  • The purpose of this study was to develop of home nursing care classification and home health care costs of the free-standing home nursing care agency. This study was done through 3 steps The First stage, home nursing care classification was identified and classified by literature, review-committee and expert meeting. The second stage, cost elements for home nursing care visit were identified and accounted. That were divided into direct nursing care cost, indirect nursing care cost, management cost and transportation cost. Third stage, total cost of per visit was produced. Data were collected from 810 visits of 120 patients received home dare and from January. 1999 to November, 1999, and analysed with EXCEL program. The obtained results are as follows : 1. Home nursing care classification was consisted of 6 high level classification domain and 10 low level classification domain and 163 home nursing care behavior. 2. The cost of home nursing care per visit was 30,638 won which were direct and indirect nursing care cost(16.305won), management cost(5,255won) and transportation cost (9,098won). In conclusion. Home nursing behavior care classification developed in this study would be used as home health care standard. And the home nursing care costs can be used as a fundamental data for the further development of home health care costs in Korea.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a cost classification system that can be used in gas plant construction projects. Towards this end, it examined the detailed statements of the construction companies which had experience in carrying out plant construction projects. Based on the above, it also presented a life-cycle (i.e., EPCC) cost classification system for the gas plant construction projects by conducting the Delphi analysis through the expert opinions.

비용곡선과 ROC곡선에서의 비용비율 (Cost Ratios for Cost and ROC Curves)

  • 혼합분포의 분류문제에서 비용함수를 고려한 분류점은 최소 기대비용이라는 측면에서 최적이다. 비용에 관한 어떠한 정보가 주어지지 않은 경우에 ROC곡선을 이용하여 분류정확도 측도인 전체정확도와 진실율이 최대일 때의 분류점에 대응하는 기대비용에서의 비용비율을제안하고, 최소 기대비용의 비용비율과의 관계를 설명한다. 그리고 비용곡선을 이용하여 분류정확도 측도들에 기반하는 최소 기대비용에서의 비용비율을 제안하였고 이 비용비율은 대표적인 두 종류의 분류정확도가 최대일 때의 기대비용에 대한 비용비율들 사이에 존재하며, 최소 기대비용에서의 비용비율에 수렴하는 것을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 기대비용과 정규화된 기대비용을 최소화할 때의 비용비율과 분류정확도가 최대일 때의 비용비율들의 관계를 토론한다.

간호요구도에 따른 간호비용 실태에 관한 조사연구 (A Descriptive Study for Nursing Care Cost According to the Level of Care Requirement)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify the variations of nursing care cost depending on nursing care requirement and calculate nursing care cost per one day and one care requirement point. Methods: Nursing care requirement was measured by classifying 3,855 patients according to KPCS-1(Korean Patient Classification System for nurses-1). Nursing care cost was calculated from personnel expenses and nursing care requirement. Nursing cost factors were identified by multiple regression analysis. Results: Average nursing cost per patient per day was 33,588 won, Average nursing care cost per 1 patient classification score was 3,558 won. The nursing cost per 1 patient classification score was different depending on the types and levels of the hospitals. The 4th patient classification group revealed the highest nursing care cost. Nursing cost factors included the number of beds in the hospitals, seniority, number of nurses and first grade in nurse personnel accreditation ($adj-R^2$ 74.0%. p<.05). Conclusion: Nursing care requirements expressed by patient classification scores don't directly correlate with nursing care cost. Further research is needed to evaluate validity and reliability for refining KPCS-1 and to apply variable criteria to nurse personnel accreditation.

건강보험 의료행위의 비용구조 (Cost Structure of Medical Services in Korean National Health Insurance)

  • Health insurance fees are set by relative value scales and conversion factors. Since 2008 the conversion factor has been classified into 7 according to the provider type, and a separate contract has been made respectively. As such classification of the conversion factor reflects only the different characteristics of providers, however, further classification to reflect the different cost structures of providers is proposed. Cost varies according to the type of not only providers but also services each provider supply. In fact different cost structures of providers are the result of their different services. This study analyzed the cost structure of medical services to propose a new approach to the classification of the conversion factor. This study analyzed the cost structure of medical services using cost data constructed in the revision study of relative value scales. The cost data consist of doctor's fee, support staff's fee, cost of medical equipments, cost of medical supplies and indirect cost. The proportion of each cost component to the total cost was analyzed in terms of service department and service type. 72 service groups are defined in terms of the combination of service department and service type. Through cluster analysis, 72 service groups were reduced into 7 clusters each of which has a similar cost structure. Conversion factor is contracted annually to reflect the change in the cost of providing medical services. So the classification of conversion factor has to be based on the cost structures of medical services, not the characteristics of providers. Service clusters derived in this study can be used as a new classification for health insurance fee contract.

