This study was carried out to investigate the salt movement in upland soils in reclaimed region (Kye-Hwa Do). The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. The cation content in ground water increased during time course. but in the case of land-surface water the content was variable, and $K^+$ was lower than that of $Na^+$ and $M^{+2}$. At the L. S. P(Low salinity plot) under rainproof condition, the salinity was directly proportional to soil water content, but at the H. S. P (High salinity plot) the tendency was no reversed. 3. In condition of rainproof, the amount of available phosphorous was higher at the H. S. P than at the L. S. P. 4. Positive correlation was obtained between the soil water content and available phosphorous content at the rainfall plot, but there was no significance at the surface soil of the rainproof plot. 5. SAR (Sodium adsorption ratio) and anion ($Cl^-$, $SO_4{^{2-}}$) contents in soil were repressed in the order of black vinyl>white vinyl>rice straw>control.

One of the problems in increasing rice production is getting lines or varieties that have high adaptability so that able to produce maximum production in a variety of environmental conditions. One strategy that can be done to get adaptive varieties is through the improvement of native varieties. This research was conducted in rain fed paddy field, Aceh province, Indonesia from June to September 2014. The texture of the soil was clay-loam with the soil pH ranged from 6.5-6.7. Five potential progenies of rice from crossing between native Indonesian rice with introduced rice varieties consist of C3, C4, S3, S5, S6 were used in this study. Besides that, one national rice variety Ciherang also used as a comparison. The plants were growth in the plot with the size of $2m{\times}1.4m$ with plant distance was $20cm{\times}20cm$. The fertilizers used in this study were Urea, NPK, and KCl. Randomized block design with 6 rice progenies/variety and 3 replications were used in this study. There were 18 experimental units and each experimental unit had 10 samples for the sources of data. The variables that were observed in this study including plant height at harvesting time, number of productive tiller, the percentage of empty grains and filled grain per panicle, weight of filled grains per hill, weight of filled grain per plot and yield potential per hectare. Analyzed were also conducted for the depth of root penetration, dry-root weight, dry-shoot weight, shoot-root weight ratio and its correlation with the weight of filled grain per hill. The research results show that there was significant difference on plant height at harvesting time, number of productive tillers, the percentage of empty grains and filled grain per panicle, weight of filled grains per hill, weight of filled grain per plot and yield potential per ha (p>0.01) among the treatments. In addition, depth root penetration, dry-root weight, dry-shoot weight, shoot-root weight ratio also had significant difference (p>0.01) among the treatment. The highest plant at harvesting time was found in S6, reaching 129.8 cm and the shortest plants was found in C3 reaching 107.5 cm. The largest number of productive tillers and the highest percentage of filled grains per panicle were found in Ciherang reaching 10.5 tillers and 80.7% respectively. Ciherang also had the heaviest weight of filled grains per hill and per plot reaching 21.1 g and 2.18 kg respectively. Whereas, S6 had the lowest number of tillers and the lowest percentage of filled grain per panicle.. The highest yield potential per ha was found in Ciherang reaching 7.79 tons. Among the progenies, S5 had the highest yield potential reaching 5 tons/Ha. The result also showed significant relationship between shoot-root weight ratio with weight of filled grains per hill. The highest value of shoot-root weight ratio (1.57) in Ciherang is thought had closed relationship with its yield potential.

This study conducted a meta-analysis on the effects of innovation, risk-taking, and enterprising on entrepreneurship. From 2013 to 2020, 392 papers, which were judged as quantitative research from doctoral and master thesis, and academic journals published in Korea were selected as research subjects. 28 duplicates of thesis and thesis are excluded. A total of 52 papers were finally selected, excluding 312 papers that were insufficient to be used as research data because there were no statistical values such as correlation coefficients. For the 52 selected papers, the homogeneity of the variables was first verified. As a result of the homogeneity test, the innovativeness, risk-taking, initiative, and entrepreneurship education all showed great effects on heterogeneity, and the average effect size was analyzed by random effect model. The average effect size analyzed was 0.38 ~ 0.49, and all four variables showed moderate average effect size. As a result of analyzing the average effect size by forest plot, all showed proper results. From the results of funnel plot analysis of entrepreneurship education, published errors were confirmed asymmetric. Research data on entrepreneurship education shows that it cannot represent the whole. It is a structural equation model with entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention as a parameter. Iinnovation and risk-taking have an impact on entrepreneurship by taking entrepreneurship education as a parameter. Initiative had an effect on the entrepreneurial intention a business, regardless of entrepreneurship education. In a number of studies, university entrepreneurship education has had an impact on the entrepreneurial intention. It should be changed to entrepreneurship education that combines theory and practice. Entrepreneurship education should be transformed into continuous and field-oriented education.
Fertilization response on production and quality of flue-cured tobacco as to different level of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium were studied in a field experiment. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Growth and yield of flue-cured tobacco were significantly better in higher nitrogen fertilization levels, regardless of soil fertility, but the negative correlation was recognized between the quality of leaves and the amounts of nitrogen application. While, both fertilizers of phosphorous and potassium did not have should little effect on the tobacco yield and quality. 2. The optimum ratio of N, P, and K fertilizer applications were decided by the appearance of the proper yield and the best quality of tobacco leaves. The proportion of N:P:K was 2:1:4. 3. The single effect (Complete plot minus Non-fertilized plot) of N, P, and K on yield and quality of cured leaf was greatly affected by nitrogen, but the combined effect (Nutrient deficiency plot minus Non-fertilzier plot) of that were only slightly affected by P and K.

