally, the system with optimized controller is tested by simulation and experiment. The control performance is satisfactory, and the $H_{\infty}$ controller design method is proven to be valid.
