단어의 공기 관계 그래프를 이용한 문서의 핵심 문장 추출에 관한 연구 (A Study on Automatic Extraction of Core Sentences from Document using Word Cooccurrence Graph)

  • 본 논문은 문서의 내용을 요약하기 위한 방법으로서 단어의 공기 관계 그래프를 이용한 핵심 문장 추출 방법을 제안한다. 문서에서는 단어의 공기 관계 그래프를 이용하여 개념클러스터를 생성하고 문서내의 저자의 의도에 해당하는 주장을 찾는다. 그리고, 주장과 개념클러스터와의 관계로부터 키워드를 추출한다. 마지막으로 추출된 키워드와 주장을 이용하여 문서의 핵심 문장을 선택한다. 실험 및 평가는 수작업으로 추출한 핵심 문장과 비교를 통하여 이루어 졌으며, 기존의 방법과 비교하여 약 10%정도 향상된 성능을 보였다.

Mutational Analysis of the Effector Domain of Brassica Sar1 Protein

  • Sar1p is a ras-related GTP-binding protein that functions in intracellular protein transport between the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and the Golgi complex. The effector domain of Ras family proteins is highly conserved and this domain is functionally interchangeable in plant, yeast and mammalian Sar1. Using a recombinant Brassica sar1 protein (Bsar1p) harboring point mutations in its effector domain, we here investigated the ability of Sar1p to bind and hydrolyze GTP and to interact with the two sar1-specific regulators, GTPase activating protein (GAP) and guanine exchange factor (GEF). The T51A and T55A mutations impaired Bsar1p intrinsic GTP-binding and GDP-dissociation activity. In contrast, mutations in the switch domain of Bsar1 did not affect its intrinsic GTPase activity. Moreover, the P50A, P54A, and S56A mutations affected the interaction between Bsar1p and GAP. P54A mutant protein did not interact with two regulating proteins, GEF and GAP, even though the mutation didn't affect the intrinsic GTP-binding, nucleotide exchange or GTPase activity of Bsar1p.

"의림촬요(醫林撮要)" 침구법(鍼灸法)의 의사학적(醫史學的) 고찰(考察) (A Literature Review of the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Methods in UiRimCh'walYo)

  • Objectives : Investigate the situation of Joseon Dynasty's Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Methods : the Acupuncture and Moxibustion methods in UiRimCh'walYo (${\ulcorner}$醫林撮要$\lrcorner$ 'Essentials of Oriental Medical Doctors') were studied. Results and Conclusions : First of all, the Acupuncture and Moxibustion methods in UiRimCh'walYo are narrated according to specific symptoms like diarrhea and stomachache, and not organized by the origin of illness or some abstract nature of a disease. In addition, it excluded complicated Acupuncture and Moxibustion methods, only adopting a couple of Acupuncture Bleeding methods and Moxibustion methods to simplify the technique as much as possible. Secondly, the Acupuncture and Moxibustion methods in UiRimCh'walYo, along with those in DongUiBoCam and Ch'imGuYoGyol introduce ways to perform moxibustion on the Umbilical Middle and Elixir Field. By focusing on the similarities between the three comtemporary medical works, it is possible to assume the existence of a unique acupuncture method using moxibustion on the Umbilical Middle and Elixir Field. Thirdly, the Acupuncture and Moxibustion methods in UiRimCh'walYo didn't go into detailed differentiation of symptoms and just concisely described one or two treatment methods for each symptom and simplified the prescription down to the core acupuncture points. This shows that the Acupuncture and Moxibustion methods in UiRimCh'walYo didn't seek its own cure but was edited in order to act as an appendix to Herbal Medicine. When integrating the conclusions above, it can be said that UiRimCh'walYo strived to use acupuncture and moxibustion simply and effectively inside the Oriental medicine's large boundaries of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Harmony with Herbal Medicine, an easy-to-find organization, and simple, easy-to-do prescription are what UiRimCh'walYo was about.

순차적 반응표면법을 이용한 상용 트럭 아마추어 코어 경량화 설계 (Light Weight Design of the Commercial Truck Armature Core using the Sequential Response Surface Method)

  • The armature core is a part responsible for the skeleton of the steering wheel. Currently, in the case of commercial trucks, the main parts of the parts are manufactured separately and then the product is produced through welding. In the case of this production method, quality and cost problems of the welded parts occur, and an integrated armature core made of magnesium alloy is used in passenger vehicles. However, in the case of commercial trucks, there is no application case and research is insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to develop an all-in-one armature core that simultaneously applies a magnesium alloy material and a die casting method to reduce the weight and improve the quality of the existing steel armature core. The product was modeled based on the shape of a commercial product, and finite element analysis (FEA) was performed through Ls-dyna, a general-purpose analysis program. Through digital image correlation (DIC) and uniaxial tensile test, the accurate physical properties of the material were obtained and applied to the analysis. A total of four types of compression were applied by changing the angle and ground contact area of the product according to the actual reliability test conditions. analysis was carried out. As a result of FEA, it was confirmed that damage occurred in the spoke area, and spoke thickness (tspoke), base thickness (tbase), and rim and spoke connection (R) were designated as design variables, and the total weight and maximum equivalent stress occurring in the armature core We specify an objective function that simultaneously minimizes . A prediction function was derived using the sequential response surface method to identify design variables that minimized the objective function, and it was confirmed that it was improved by 22%.

