노봉방에서 추출된 카페인산 페네틸 에스테르가 함유된 한방화장품의 미백 개선에 관한 임상적 연구 (A Clinical Research about Herbal Cosmetics Containing Caffeic acid phenethyl ester Isolated from Vespae Nidus on the Whitening Effects)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this clinical research was to investigate the effects of herbal cosmetics containing Caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE), an ingredient compound of various herbs including Vespae Nidus, on the Whitening Effects. Methods: A total of 20 subjects who visited Pusan National University Hospital from March 2nd, 2017 to April 11th, 2017 were included. In this study, we evaluated the visual evaluation, the melanin index (M) and erythema index (E) through skin analysis equipment, the subjective whitening improvement analysis, and the adverse reaction according to product use. Statistical analysis was performed with independent t-test and Mann-Whitney's U test. Statistical significance was achieved if the probability was less than 5% (p<0.05) Results: As a result of the visual evaluation, it was effective in improving skin whitening. The subjective whitening improvement analysis also showed positive results. However, no statistically significant differences were found between the test and control cosmetics in the melanin index (M) and erythema index (E) through skin analysis equipment. In the safety evaluation, some adverse reactions were reported, but no significant were observed directly from cosmetics. Conclusions: Considering the above results, we have confirmed the possibility of herbal cosmetics containing containing CAPE of Vespae Nidus Extracts.

중국 여성의 한국화장품 구매행동에 관한 실증분석 연구 (The Purpose of This Paper is to Study the influence of Chinese Women's Purchasing Behavior on Korean Cosmetics)

  • First, this study considered the trade situation of cosmetics products between Korea and China and conducted a survey on Chinese women about the purchasing behavior of Korean cosmetics. Five hypotheses were set up to further analyze Chinese women's purchasing behaviors. Subjective norms, conspicuous consumption, perceived behavioral control, brand and Korean wave were used as five variables to analyze hypothesis tests on the impact of purchase behavior. The results of the study showed that Chinese women's subjective norms, conspicuous consumptions, brands, and Korean wave factors had a significant effect on purchasing behavior, while perceived behavioral control factors did not affect purchasing behavior.

  • 베트남은 현재 매년 1% 가량의 인구 성장률을 보이고 젊은 인구가 총인구의 절반을 넘는 잠재적인 구매층을 지니고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 베트남은 화장품 시장에 있어서 매우 가능성이 높은 시장이라고 할 수 있으며 연 평균 화장품시장이 15% 이상 성장률을 보이고 있다. 한국 화장품은 랑콤, 샤넬 등 세계 유명 브랜드와의 경쟁하는 가운데서도 한국 화장품이 베트남 시장 점유율이 높아 가고 있다. 한국산 화장품이 일본, 미국 화장품보다 베트남 소비자들에게 보다 더 많은 인기를 얻는 이유는 합리적인 가격과 좋은 품질 그리고 한류의 영향을 받았기 때문이다. 본 연구는 한국화장품에 대한 베트남 소비자의 충동적 구매성향, 과시적 구매성향, 합리적 구매성향, 독자적 구매성향의 요인으로 구분하여 구매 만족과 재구매 의도 또는 타인 추천에 관한 실증분석을 하였다. 한국화장품의 품질에 대한 인식이나 브랜드 이미지 제고에 긍정적인 역할을 하고 있으며, 화장품의 긍정적인 효과는 사용후 만족도와 구매 추천 의향으로까지 연결되는 것으로 추정된다.

  • 소비자 욕구의 다양화와 관련 기술 등의 발달로 인하여 피부 미화, 청결 등의 단순한 효능만을 가지던 화장품이 이제는 주름개선, 미백 등의 실질적인 효능 효과를 가지는 제품으로 상품의 개발 방향이 변화되었다. 국내에서도 이러한 흐름에 발 맞추어 2000 년 식품의약품안전청 고시에 의해 화장품법이 제정되었고, 국내 화장품 산업이 발전할 수 있는 도약의 전기와 함께 본격적인 `기능성화장품'시대가 개막되었다. 2000 년 7 월 화장품 법 시행 이후 나름대로 정착되어가고 있는 기능성 화장품 제도가 변화하는 여성 소비자들에게 어떻게 이해되고 있는지를 라이프스타일 중심으로 파악해 봄으로써 라이프 스타일에 따른 기능성 화장품의 소비자 유형 분류에 대한 기초 정보 제공과 기능성 화장품 시장 세분화에 대한 마케팅 전략 수립의 기초 자료가 되리라 사료된다.

  • 화장품 시장은 2026년의 초고령사회(Super aged society)가 예측되는 만큼 타 산업과 비교하여 지속적 시장 창출이 기대되는 산업이고, 우리나라 역시 고령화 시대의 진입 속에서 항노화에 관한 관심이 증대되고, 이에 관한 결과로 기능성 화장품에 대한 수요가 증가가 나타났다. 특히, 노년층을 위한 기능성 성분 소재에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 소재 개발의 연구는 화장품 산업에 있어서 신제품 개발로 이어지는 아주 중요한 과정이다. 본 연구는 학술정보시스템(Research information Shining Service, RISS)을 이용하여 국내 천연주름 개선 기능성 화장품 소재개발을 주제로 한 연구를 중심으로 주름 개선화장품의 연구 방향에 대한 여러 가지 주름생성 저해 방법을 실험한 결과와 신소재에 대한 안전하면서도 주름 개선기능이 탁월한 천연 소재 주름 개선 기능성 성분에 관한 최신 연구 동향을 살펴보았다.

