국립세종도서관 핵심역량 및 미래 지향성에 대한 인식도 조사연구 (A Study on Awareness Survey on Core Competence and Future Orientation of the National Library of Korea, Sejong)

  • 개관한 지 10년을 맞이하는 국립세종도서관은 정책정보 전문도서관으로서의 책무를 수행하는 동시에 세종시민을 위한 공공도서관 기능을 수행하여 왔다. 그럼에도 국립세종도서관이 계속해서 정책정보서비스와 공공도서관 서비스를 병행하는 것이 바람한지에 대해서는 의문을 제기하는 견해가 적지 않다. 국립세종도서관이 정체성을 바로 세우고 핵심역량과 서비스를 강화하기 위해서는 국립세종도서관의 현주소 및 이해집단의 선행조사가 선행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 국립세종도서관의 현주소를 진단하여 SWOT 분석한 후 정책정보서비스와 관련된 이해집단(국립세종도서관 및 유관 정책기관 직원)을 대상으로 국립세종도서관의 핵심 역할과 정체성, 정책정보서비스에 대한 인식을 조사·분석하여 이를 바탕으로 정책정보 특화도서관으로서의 핵심역량 제고 방안과 미래 지향성을 제시하였다.

핵심역량 지향성과 프로세스 관리역량이 IT 아웃소싱 성과에 미치는 연구 (An Empirical Investigation into the Role of Core-Competency Orientation and IT Outsourcing Process Management Capability)

  • Recently, the role of IT service providers has been enlarged from managing a single function or system to reconstructing entire information management processes in new ways to contribute to shareholder value across the enterprise. This movement toward extensive and complex outsourcing agreements has been driven by the assumption that outsourcing information technology functions is a reliable approach to maximizing resource productivity. Hiring external IT service providers to manage part or all of its information-related services helps a firm focus on its core business and provides better services to its clients, thus obtaining sustainable competitive advantage. This practice of focusing on the strategic aspect of outsourcing is referred to as strategic sourcing where the focus is capability sourcing, not procurement. Given the importance of the strategic outsourcing, however, to our knowledge, there is little empirical research on the relationship between the strategic outsourcing orientation and outsourcing performance. Moreover, there is little research on the factor that makes the strategic outsourcing effective. This study is designed to investigate the relationship between strategic IT outsourcing orientation and IT outsourcing performance and the process through which strategic IT outsourcing orientation influences outsourcing performance, Based on the framework of strategic orientation-performance and core competence based management, this study first identifies core competency orientation as a proper strategic orientation pertinent to IT outsourcing and IT outsourcing process management capability as the mediator to affect IT outsourcing performance. The proposed research model is then tested with a sample of 200 firms. The findings of this study may contribute to the literature in two ways. First, it draws on the strategic orientation - performance framework in developing its research model so that it can provide a new perspective to the well studied phenomena. This perspective allows practitioners and researchers to look at outsourcing from an angle that emphasizes the strategic decision making to outsource its IT functions. Second, by separating the concept of strategic orientation and outsourcing process management capability, this study provides practices with insight into how the strategic orientation can work effectively to achieve an expected result. In addition, the current study provides a basis for future studies that examine the factors affecting IT outsourcing performance with more controllable factors such as IT outsourcing process management capability rather than external hard-to-control factors including trust and relationship management. This study investigates the major factors that determine IT outsourcing success. Based on strategic orientation and core competency theories, we develop the proposed research model to investigate the relationship between core competency orientation and IT outsourcing performance and the mediating role of IT outsourcing process management capability on IT outsourcing performance. The model consists of two independent variables (core-competency-orientation and IT outsourcing process management capability), and two dependent variables (outsourced task complexity and IT outsourcing performance). Comprehensive data collection was conducted through an outsourcing association. The survey data were analyzed using a structural analysis method. IT outsourcing process management capability was found to mediate the effect of core competency orientation on both outsourced task complexity and IT outsourcing performance. Further analysis and findings are discussed.

