Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. The estimation model is established by the weights for industry derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

Recently the government aims to new markets, new jobs, and economic management based on technology, imagination, and creativity through the 'Creative Economy'. It has also been demonstrated in the creation of economic benchmarking of the developed countries that the performance of the creative economy in the border area with convergence of industry, science, culture and technology can achieve. In particular, women in science and technology play an important role in the case of developed countries. However, it is known that active supports and development policies for women scientists and engineers are insufficient, and the number of woman in science and technology is very low in korea. The ratio of women in her early and mid 30s in economic activity is low because of career break and difficulties from going back to work due to childbirth and parenting. The government should concentrate on the creative education and training, support for women in science and technology to develop the creative economy progressively. we present the investigation of the ICT industry status, role of women in economic participation, and the plan of creating jobs for women in the ICT industry in this paper.

Data economy era is rapidly approaching where big data plays the pivotal role of creating new values and solving various problems. This paper aims at designing Korea's new strategic direction of informatization in the big data age. For this purpose, paradigm shift of our society and the new role of IT together with the discussion on open platform and big data focused on its potentials and new possibilities are analyzed, which leads to the conclusion that big data will be a main engine for creating new values. Based on the results of the analysis, three kinds of strategic direction is designed. The first direction is on national vision making and 'data analysis-based creative nation' is suggested. The second direction is on catalyst making and 'smart government utilizing the power of big data' is proposed in details. The third direction is on sustainable leading mechanism and 'collaborative governance between stakeholders' is suggested.

The myth reflects the human way of thinking about the world. Therefore, an important part of myth is human creation and role. This study examines the process of human creation in myth and discusses implications for education. The subjects that can be considered from the viewpoint of education are as follows. The status and role of teachers and students, the relationship between teachers and students, how to create or create humans, and the purpose and results of human creation. First, it is the position and role of the teacher. In myth, being like a teacher is a divine being that transcends human ability. In Dangun mythology, Hwanwoong or Shinwoong descended from heaven, and in the Genesis it is the Creator God. In Dangun mythology, the role of the teacher guides the way of becoming a human and provides necessary tasks. In Genesis, the image of the teacher is the Creator God. God plays the role of a teacher who prepares various environments in which learners can work. Second, the status and role of students in myths. In Dangun mythology, students are symbolized by bear and tiger. They go to the teacher with the desire to become human beings. In Dangun mythology, the student is not a passive existence but an autonomous and active image. In Genesis, the appearance of a student is a passive being created by a teacher. Third, the creation of human beings in myth can be seen in terms of educational process and method. In Dangun Myth, the beginning of education is the wish or expectation of learners. Learners eat mugwort and garlic and participate in human learning. In Genesis 1, however, there is no need for a special method, since human beings are created according to the Creator's command. Fourth, the purpose of education can be discussed through the purpose of human creation. In Dangun mythology, the purpose of education is not to live according to instinct but to become human with culture and personality. In Genesis 1, the purpose of human creation is the role of the Creator in creating and managing the world. Therefore, it is the aim of humans to manage the world in an orderly manner. The purpose of education in Genesis 2 is to enable humans to serve the world.

Any place where exercise is common, such as a club, sports hall, or school, is considered a place for teaching sports. When doing sports, a very safe environment for sports should be chosen. The athlete should consider the safety of sports facilities and equipment, and if there is a defect, he should refrain from exercising in these places. The safety of sports facilities is very effective in creating people's sports activities, with the benefits of staying away from physical harm, enjoying sports, and having mental peace. Everyone has the right to participate in sports and recreation and to ensure that they enjoy a safe environment. The ability to manage and solve issues that may arise plays the most critical role in creating a safe environment. The quality of construction materials used for the construction of sports facilities is of great importance. In this work, the resistance and water repellency of concrete constituents for the construction of sports buildings have been investigated by nanoscience. Nano-concrete material solves the main problem of concrete surfaces, i.e., the entry of water and humidity into the structure. It also gives it a self-cleaning ability with its water repellency. Nanoparticles are placed between pores and cover the cracks, which causes roughness in the surface structure of concrete. The high roughness of the surface of the coated concrete caused its super-hydrophobicity. In hydrophobic surfaces, the higher the contact angle, the more hydrophobic the surface will be. In order to investigate the hydrophobic properties, silica nanoparticles, silica nanoparticles, and fly ash were prepared on concrete, and their properties were analyzed.