화장품산업의 관계마케팅 요인과 관계품질이 관계성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Relationship Marketing Factors and Relationship Quality on Relationship Performance in Cosmetics Industry)

  • Cosmetic products are high value-added ones, and characterized by short life-cycles and income elasticity. Since most cosmetic products are procured through consults with salespersons, it is necessary to have detailed knowledge about basic cosmetics. In this paper, a possible relationship marketing strategy is suggested using the results of examining the effects of relationship marketing factors and relationship quality in cosmetics industry. The findings of this research can be summarized as follows. In order to examine the effects of relationship marketing factors and relationship quality on satisfaction which is a relationship performance, and the willingness to procure it again, this paper executed multiple regression analysis. The typical findings of this paper are as follows. The higher the specialty is, the better the brand image is, the higher customization and trust with customer are, the higher satisfaction and willingness to buy it again get. The analysis of relative influences of sub-factors revealed that trust was the strongest factor. In this paper, by revealing the effects of relationship marketing factors and relationship quality on relationship performance, empirically suggested the results which show the same findings as those of previous researches. This result can be a method to establish systematic education systems in places selling basic cosmetic products and in cosmetics companies.

저가화장품 사용실태와 구매만족도 - 여대생을 중심으로 - (The Use and Satisfaction of Low Price Cosmetics Among Female College Students)

  • The aim of this study is to promote an appropriate consumption culture given the features of the segmented female college student group and to utilize these features as basic data at the level of consumer education. The lifestyle of female college students will be identified, along with the current use and customer satisfaction of low price cosmetics that are aimed at this group. The conclusion will be proposed on the basis of the results of this study: Firstly, low price cosmetics producers need to develop products that satisfy the needs of customers and to establish marketing strategies such as sales promotions according to the current trend. Secondly, in order to establish rational purchasing, it is necessary to promote an appropriate consumption culture by offering consumer education to college students. Thirdly, most consumers equate brands with quality. Therefore, companies need to continually produce quality products that may be differentiated from other low price cosmetics, not only in terms of price but also in terms of product quality, in order to enhance the reliability of their brand. Furthermore, it is necessary for consumers to be able to purchase products by considering product quality through searching for diverse information and not merely by depending on any particular brand.

유기노의 항산화 활성 및 멜라닌 생성 억제 효과 (Effect of Artemisia anomala S. Moore on Antioxidant Activity and Melanogenesis)

  • In mammalian melanocytes, melanin synthesis is controlled by tyrosinase, the key enzyme in the pigment synthesis. In this study, to develop a new whitening agent, we have investigated the antioxidant and the inhibitory effect of Artemisia anomala extract on tyrosinase activity and melanigenesis in the B16/F1 melanoma cells. The inhibition ratio of tyrosinase activity of butanol fraction from A. anomala was higher than that of arbutin ($97.5{\pm}0.5%$ at the concentration of 2 mg/ml). The butanol fraction was shown scavenging activities of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals and superoxide anion radicals in a dose dependent manner. The highest inhibitory activity of melanogenesis was also butanol fraction ($25.0{\pm}3%$ at the concentration of $200\;{\mu}g/ml$). From these results, we suggest that the A. anomala extract might be used to be a potential agent for skin whitening.

애기수영, 방가지똥 및 암대극 추출물이 Melanoma Cell에서 멜라닌 합성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Rumex axetosella, Sonchus oleraceus and Euphoibia jolkini Extracts on Melanin Synthesis in Melanoma Cells)

  • In this study, we investigated the effect of Rumex axetosella, Sonchus oleraceus and Euphoibia jolkini extracts on tyrosinase activity and melanin production as natural products of whitening functional cosmetics. To measure the melanin production, 50, 100, $200{\mu}g/mL$ of Rumex axetosella, Sonchus oleraceus and Euphoibia jolkini extracts were treated on ${\alpha}-MSH$ treated B16F10 melanoma cells, respectively. Melanin contents in ${\alpha}-MSH$ treated B16F10 melanoma cells were decreased by 41.5, 51.11, and 61% in $200{\mu}g/mL$ treatment compared to none treatment, respectively. In addition, the intracellular tyrosinase activity was decreased after treatments with all extracts. Furthermore, $100{\mu}g/mL$ of Euphoibia jolkini extract was decreased 81.5% of melanin production in B16F10 melanoma cells. When the three extracts were compared, Euphoibia jolkini extract was considered to be the most functional material for whitening effect.

큰비쑥 추출물의 멜라닌 생성 억제 효과 (Antimelanogenic of Artemisia fukudo Makino Extract in Melanoma Cells)

  • Melanin is one of the most important factors affecting skin color. Melanogenesis is the bioprocess of melanin production by melanocytes in the skin and hair follicles and is mediated by several enzymes, such as tyrosinase, tyrosinase related protein (TRP)-1, and TRP-2, MITF. In this study, we investigated the effect of Artemisia fukudo Makino extracts on tyrosinase activity and melanin production as natural products of whitening functional cosmetics. Melanin content in murine B16F10 melanoma cells were decreased by Artemisia fukudo Makino extracts in a dose-dependently. In addition, the inhibition of tyrosinase activity of Artemisia fukudo Makino extracts showed to decrease tyrosinase activity as the concentration of ${\alpha}-MSH$ was increased. Furthermore, western blot analysis revealed that Artemisia fukudo Makino extracts significantly downregulated the expression of tyrosinase, TRP-1 which treat of ${\alpha}-MSH-induced$ melanogenesis in murine B16F10 melanoma cells. As a result, Artemisia fukudo Makino extract showed functionalities as an effective whitening agent to inhibit melanin formation.