제주도 장석 조면현무암의 장석 성분에 대한 연구 (Plagioclase Composition of Feldspar Trachybasalt in Jeju Island)

  • 장석 반정을 함유한 현무암이 제주도 한라산을 중심으로 남북 방향에서 주로 발견되는데, 그 중 하나인 남쪽사면에 있는 시오름 조면현무암에 반정으로 장석이 매우 우세하게 나타난다. 사장석 반정의 함량이 $10cm^2$ 단위 면적에서 약 20개로 매우 우세하며 연구지역에서 측정된 667개 사장석 결정의 크기는 장축 길이는 최대 13.0mm, 최소 0.7mm 정도(평균 4.2mm), 단축 길이는 최대 8.6mm, 최소 0.5mm 정도(평균 2.3mm)로 측정되었다. 모우드분석 결과에 따르면 시오름 조면현무암은 반정이나 미반정으로 사장석(16~28%), 감람석과 단사휘석(1.5~6%), 자철석이나 티탄철석과 같은 불투명광물(~0.1%)로 이루어졌으며 은미정질 석기는 60~82%이다. 사장석, 감람석, 단사휘석 반정의 성분들은 각각 비토우나이트~안데신, 크리소라이트~하이알로시더라이트, 보통휘석으로 이루어져 있다. 사장석 반정은 정상누대구조, 역누대구조, 진동누대구조, 패치형누대구조 등 다양한 구조를 보여준다. 사장석의 중심부에서 외곽으로 가면서 An함량은 증가한다. 중심부에서 외곽으로 가면서 An함량이 감소하다가 외곽부에서 급격히 증가하는 경우, 중심부에서 외곽으로 가면서 지속적으로 증가하는 경우, 진동누대구조를 보이면서 중심부에서 외곽으로 가면서 증가와 감소를 반복하는 경우가 가장 많이 나타났다. 사장석 반정의 중심과 연변부에 융식된 구조를 가지며 일부 최외곽부가 멜트에 의해 융식되어 타형을 이루거나 혹은 잔존구조만 존재하는 경우도 있다. 사장석과 단사휘석 반정의 핵에서 연변부로 감에 따라 성분의 변화와 암석기재적 특징은 멜트에서 비평형상태에 있었음을 지시하며, 또 매우 매픽하고 높은 온도의 멜트의 재공급에 의해 마그마 혼합을 포함하는 결정작용 동안의 마그마방에서 지질학적 환경변화가 진행되었음을 나타낸다.

Comparative Vibrational Spectroscopic Studies Between Nickel, Zinc Tetraphenylporphyrins and Tetraphenylchlorins

  • The infrared and resonance Raman spectra are reported for nickel and zinc tetraphenylchlorins. It is found that the IR and RR spectra become more complicated compared with the corresponding porphyrin analogs due to the symmetry changes. Some vibrational parameters like the core size and the symmetry change are examined in accordance with vibrational spectra of other type of chlorins.

  • Boric acid concentrations of the refueling water storage tank (RWST) and the accumulators for Ulchin 1&2 (UCN 1&2) are increased to meet the post loss of coolant accident (post-LOCA) shutdown requirement for the extended fuel cycles from 12 months to 18 months. To maintain long term cooling (LTC) capability following a LOCA, the switchover tine is examined using BORON code to prevent the boron precipitation in the reactor core with the increased boron concentrations. The analysis results show that, at 8 hours after the initiation of LOCA. the emergency core noting system (ECCS) should be manually realigned to the simultaneous recirculation mode from the cold leg recirculation mode.

EFFICIENT DESIGN OF CAPACITOR DISCHARGE IMPULSE MAGNETIZER SYSTEM FOR 8-POLE MAGNET

  • This paper describes the efficient design, analysis method and experimental verification of capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer system. A capacitor discharge magnetizer system is used to produce a high current impulse of short duration in this magnetizing fixture. The parasitic resistance and parasitic inductance of the capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer system have been estimated using known air-core test coil. Finite element analysis (using MAXWELL 2-D field simulator) and magnetizing circuit analysis (using SPICE) are also used as part of the design and analysis process of the capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer system. Application study for a magnetizing fixture design is shown. 8-pole magnetizing fixture has been designed and analyzed using finite element analysis. The fixture design for 8-pole magnet are presented along with the experimental results. The experimental results have been achieved using a high-voltage, high-energy capacitor discharge impulse magnetizer and 8-pole iron core fixtures (charging voltage : 2000[V], capacitor bank : 4000[$\mu\textrm{F}$]).