High quality meteorological information is the typical product of service business industry which can offer the investment initiative by reducing the uncertainty and by activating other related industries. It requires a high level of meteorological technology and of ability to transform such technology as merchandising products. According to the analysis of the WMO data, the level of Korean meteorological technology is comparable to that of the nation with $17,500, GDP per head. However, the income of the meteorological business agent earns in Korea is 8 billion 4 hundred million won which is less than a tenth of that made by the US or Japan. The potential for such business field in Korea will be strong enough, if one can overcome such weak points. In addition, the efforts made by the government to advance the meteorological technology have been actualized gradually. Korean government will have a chance that is comparable to offering jobs for 20,000 unemployed by creating incomes of 40 billion won by meteorological technology as a sustained economic growth engine. It is proposed that government stimulate demand and supply by focusing on sales quantity than the price. The key points for creating the new demand are marketing and outsourcing of weather and climate information by maintaining the cooperative relationship between private and public sector.

Recently many companies began to realize their visions for the sustainable growth with the advent of CSV(Creating Shared Values). Michael E. Porter, a Harvard Professor, claims that placing social value creation at the core of business strategy has the potential to uncover big opportunities for individual companies and that shared value can play a significant role in increasing competitive advantages while fostering social prosperity. In consequence, the various researches have illustrated how to get the opportunity for competitive advantages from building a social value proposition into corporate strategy, and considerable studies have been promoted heavily from the managerial perspective. However, due to the lack of capability converging information technology with business strategy, any research effort to identify technological or Internet-related issues and to link the issues to CSV does not exist. With Korean being a Internet leading country, the demands of researches analyzing core technology, information, and service utilizing Internet are rapidly growing. The study aims to find out Internet-related enablers for CSV. This paper describes the concepts and features of CSV, identifies emerging Internet-related issues toward the opportunity for competitive advantage, and then depicts the rigorous research endeavors in the areas of Internet information, technology, and services. As a result, 11 papers presented and selected as the outstanding papers at APIC-IST 2014 handle the issues to be brought together, which include: Wireless and Sensor Network, Image Processing and HCI, Big Data and Business Intelligence, Security & Privacy in Internet, SNS & Communication, Smart-Learning and e-Learning, and Internet Business Strategy. The study finally recommends indispensible terms for substantially vitalizing CSV.

Objective: This study aims to explore the intra-action between infants and picture book reading in a daycare setting, aiming to gain new insight into infants' reading experiences. Methods: The participants in the study were 12 infants from the Bluebird Class (1-year-old) at A Daycare Center. To comprehensively examine the context and flow of the infants' experiences, participant observation was conducted during free play sessions, held three to five times a week, in the morning, from December 19, 2022, to February 17, 2023. Results: Firstly, infants engaged in the intra-action with symbols such as text, images, lines, colors, and latent narratives in picture books, spontaneously encountering meaning-making. Secondly, they explored the potential of materials such as their own bodies, the dacare classroom environment, and blocks, creating narratives through the process of 'becoming'. Thirdly, infants generated shared experiences by creating interactions within their relationships with others in the daycare class. Conclusion/Implications: This study highlights a shift in perspective, recognizing infants as active readers who construct their own understanding. Additionally, it underscores the significance of cultivating an infant-centered environment and the meaningful role of teachers in supporting and facilitating such an environment.

In December 2017, the Moon Jae-in administration announced a major policy shift away from nuclear and coal, committing itself to the vision of creating a society where renewable sources account for 20% of its electricity generation by 2030. This energy transition involves not just a technical transition from conventional energy sources to renewable energy but also active participation of multiple stakeholders in the energy governance. While energy policy making has long been dominated by the central government in Korea with the aim of managing the supply for rapid industrialization and economic growth, the Moon administration aims to diffuse the central government's authority across various actors in society. Among those actors, this study focuses on the roles that local governments play in energy transition. Despite deepening local autonomy since 1995, Korean local governments have remained policy targets or recipients in the energy policy domain. This article discusses how such a traditional role has evolved under the new administration's energy transition policy and examines what challenges and limitations local governments face in creating a more decentralized energy governance system.

Purpose - Corporate patent management refers to an organization belonging to the government or an intergovernmental organization that plays a bigger role in controlling patents. The purpose of the present study is to investigate and suggest brief solutions regarding how companies should manage their patents, maximizing their commercial values. Research design, Data, and methodology - Since the current researcher needed to optimize authenticity, the datasets were used primarily for collecting data from various sources examined by peers. This research used a claim from PRISMA (preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis) to identify prior studies within the limits of the sample. Result - The results revealed that corporate patent management is faced with different problems in the course of its operations. It faces many different critics from the outside world; therefore, a need to solve those problems. This study strongly suggests there are seven solutions to manage companies' patents. Conclusion - The conclusion of this study points out that The prolonged period has given some business organizations a competitive advantage over others especially that belong to industries that have a lower propensity to adopt patent rights. As a result, some business organizations have grown relatively faster than others within the long period they remain as patent rights members.