하이테크 공장의 효율적 건설 사업비 분석 및 예측을 위한 WBS·CBS 기반 건설정보 분류체계 구축 (Establishment of WBS·CBS-based Construction Information Classification System for Efficient Construction Cost Analysis and Prediction of High-tech Facilities)

  • 국가 경제를 이끌고 있는 하이테크 산업은 일반 건축물에 비해 투자비 규모가 크고 공사 기간이 짧으며 지속적인 투자가 필요한 특성으로 인하여 정확한 공사비 예측과 빠른 의사결정은 효율적인 비용 및 공정 관리를 위한 중요한 요소이다. 국외의 경우, 1980년부터 건설정보 분류체계 표준화를 시행하고 지속적인 발전을 이루어, 체계적으로 프로젝트 전 생애 주기 정보를 수집·활용하는 등 건설 생산성을 향상시키고 있다. 반면, 국내의 건설 현장에서는 건설정보 분류체계의 표준화를 위한 시도들이 있었으나, 표준화 주체의 부재, 건설사별 비용 및 공정관리 방식의 차이로 인한 지속적인 표준화 및 체계화가 이루어지는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 하이테크 산업의 경우, 큰 규모, 수많은 공종, 복잡한 공사, 보안 등의 문제로 인하여 하이테크 공장 건설을 위한 건설정보 분류체계 표준화·체계화 수준이 매우 낮다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 국내 건설된 관련 프로젝트 데이터를 수집·분류·분석을 통하여 하이테크 공장 건설에 적합한 건설정보 분류체계를 구성하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 통해 분류·분석된 WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)·CBS(Cost Breakdown Structure)를 기반으로 계층적 구분을 통한 코드체계를 제안하였고, WBS와 CBS를 연계를 통한 건축물의 비용 모델을 입체화 및 활용 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 통하여, 일반적인 건설정보 구분 체계인 일 방향의 트리구조를 벗어나 상호 관계성을 기반으로 한 정보 분류체계가 가능하여, 공사 기간 단축 및 비용 절감 등 효과를 극대할 수 있을 것이다.

유전 알고리듬 기반 집단분류기법의 개발과 성과평가 : 채권등급 평가를 중심으로 (Design and Performance Measurement of a Genetic Algorithm-based Group Classification Method : The Case of Bond Rating)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a new group classification method based on genetic algorithm and to com-pare its prediction performance with those of existing methods in the area of bond rating. To serve this purpose, we conduct various experiments with pilot and general models. Specifically, we first conduct experiments employing two pilot models : the one searching for the cluster center of each group and the other one searching for both the cluster center and the attribute weights in order to maximize classification accuracy. The results from the pilot experiments show that the performance of the latter in terms of classification accuracy ratio is higher than that of the former which provides the rationale of searching for both the cluster center of each group and the attribute weights to improve classification accuracy. With this lesson in mind, we design two generalized models employing genetic algorithm : the one is to maximize the classification accuracy and the other one is to minimize the total misclassification cost. We compare the performance of these two models with those of existing statistical and artificial intelligent models such as MDA, ANN, and Decision Tree, and conclude that the genetic algorithm-based group classification method that we propose in this paper significantly outperforms the other methods in respect of classification accuracy ratio as well as misclassification cost.

  • 본 연구는 설계 과정의 분해, 시공 과정의 조립, 공사비 적산 등 공사의 계획과 관리에 걸친 모든 공사 관리의 업무를 체계화할 수 있는 공동주택의 공사정보분류체계를 제시하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 이 공사정보분류체계를 작업순서에 따라 관계형 데이터베이스(Data Base)로 구축 방법을 제시하였고, 구축된 데이터베이스를 근거로 적산 자동화 시스템 개념 모형을 구축하였다. 이러한 적산 자동화 시스템 개념 모형은 기존 적산 시스템들의 근본적인 문제점이었던 부적절함을 해소하여 공동주택 건설현장에서 효과적으로 적용가능한 과학적인 적산 시스템으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Optimum Design of Ship Design System Using Neural Network Method in Initial Design of Hull Plate

  • Manufacturing of complex surface plates in stern and stem is a major factor in cost of a preliminary ship design by computing process. If these hull plate parts are effectively classified, it helps to compute the processing cost and find the way to cut-down the processing cost. This paper presents a new method to classify surface plates effectively in the preliminary ship design using neural network. A neural-network-based ship hull plate classification program was developed and tested for the automatic classification of ship design. The input variables are regarded as Gaussian curvature distributions on the plate. Various applicable rules of network topology are applied in the ship design. In automation of hull plate classification, two different numbers of input variables are used. By observing the results of the proposed method, the effectiveness of the proposed method is discussed. As a result, high prediction rate was achieved in the ship design. Accordingly, to the initial design stage, the ship hull plate classification program can be used to predict the ship production cost. And the proposed method will contribute to reduce the production cost of ship.

대안적인 분류기준: 오분류율곱 (Alternative Optimal Threshold Criteria: MFR)

  • 본 연구는 ROC 곡선에서 형성되는 면적 형태로 나타나는 분류정확도기준인 오분류율곱(multiplication of false rates; MFR)를 제안한다. MFR 기준과 다른 기준로부터 구한 최적분류점의 분류성과에 대하여 비교 분석한다. 다양한 분포함수에 대하여 최적분류점을 구하고 이에 대응하는 FNR과 FPR을 비교하면서 MFR의 특징과 장점을 유도한다. 일반적인 비용함수를 바탕으로 분류점에 대한 비용비율을 다양한 분류기준을 이용하여 구한다. 비용곡선에 대한 비용비율의 관계를 정리하여 MFR 기준의 장점을 탐색한다. MFR 기준의 정의를 다차원 ROC 분석으로 확장하고 다차원의 다른 분류기준과의 관계를 설명하면서 토론한다.