This study was fulfilled by the weighing lysimeter method at the experimental farm of KonKuk University from April to June of 1986 to investgate the amount of evapotranspiration ( ET-lettuec )by the growing periods, evapotranspiration ratio, amount of watering per one time, days of intermission and soil moisture extraction pattern of the crisphead lettuce cultivated in the clay loam soil by different watering points of pFl.7, pF2.O, pF2.7. The results obtained are summar ized as follows : 1.The total evapotranspiration(ETlettuce) of the pFl.7 treatment plot was 358,9mm., 314.9mm in the pF2.O plot and 281.8mm in the pF2.7 plot, therefore the total ETlettuec increased with the difference of 33mm-44mm by the decrease of watering point. 2.The daily maximum ETlettuce by the watering points was 7.66mm, 6:54mm, 5.98mm, respectively in the last ten days of May, and the mean daily ETlettuce during the growing season by the watering points of pFl.7, pF2.O and pF2.7 was 5.44mm(384.5g), 4.77mm(337.2g) and 4.27mm(301.8g), respectively. 3.The evapotranspiration ratio showed maximum value in the middle of May which was the beginning of mid-season stage, and the mean evapotranspiration ratio during the total growing period was 1A7, 1.29, 1.15 by the watering points. 4.The days of watering intermission by the watering points of pFl.7, pF2.O and pF2.7 was 1.0day, 2.9days and 12.Sdays, respectively. 5.The yield of the crisphead lettuce by the watering treatments showed very high significance, and the pF2.O was confirmed as a optimum watering point. 6.The soil moisture extraction pattern(SMEP) of the pF2.0 treatment plot in the initial stage was 85.6% in the 1st and 2nd soil layer and 14.4% in the 3rd and 4th layer, and in the midseason stage, the moisture extraction proportion of the under layer accounted for 34.7%which showed that the root elongated to the lowest soil layer, and there was no difference of the SMEP between the mid-season and late-season stage. 7.The correlation coefficient between the ETlettuce and yield of lettuce by the three watering points was.739, which showed the significance of 5%.
To evaluate the effect of soil improvement on the chemical properties and corn silage yield, this experiment was carried out in the newly-reclaimed sloped land. Corn (Suwon 19) was cultivated under the six different treatments including integrated improvement plot at Songjeong loam, 20 percent slope, from 1985 to 1987 and various soil chemical properties and silage yield were investigated. pH of topsoil was above 5.0 except for control and phosphate plot, but lime and integrated improvement plots were above 5.0 in subsoil. The contents of organic matter of topsoil were above 2.0% except control and subsoiling plot. Except control, the range of cation exchange capacity was 7.4-7.8 me/100g in topsoil, 7.0-7.7 me/100g in subsoil. Soil bacteria density of root zone was the highest in integrated improvement than the other treatments, and it was higher at the harvesting stage than the heading stage. Mean density of microorganism was $61.3{\times}10^5$ in bacteria, $21.5{\times}10^4$ in fungi and actinomycetes was B/F ratio was 28.5 and B/A ratio was 2.9. Vertical root distribution of total and 10cm depth below was more in the integrated improvement and subsoi ling plot than the other plots. Total nitrogen (T-N) content was higher in integrated improvement plot, and phosphate content of leaves was higher in compost and integrated improvement plot, but stem and grain were not different. Potassium content of the plant was higher in integra ted improvement plot. Correlation between dry matter yield and T-N was more significant than the other elements. And the contents of phosphate, calcium and magnesium were significant at 5%, but potassium was not.
This study was carried out to investigate the influence of light intensity on the growth of Korean white pine (Pinus koraiensis) seedlings. The seedlings were grown under four different relative light intensities: 100%, 63%, 37%, and 19% of full sunlight by covering with saran screen on seed bed. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The highest shoot elongation was found at 37% in relative light intensity (RLI) plot, and the best growth in root, seedling length and diameter increment appeared at 100% on RLI plot. Contribution rates of shading to growth in shoot elongation, root growth, seedling length, and diameter increment were 9.3%, 26.2%, 21.0%, and 48.7%, respectively. 2. The greatest number of one-year-old needle fascicle was found at 100% in RLI plot, whereas that of two-year-old needle fascicle appeared at 37% in RLI plot. The contribution rate of the light intensity to number of needle fascicle was 3.9% and factor of leaf age contributed to number of needle fascicle in 27.8%. The length of needles grown under different light intensities varied with needle ages. The longest length of new needles appeared at 37% in RLI plot, but old needles were not clear in influence of light intensity. The contribution rate to needle length by the light intensity was 2.5%. 3. The heaviest value of the fresh and dry weight of seedlings appeared at 100% of RLI plot then decreased with light intensity. The contribution rates to fresh and dry weight by the shading were 38% and 7.6% respectively. 4. The largest value of the dry weight of needles appeared at 100% of RLI plot and then decreased with light intensity. The contribution rates to dry weight of needles by the light intensity was 13.18%. 5. The values of T/R ratio increased with decreased light intensity and the contribution rate was 7.0%. 6. Positive correlation and linear regressions were recognized between dry weight of leaf and other factors (dry weight of shoot, root, seedling and diameter increment).
Rate of solvolysis of diphenylthiophosphinyl chloride in ethanol, methanol, and aqueous binary mixtures incorporating ethanol, methanol, acetone, 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol (TFE) or 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFIP) are reported. Solvolyses were also carried out in TFE-ethanol mixtures. For five representative solvents, studies were made at several temperatures and activation parameters determined. The 29 solvents gave a reasonably precise extended Grunwald-Winstein equation plot, correlation coefficient (R) of 0.933, which improved to 0.983 when the four TFE-ethanol points were excluded. The sensitivities (l = 1.00 and m = 0.64) were similar to those obtained for dimethyl phosphorochloridate and phosphorochloridothionate and diphenylphosphinyl chloride (1). As with the four previously studied solvolyses, an $SN_2$ pathway is proposed for the solvolyses of diphenylthiophosphinyl chloride. The activation parameters, ${\Delta}H^{\neq}$ and ${\Delta}S^{\neq}$, were determined and they are also in line with values expected for an $S_N2$ reaction.

