The purpose of this study is to investigate the nurses' needs in the general hospitals as a basic study to develop ICU clinical nurse from Aug. 3 to Sept. 26 1998 at 13 general or university hospitals that have ICU nurse training course and are accredited at KNA. The subjects of study were ICU nurses and nurse managers at the department of nursing. The questionnaire items were developed from literature review, interviews with 30 ICU nurses at an university hospital in Pusan. The results were as follows : The subjects of study educated in ICU nurse training course were 44.3% of total. The 93.1% responded the necessity of ICU CNS and 89.1% wanted to have ICU CNS certification. The 43.8% answered that ICU should be a center of CNS education and 32.0% answered the department of nursing. Most of subjects responded that the clinical experience of ICU should be needed prior to CNS education. Regarding the treatment of ICU CNS, the 34.2% of total subjects responded it would be suitable to pay additional allowance and the 28.3% answered to grade-up salary step, and then the 13.7% to promote level position. Concerning the assignment department, the 63.5% answered that the charge nurse would be proper than general nurse or head nurse. As to the working time of ICU CNS, the 93.2% responded that D-duty is needed, the 79.5% to E-duty and the 64.4% to N-duty. It is suggested that the consensus of ICU nurses for the concept, the role and the system of ICU CNS is needed.

A number of the retail and traditional market customer is decrease, whereas that of the supermarket in department-store customers in is increase. This case suggests that customers have a preference for much more comfortable and pleasant shopping places And making a resonable purchase in the supermarkets where we can find various goods and price zone, is now garden variety. It is a current course that once the manager ask an architect for multi-functional space design in department-store and then the architect compose a team and start to design. Of course, the team of planner thinking manage give the design team the basic material data such as commerce analysis and the use of each layer in the department store but, the design team solve the assignment by architectural form, functional space plan and the limited architecture law. After establishing general design for architecture, we can ask shopping-mall distribution, products display and interior design of the interior design general design for architecture, we can ask shopping-mall distribution, products display and interior design of the interior design team. so it is inevitable that the interior design team concerning M·D can find lots of complementary factors with architecture design. The purpose of this study is analyzing the differences of architecture design, which has to accept the limited law and interior design concerning M·D, satisfying the structure and the law in the future design for the department-store. Also the purpose of this thesis is suggestion the items architects and interior designers research into together to make the inner space ideally.

Througout the literature, various opinions and recommendations are presented concerning educational backgrounds for subject specialist librarianship. However, the Korean library and information science education is designed as the college program, and n, utilization of either minor or double major programs is regarded as the best to produce qualified subject specialist librarians. Nevertheless, the courses in the library and information science should be promoted first. Accordingly, this study starts with the assumption that the subject bibliography course in the library and information science is designed directly or indirectly to educate students as subject specialist librarians. For this, law and law firm library were explored as examples, and then, finally a law bibliography was provided for the training of the law specialist librarians.

In this study, we analyzed the current status and limitations of software education in A education universities. In order to solve these problems, technical support assistant teachers were employed and operated. During the course of the course, we conducted interviews with the instructor and the technical support teacher. The satisfaction of the teacher in the training school was high and I wanted to be supported continuously. It also called for the capacity building of assistant teachers and the establishment of a pool of staff. On the other hand, the assistant teachers suggested that the role assignment of team teaching should be clarified and a guide of activities should be presented. The technical assistance assistant teacher input system discussed in this study may be different from the practice system of each university, and generalization may be limited. Therefore, it is expected that the effective implementation method will be shared and the software education will be activated.

The automation of container terminals is an important factor that determines port competitiveness, and global advanced ports tend to strengthen their competitiveness through container terminal automation. The operational efficiency of the AGV, which is an essential transport equipment of the automated terminal, can improve the productivity of the automated terminal. The operation of AGVs in automated container terminals differs from that of conventional container terminals, as it is based on an automated system in which AGVs travel along designated paths and operate according to assigned tasks, requiring consideration of factors such as workload, congestion, and collisions. To prevent such problems and improve the efficiency of AGV operations, a more sophisticated model is necessary. Thus, this paper proposes an AGV scheduling model that takes into account the AGV travel path and task assignment within the terminal The model prevent the problem of deadlock and. various cases are generated by changing AGV algebra and number of tasks to create AGV driving situations and evaluate the proposed algorithm through algorithm and optimization analysis.

Recently, it has demanded to the wireless monitoring system in stand-alone PV power generation system. We propose the multiplex monitoring method using RF unit of low-price. RF unit consists of RF modem and communication controller. It is also able to use by repeater to communicate long distance. In this paper. two algorithms were programmed by CCS-C and C++ for multiplex monitoring method, The algorithm of choosing unit was used 'select and poll method' and the course assignment algorithm was embodied with 'Bellman-Ford algorithm'. The good result was achieved in the actual test without communication-data lose. The proposed method will be applied such as monitoring system of PV light on the wayside, monitoring system of unmanned lighthouse, monitoring system of refrigeration container on vessel and so on. It can be applied in the field that various ocean energy system.

This paper aims to discuss the effects of learning how to write English interrogative sentences. 122 students who participated in the study learned basic structural components of English questions and practiced writing questions by inversing the subject and the verb in a given declarative sentence. The participants were divided into two groups: Group 1 which was given a brief explanation of interrogative structures and practices, and Group 2 which was given the same explanation and practices in addition to an assignment for which they had to make one or two comprehension questions based on reading a passage. For the pre-tests and the post-tests, they took a TOEIC reading test with 40 questions and a structure test with 25 questions. The results of the tests show that both groups improved significantly in the two post-tests, benefiting from this learning method. However, the additional treatment for Group 2 did not seem to be highly effective. In the questionnaire survey, the participants think that the method of learning English questions has helped them better understand English grammar as well as interrogative structures. The participants were also divided into three different levels: high, intermediate, and low. The intermediate level group students benefited most from learning writing questions as the results of the post-test of the 25-questions test and the final exam of the course show.

This paper focuses on development of SCAAM(Ship Collision Avoidance Assignment Model) for avoiding ship collison at sea. We take a new look at DCPA, TCPA, VCD, collision concept for ship collision avoidance and propose SCAAM using DCPA pre-assignmented by a ship master on information collected by other ship's AIS, GPS (course-speed, destination, length, width, tonnage etc). If A ship is a collision situation, the ship master makes a decision where the ship makes a evasion voyage or not continually using SCCAM. If ship master decides a evasion voyage, the ship is voyaged by CORLEGS (International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea). This paper contributes to safety navigation by decreasing the ship collision accident by human's error.
