초등학생을 위한 정보윤리 및 창작도구 교육과정 모델 개발 (A Development of Curriculum Model on Information Ethics and Creation Tools for Elementary School Students)

  • 2015 소프트웨어 교육 운영지침의 기본 방향은 ICT 교육의 관점을 확장하여 학습자들이 문제를 해결하는 역량을 기르는 것으로 한다. 그러나 정작 이 지침에는 ICT 교육 내용이 포함되어있지 않다. 본 연구는 컴퓨터 활용교육을 위한 초등학교 정보윤리와 창작도구의 교육과정 모델을 개발하는 연구이다. 세계 여러 나라의 컴퓨터 교육과정에서 정보윤리와 창작도구 관련 교육과정을 조사하고 우리나라에 적절한 교육과정을 제안한다. 연구 결과로 초등학교 현장에서 바로 적용이 가능한 정보윤리와 창작도구에 대한 내용체계와 성취기준을 수준별 7단계로 제안한다.

  • 본 연구는 학교현장의 SW교육과정 적용을 위해 SW교육 중 네트워크 및 디지털 창작도구 교육과정에 대한 연구이다. 이를 위해 국내외 SW교육과정 분석을 통한 주요한 키워드를 추출하여 개념이해와 학습활동 요소를 각 영역별 특성에 맞게 재구조화한 교육과정 모델을 개발하였다. 네트워크 영역은 개념이해 중심, 디지털 창작도구 영역은 활동중심의 형태로 영역별 교육과정을 모델링하였으며, 이를 기반으로 영역별 내용요소를 구성하여 전문가 검증을 통한 타당도를 제시하였다. 또한 다른 영역의 내용요소들을 결합하여 학교에서 재구성하기 쉽게 제시되었고 연구의 결과는 국내 SW교육과정 표준모델 적용을 위한 기초연구 자료로써 활용되기를 기대한다.

Web 2.0 정보화 시대에 부합되는 소비자교육 교과경쟁력 강화 방안에 관한 연구: 고등학교 기술/가정 교과에서의 소비자교육에 대한 유용성 평가와 교육방법 개선을 중심으로 (A Study on Strengthening the Curriculum Competitiveness of Consumer Education Consisted with the Web 2.0 Information Age: Based on the Evaluation of Availability and Improvement of Teaching Method of Consumer Education in High School Domestic Science)

  • In this study, based on the current curriculum of consumer education in high school with the advent of Web 2.0 age, I analyzed both the curriculum used by new information tools related with Web 2.0 age and the one used by traditional tools to find out the degree of necessity of consumer education for the high school students in proportion to the level of their informational ability. First, compared with the education of food, clothes and shelter in the curriculum of manual training and domestic science, the necessity, importance, and availability were low and the students had a lower level of interest than they had with the three factors mentioned above. Second, after dividing the sector of consumer education in the curriculum into three fields such as reasonable purchase and use, solution and prevention of consumer problems and forming a new consumer trend, I looked into the necessity of the teaching method using conventional tools and the one using new informational tools following Web 2.0 age respectively. Traditional tools were favored for the education of consumption-related laws and policies, consumers' rights for the general cause of consumer problem solving and preventing. For the generation of the new comsumer trend, the new information tools were preferred in the appreciation of consuming culture and the issues of consuming environment. Third, it was revealed that students' level of informational ethics was the highest at 5.55 while their level of information creation and processing was the lowest at 3.96 from the research of six categories of their informational ability.

Production of multipurpose cotton fabrics to improve the quality of aerobic and dance sportswear

  • The production of multipurpose cotton fabrics aimed at elevating the quality of aerobic and dance sportswear is explored in this study. Powder metallurgy, known for its high efficiency in manufacturing technological components with minimal waste, is employed as a method for fabricating brush ferrules for painting. The utilization of iron-copper material, prepared through powder metallurgy, enhances the strength and quality of the brush ferrules. A microscopic analysis reveals a robust interconnection between the particles of each layer achieved through isostatic pressure, resulting in a favorable microstructure. The relative density and strength of parts produced from copper-iron powder exhibit an increase with higher pressure levels. The application of this material in brush ferrules ensures their durability and longevity, thereby supporting the creation of artwork. The evolution of art over time reflects changing ideas and possibilities, and technological advancements have significantly improved artistic tools. The role of tools in artistic expression is paramount, and the integration of powder metallurgy materials in brush ferrules fortifies their artistic importance. In summary, this study underscores the advantages of powder metallurgy in augmenting the quality of art tools and facilitating artistic creation.

지식창조, 혁신을 위한 블루오션 전략과 트리즈의 전술적 활용 (Utilizing Blue Ocean Strategy and Business TRIZ Tactics for Knowledge Creation and Innovation)

  • This paper describes the Blue Ocean Strategy and Business TRIZ (Russian Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) Tactics as one method for knowledge creation and innovation. The opening new market avoiding keen competition is very popular recently and is not just prosper, but survival problem. As one new strategy for finding new market, the Blue Ocean Strategy gives the big blueprint for new market, but has no enough tools to make more concrete ideas. In this paper, we suggest using the Strategy Campus and other tools in the Blue Ocean Strategy at initial stage and then, compensating the TRIZ principles to make more concrete ideas for new market as tactics. We applied it to find the new market for conventional newspaper industry and EBS (Education Broadcast System) management innovation in Korea as case studies and got better results comparing to using only the Blue Ocean Strategy.