The flow of groundwater in fractured medium is related to the geometric characteristics of the fracture system. And a fracture aperture and a fracture density are considered as important factor concerning the permeability. Data acquisition of the properties of fracture such as aperture and density is so difficult and has uncertainty. We also cannot know the fracture characteristics through the in-situ tests. We usually obtain the fracture information from a ultrasonic scan logging or borehole television indirectly. Using the deduced results, we can make the fracture system and simulate the groundwater flow and solute transport in the crystalline rock. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between the properties of fracture and hydraulic conductivities obtained at the same interval. The properties of fracture are examined by acoustic televiwer and hydraulic conductivities are obtained by constant Pressure injection test. The distributioin of fracture width and fracture frequency shows the log-normal probability plot. And, Results of correlation analysis explain that opened type fractures have proper relation with hydraulic conductivity. But, as though there are semi-opened type fractures or closed type fractures, those have the permeable structure.

Solvolytic rate constants at 25 $^{\circ}C$ are reported for solvolysis of chlorodithioformate (1) in binary mixtures of water with acetone, ethanol, methanol, methanol-d, 50%methanol-d/50%D2O, and 2,2,2-trifluroethanol (TFE), and also in TFE-ethanol mixtures. The Grunwald-Winstein plot shows that the three aqueous mixtures exhibit dispersions into separate line. The correlation is improved only slightly by additional parameters NT for solvent nucleophilicity and/or I for aromatic ring parameter. Rate ratios in solvents of the same $Y_cl$ value, having different nucleophilicity provide measures of the minimum extent of nucleophilic solvent assistance, and the value of 3.35 for $[$k_{40EW}$/$k_97TFE$]_Y$ (EW = ethanol-water), is consistent with an essentially SN1 reaction mechanism. This study has shown that the magnitude of l, m and h values associated with a change of solvent composition is able to predict the SN1 reaction mechanism. log(k/$k_o$) = mY + lN + hI
