  • In this paper, I try to help the business operation so that they could continue the desirable operation despite the unfavorable conditions. It is important to reinforce for corporate growth various support measures to generate profits. However, if they are involved in criminal activities such as slush fund creation, they will have to deal with them separately. As a result, To raise awareness helps to keep the company running. Recently, the companies are in a poor condition due to overseas migration. If a company does not create profits by doing business, it is a burden to continue operating and it will eventually be hard to support and destroy. The corporate crime and white-collar crime are mostly similar types, mainly because they occur in the industry. The corporate crime proceeds throughout the company and ultimately translates into corporate profits. The white-collar crime, on the other hand, is a profitable part of the individual. In the process of generating profits, the purpose and management method of slush funds is an important issue in judging whether illegal immorality of business is intended or not. In addition, in the case of the corporate crime, it seems necessary to identify the types of slush fund raising activities in addition to the investigations of the accomplices and clinical investigations, and to apply efficient investigation methods on a case-by-case basis. At present, many companies frequently migrate overseas due to the influence of domestic regulations. In this process, if it is involved in crime such as a borrowing accounts or the purpose of slush fund creation should be treated separately.

Entrepreneurs need entrepreneurship to take risks and jump into the market to generate profits. Entrepreneurship is not limited to the abilities or resources held, but it is not limited to the ability or resources held, and entrepreneurship to act means the spirit to take uncertainty and preempt opportunities through innovative activities [1]. In this study, the CEO's entrepreneurship was set as an independent variable and corporate performance as a dependent variable. By applying and analyzing how the CEO's entrepreneurship affects corporate performance in the restaurant industry, the importance of entrepreneurship in the restaurant industry and the impact relationship on corporate performance are analyzed. To this end, 100 CEOs working in the restaurant industry will be surveyed using the Likert 5-point scale[2]. And an empirical analysis will be conducted through the SPSS program[3]. Entrepreneurship is a spirit that can take risks and seize opportunities through bold challenges to generate profits. • Purpose - Recently, creating shared value (CSV) has attracted attention through plan sustainability and the growth of corporate management. Porter and Kramer (2011) defined the core concept of CSV as social value, economic profits, improvements in the economic social condition, and reinforcing competitiveness. The purpose of CSV, which is to pursue economic profits through a social solution to the problem, agrees with managing the objective of a social enterprise that prioritizes the pursuit of profits through the realization of a social purpose. Today, CSV studies focus on CSR and sustainability and reinforce competitiveness. However, few studies focused on the social economy. Precedent studies examined CSV using a company example, and few studies exist from the perspective of consumers and the point of view of a market society. Research design, data, and methodology - Therefore, this study examines CSV in comparison to a background of the social economy. This study also investigates and analyzes the concept of social value from the point of view of consumers, social problems, consumption value, corporate value, and the influence of consumers. This article develops three hypotheses. Hypothesis 1 investigates the correlation with social innovation that consumers thought as being necessary for social innovation by a company. Hypothesis 2 is used to confirm the influence of consumers in CSV. Therefore, this article investigates the influence of consumers on consumption action for companies that are indifferent to social problems. Hypothesis 3 is used to verify the correlation between the value that consumers demand through consumption and the corporate value that companies pursue other than profits. The three hypotheses were adopted and met the standard for suitability. Results - The importance of the CSV study from the consumer perspective was confirmed using the influence of consumers on CSV. Because the objective of company activities is either the consumer or the market, the influence that extends to interactions between the company and consumers to ensure the success of a business is significant. Regarding the CSV study, because it was an initial study, various approaches are subsequently developed. However, conceptual and practical case studies on CSV currently exist that may be used to verify the factors that comprise CSV. Therefore, the company example may enable verification of the factors that influence the composition of CSV through identification from the consumer perspective. In addition, studying CSV as an action result (of consumer satisfaction, of a company's profits and competitiveness, and of society's cancellation of a social problem) may enable the realization of a practice paradigm as opposed to simply thought and faith. Conclusions - First, this study confirms the social value of a business through the feasible and common pursuit of consumers by corporations. Second, customer influence accounts for an important part of CSV. Third, shared value commonly provides a necessary advantage to consumers, corporates, and society, and contributes to the economy and healthy social development. Fourth, corporates can conduct a business, generate profits, and realize value through improvements in social problems and by addressing their competitive strengths and weaknesses.

  • Business diversification is inevitable to survive under the current competitive business environments. The advent of new businesses makes corporate governance more complicated through corporate combinations. Recent introduction of new accounting standard, International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS), accelerates the need for corporate governance analysis. This study analyses the complex corporate governance system and its relation to the business performance using social network analysis. Corporate inter-governance networks can be visualized easily in a social network diagram. 552 corporate governance data are empirically analysed in the Korean stock market. The changes in In-Degree between networks are positively related with the changes in corporate sales volume. We can find the same results using operating profits as corporate performance proxy. The results show that social network analysis technique can be applied to investments in the stock markets.

  • This paper aims to provide a review concept regarding the relationship between corporate governance and corporate sustainability in Indonesia. This paper examines the mechanisms and guidelines for implementing good corporate governance. This research used the literature review method and explores some effective corporate governance principles such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and equality to achieve business sustainability in Indonesia's setting. The results show that good corporate governance regulation in Indonesia has been improved, but the enforcement is still needed to be optimized because good corporate governance will positively impact corporate sustainability. Thus, sustainability requires more corporate innovation because sustainability is about how a company can create profits and value-added to society through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and how the company can contribute to the preservation of nature and the environment. In Indonesia, the board of directors, the board of commissioners, and the audit committees are positively related to CSR disclosure. Thus, leadership and management efforts are crucial. However, to comprehensively support the synergy of implementing good corporate governance, we need the role of the state, the business community, and society. This study provides important insights into the implementation of good corporate governance in achieving corporate sustainability in Indonesia.

  • The private brands (PB) of corporate retailers are booming in Korea. This paper examines the effect of the rise of PB on Korean retail and manufacturing. By utilizing both store-level data and firm-level data, I find that the expansion of PB elevates the profits of corporate retailers but does not significantly affect, and in some cases even reduces, those of subcontracting manufacturers. This occurs not only because sales of national brands (NB) decline due to the launch of similar PBs but also because the imbalance in the bargaining positions of the two parties has caused retail margins to be set high while manufacturers' operating profits are set low. The paper provides policy recommendations for fair contracts and cooperative development between retail and manufacturing companies.