  • Until now, architects have used traditional methods in order to develop architectural forms and use a digital technology as presentation tools. The field of digital technology has been expanded to control easily architectural data, eventually leads to the creation for creative ideas, which were belong to mainly designer's talent. It has been educated by using digital tool in foreign universities but in our case a little university try to do. So we need an adequate curriculum and educational media because of digitalized data, originated architectural form and reduction of time and money. In this paper, as it is surveyed the present situation of architetural education by using digital tool in domestic and foreign country, it can be used as the fundamental data that architectural education by using digital tool is initiated In our universities.

The Formation of Information Technology Clusters in Kazakhstan: System and Structured Approaches

  • The aim of this study is to examine of the cluster approach to ensure high rates of innovation, information and communication enterprises of information technology cluster in order to enhance the competitiveness of regions. Keeping with the previous literature, the present research determined that the novelty of the problem, concerning of the creation IT clusters as drivers of new generation, i.e. a kind of platform of "startup accelerators" through the creation of previously not existing in the country high-tech industries and sectors of the economy. The study employs system approach involves to determine prospective directions of the formation of clusters of IT industry, also applies structured approach to shows relationships between elements of cluster systems (participants of cluster), as well as focusing on some aspects of cluster development such as networking. Based on this analysis we have proposed to create clusters in regions, which can play the role of translator's innovations at the periphery of the country. This research shows that formation of IT clusters is one of the most successful tools to avoid of dependence of Kazakhstan from raw materials.

  • 컴퓨터 기술의 발전에 따라 많은 디지털디자인도구가 개발되어 활용되면서 디지털 프로세스에 의한 구체적인 방법론의 연구가 증가하고 다양한 비정형 형태가 나타나고 있지만, 건축 형태 생성에 있어 접근성과 다양한 환경을 추구하는 모바일기술의 적용과 실용화에는 한계를 보여주고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 모바일활용 현황을 분석하여 연구의 필요성을 인지하고, 모바일환경에서 비정형 형태 생성 가능성을 제시 하고자 한다. 즉, 비정형 건축의 아이디어구현과 학습을 위한 스마트 모바일 애플리케이션의 필요성을 인지하고 디자인 프로세스 중 건축초기단계에서 비정형 형태생성을 가능하게 하는 스마트모바일 애플리케이션 기술의 기본을 설정 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 프로세스에 의한 분석적 적용이 아닌 선택적 적용의 방법을 제시하여 모바일적용의 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

공학교육 빅 데이터 분석 도구 개발 연구 (Research on the Development of Big Data Analysis Tools for Engineering Education)

  • As information and communication technology has developed remarkably, it has become possible to analyze various types of large-volume data generated at a speed close to real time, and based on this, reliable value creation has become possible. Such big data analysis is becoming an important means of supporting decision-making based on scientific figures. The purpose of this study is to develop a big data analysis tool that can analyze large amounts of data generated through engineering education. The tasks of this study are as follows. First, a database is designed to store the information of entries in the National Creative Capstone Design Contest. Second, the pre-processing process is checked for analysis with big data analysis tools. Finally, analyze the data using the developed big data analysis tool. In this study, 1,784 works submitted to the National Creative Comprehensive Design Contest from 2014 to 2019 were analyzed. As a result of selecting the top 10 words through topic analysis, 'robot' ranked first from 2014 to 2019, and energy, drones, ultrasound, solar energy, and IoT appeared with high frequency. This result seems to reflect the current core topics and technology trends of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In addition, it seems that due to the nature of the Capstone Design Contest, students majoring in electrical/electronic, computer/information and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, and chemical/new materials engineering who can submit complete products for problem solving were selected. The significance of this study is that the results of this study can be used in the field of engineering education as basic data for the development of educational contents and teaching methods that reflect industry and technology trends. Furthermore, it is expected that the results of big data analysis related to engineering education can be used as a means of preparing preemptive countermeasures in establishing education policies that reflect social changes.

초등 교사들을 위한 인공지능 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (An Artificial Intelligence Education Program Development and Application for Elementary Teachers)

  • 21세기 지식 정보 사회의 빠른 변화를 교사들이 수용하여 교육에 적용하여야 할 것이다. 빠른 변화의 중요한 축이 인공지능에 자리매김하고 있기 때문에 초등학교부터 인공지능 교육을 해야 한다. 이런 변화에 발맞추어 초등학교 교사들이 인공지능 교육을 위한 기본 역량을 갖추어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서 초등학교 교사들을 위한 인공지능 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 개발 내용은 첫 번째 단계에서는 인공지능 개념을 이해해야 것이고, 두 번째 단계에는 인공지능 도구를 알고 적용할 수 있어야 하고, 마지막 단계는 인공지능 프로그램을 만들어 보고 적용하는 것이다. 이 단계를 적용하기 위하여 교사들에게 교육한 후에 현장 적용하고 평가하는 방법으로 실제 초등학교 교사 15명을 실험한 결과 초등학교에서 인공지능 교육을 담당할 교사들에게 유용한 교육 프로그램이 될 것 이다.
