This study was aimed at rating the existing work environment noise components and alternatives in point of worker's view. To answer the purpose, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is adopted in this research. Based on the AHP method, this research abstracts a mathematically rigorous noise components and alternative's weights and proven process for priority and decision-making. By reconstructing complex hearing conservation programs to a series of pair-wise comparisons, and then synthesizing the results, this study not only helps establishments of noise countermeasure, but also provides a clear rationale for noise alternatives. The result of this study is summarized as follows; 1) Job satisfaction index and noise identification index are 63, 56 respectively. 2) Noise level(15.7%), frequency(14.1%) and directivity(13.6%) are main reasons in worker's ground. 3) There are some difference between the estimation of worker's identification and that of work sites. 4) Low noise machine(14.7%), enclosure(13.2%) and shielding(9.6%) are chosen for noise protection method by workers. 5) Noise environment improvement should be focused on noise source rather than personal protection. 6) By the AHP method, noise source countermeasure have a key role at work environments.

This study is performed for the investigation of management of personnel, wages, welfare, communication, labor, safety, treatment improvement according to assigned working places(primary, middle and high school). This study is based on the final analysis summarized on the 285 questionnaire answered by employee for school foodservice in Buchon city after distributing total 500 questionnaire. The conclusion of this analysis of study is as following. This report says the reason of this mind is caused by hard work. This investigation says they feel to be compensated with low wages on the contrary their hard working and this caused them to demoralize and increase to give up their jobs. The long tenn vacation like childcare vacation is newly established by present improvement of working condition but this improvement action is ineffective. Many of them are feeling to a fatigue and ill health and the condition of occupational disease as hard work. The present improvement of irregular employee treatment like above cases is not effective. So the rewards and payment shall be considered according to their hard work and the working condition must be improved practically for the settlement of their job without leaving.

On this study, we extracted pending problem and controversial point from management of disaster such as terror for domestic massive performance and then, investigated countermeasure plan against disaster for massive performance through comparison and analysis between anti-disaster strategy of Korea and U.S. U.S are conducting security system actively for passenger of major facilities such as public institution. Nonetheless, In U.S that has the world's best security system, serious affair such as 911 terror and Boston marathon terror are continued to happen. When considering domestic situation that North Korea and South Korea are antagonistic to each other, it is judged when it is high time to prepare for threat of terrorism. Accordingly, On this study, through analyzing of latest terror attacks in U.S and disaster risk in the nation, we analyzed in detail countermeasure plan classified as legislation, operation of security system, instilling a sense. As the result of this analyzing, using by flow-chart, we suggested domestic optimized disaster management system for massive performance. Consequently, we propose to establish systematized disaster management system such as preliminary survey of disaster influence for massive performance.

PURPOSES : Traffic congestions which occur in the intersections of arterials lead to mobility and environment problem, and then traffic agencies and engineers have been struggling for mitigating congestions with greenhouse gas emissions. As an alternative of solving theses problems, this study is to introduce a low-cost and high-effectiveness countermeasure as unconventional intersections which are successfully in operation in U.S.. The main feature of unconventional intersections is to reroute turning movement on an approach to other approach, which consequently more green time is available for the progression of through traffic. Due to improved progression, this unique geometric design contributes to reduce delays with greenhouse gas emission and provides a viable alternative to interchanges. This study is to evaluate the potential operation and environment benefits of unconventional intersections. METHODS : This study used the VISSIM model with Synchro and EnViVer. Synchro is to optimize signal phases and EnViVer model to estimate the amount of greenhouse gas emissions by each condition. RESULTS : The result shows that unconventional intersections lead to increase the capacity and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, compared to existing intersections. CONCLUSIONS : Unconventional intersections have the ability to positively impact operations and environments as a low-cost and high-effectiveness countermeasure.
