컴퓨터, 디지털 카메라, 스캐너 등을 이용하여 문서나 화상을 작성한다든지, 서류 데이터를 디지털 데이터로 만드는 것이 일반화되고 있다. 그 결과 축적된 디지털 데이터가 가속도적으로 증가하고 있다. 부서단위, 회사단위로 생성되는 방대한 디지털 데이터를 단순히 파일로서, 공유 서버에 축적하는 것은 양적으로도, 이용효율 면에서도 한계에 달하고 있다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 다양한 검색(자기조직화 화상검색 전문검색(全文檢索) 관련검색) 기술과 DVD 체인저 제어기술, 3차원 그래픽 기술을 통합한 문서관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템에 의해 테라바이트 급 데이터를 간단히 축적 검색 표시, 나아가서 Web을 통합하여, 광범위하게 데이터를 보낼 수 있게 되었다.

This paper introduces a wind turbine simulation system based on the IEC 61400-25 standard to simulate different kinds of wind turbines. A unified communication protocol was required for monitoring and control of wind turbines, because manufacturers had used their own protocols for their turbines. As a result of such an effort, the international standard IEC 61400-25 was established. To implement the schema of IEC 61400-25, the IEC61850 SCL was modified and applied to the simulation system, which enabled the system to be compatible with heterogeneous wind turbine information models. The developed simulation system can be used for interoperability tests with a new type of wind turbine information model.

The purpose of this study is to design and test a new way of public transportation route guidance system for persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users. The guidance system is smartphone app-based, using, routes that involve disabled-friendly facilities in the vicinity can be searched. A database that contains publicly available data on low-floor bus services, location and extent of disabled-friendly facilities, and suitable subways and stations, was developed for this purpose. The app uses the database to access and query the required information. A pilot study was conducted to test the effectiveness of the guidance system. It was found that the system was able to convey information about the disabled-friendly routes and related guidance information even inside subway stations, effectively. The performance of the system was compared with route guidance services that do not explicitly use data on disabled-friendly services. A notable difference was observed in the travel time estimated by this program and other guidance services. The difference was around 4 to 15 minutes. This is significant savings for persons with disabilities if they use the app and service. The study thus shows that exclusive use of disabled-friendly data in route guidance will bring more benefits for persons with disabilities.

Since the mid-1980's, strategic alliances are dominantly hailed as an effective growth and survival strategy in the era of international market and multinational corporation. There are a number of reasons for this phenomenon. there is an increasing globalization of markets in an ever-widening band of industries, together with the development of global technologies that makes production cycles shorten and the ever-increasing demand for investment resources and information to cope with the changing environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of corporation information system in strategic alliance mode, and to analyze the main factors which are affecting the choice of strategic alliance mode by Korean firms. This study can also contribute theoretical and practical suggestive points in relation to strategic alliance operations. However, it also has limits as an exploratory study due to lacks of prior studies and proper methodologies and so on. Accordingly, the phenomenon of international strategic alliances call for further studies on casual relationships between main factors and variables in this field.

본 논문은 최근 기업들이 다양한 인터넷 및 ERP시스템을 적용하여 국한된 사무자동화에 대한 업무의 효율적 향상을 위해 많은 노력과 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 기업들은 정보화 사회가 조성되면서 정보 분석 및 기업 내 새로운 정보 창출, 업무의 자동화 및 생산성을 목적으로 ERP시스템 도입에 단계적인 투자를 하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 기업 업무 자동화 및 생산적인 이익을 창출하기 위한 구현된 ERP 시스템이 기존 시스템, 웹, 인트라넷과의 연동 관계 그리고 현재 기업 업무 적용에 따른 타당성을 조사해 보고, 향후 ERP시스템이 기업에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하였다.

As overhead transmission lines are exposed to the outdoor weather, lightning induced fault accounts for about 66% of faults in transmission lines. The lightning may cause the damage of power system apparatus or the shut down of electricity. Not only in order to decrease the damage of the power system itself but also to ensure the reliable power supply, an appropriate insulation design based on the long-term lightning statistics is required. Meanwhile, real time information of lightning might be more useful to quickly locate the point of lightning induced fault in the line, leading to minimization of the adverse effects derived from the fault. Korea Electric Power Corporation has been providing an on-line lightning information service, named as KLDNet, since 2006 in order to meet the need inside our company. This paper describes the development and application of the information system.

한국전력공사는 200년부터 저압 고객에 대한 AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) 기반의 검침시스템을 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 한전의 AMI 검침시스템은 현재 255만호에 설치되어 운영되고 있으며 2020년까지 2200만호를 설치하여 운영할 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 원활한 AMI 검침망 운영을 위해 DCU (Data Concentration Unit) 및 모뎀에 대한 네트워크 동작상태를 감시할 수 있는 AMI 망관리시스템을 개발하였다. AMI 망관리시스템은 네트워크 장비에 대한 속성 데이터 및 네트워크 토플로지 정보, 통신성능 정보, 장애정보 등을 수집하고, 데이터 분석을 통해 장애내역을 생성하며, 원격에서 장비를 제어하는 등의 기능을 제공하고 있다. AMI 망관리시스템은 전력선 통신망에서 네트워크 장비에 대한 약 370여개의 MIB (Management Information Base) 정보를 SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol)를 이용하여 수집과 제어를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 AMI 망관리시스템에 대한 주요 기능과 설계내용, 구현된 서비스 화면을 소개하고자 한다.

Improving spectrum utilization efficiency is a fundamental goal of dynamic spectrum access technology. The definition of spectrum holes determines how to detect and exploit them. Current definitions of spectrum holes are ineffective in exploiting spatial-temporal spectrum holes. In this paper, a novel definition of spectrum holes is proposed, in which throughput loss indicates the impact of secondary users on primary users. The definition specifies spectrum holes, unifies the impact of secondary users on primary users and is effective exploiting spatial-temporal spectrum holes. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulations show that the new definition proposed in this paper significantly improves the spectrum utilization efficiency.