코로나19에 관한 데이터 활용 e-PBL 프로그램이 고등학교 생명과학 동아리 학생의 과학과 핵심역량에 미치는 효과 (Effects of e-PBL Program Using COVID-19 Related Data on Science Core Competence of High School Students in Biology Clubs)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19 관련 데이터를 활용한 고등학생을 위한 e-PBL 프로그램을 개발하고 개발된 프로그램이 학생들의 과학과 핵심역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 학습자와 e-PBL의 특성을 고려한 e-PBL 프로그램과 과학과 핵심역량 분석틀을 개발하여, 일반고 생명과학동아리 학생 26명에게 적용했다. 질문지를 통한 과학과 핵심역량 검사가 수업 전·후로 실시되었고, 수업 중 담화 데이터를 수집하여 분석틀로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 개발된 프로그램은 다섯가지 과학과 핵심역량 향상에 효과가 있었다. 과학과 핵심역량 설문지 분석 결과에서는 과학적 사고력, 과학적 탐구능력, 과학적 문제해결능력에서만 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 과학적 의사소통 능력과 과학적 참여 및 평생학습 능력은 질문지에서는 유의미한 결과를 나타내지 않았지만, 담화 분석 결과에서는 유의미한 결과를 나타내었다. 특히, 과학적 의사소통 능력과 과학적 참여 및 평생 학습 능력은 프로그램 단계를 통해 가장 고르게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 개발한 코로나19 관련 데이터를 활용한 고등학생용 e-PBL 프로그램은 학생들의 과학과 핵심역량 향상에 효과적임을 확인했으므로 과학교육 현장에서 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대한다.

NCS 기반 정보능력 학습모듈 개발 및 개선방안 (컴퓨터활용능력 중심) (Development of NCS-based information capability learning module and improving method - (Centered on computer application capability))

  • NCS is the nation-wide standard designed to standardize and systematize the capability(knowledge, technology and attitude) required for personnel to undertake their task in industrial site according to industry field and level of the task. In order to cope with rapidly changing labor market, individual has to be equipped with ability required for each relevant duty field. And company also requires worker to have basic working ability, professional knowledge or technical capability for relevant duty. Especially, the core competency, a fundamental element for all tasks, has been recognized as critical part not just in social level but also in company level. In that sense, the necessity of adding the core competence into regular education program has been vastly demanded. This study mainly deals with development of NCS-based learning module for information capability that most of industrial field want their employee to be equipped as basic skill. And, in particular, education achievement analysis for computer application capability, a subordinate capabilities of information capability, and its application method are mainly described.

학습성과 기반 성인간호 임상실습 운영을 위한 임상시나리오 및 루브릭 개발 (Development of Clinical Scenarios and Rubrics for a Program Outcome-based Evaluation for Students' Adult Health Nursing Practice)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to develop frequently-used clinical scenarios and scoring rubrics to assess core basic nursing skills in adult health nursing clinical practice for clinical evaluation based on program learning outcomes (PO). Methods: This study was a methodological research combining focus group interviews and questionnaires to select and construct scenarios. Data were collected from clinical practitioners, adult health nursing professors, and new nurses from November, 2013 to April, 2014. The developed scenarios and rubrics were applied to nursing students by way of showing an example. Results: The 12 frequently-used clinical scenarios were developed. The proportion of the evaluation rubrics were 30% for clinical instructors where as 70% for college instructors. In order for students to achieve the important learning outcomes from the courses for clinical practice, four program outcomes (POs) were selected as well as a rubric for each POs was developed. Students who had situation-based clinical practices showed higher levels of satisfaction on mastery of core basic nursing skills and communication skills. Conclusion: This findings of the study suggested the strategies for complementing pitfalls in clinical setting and achieving PO during students' clinical practicum.

효과적인 퍼스널 이미지 구축을 위한 브랜딩 전략 (The Personal Branding Strategy for Effective Construction of Personal Image)

  • The research intends to exploit a strategy method of personal branding improving a personal value for construction of a personal image. As an assessment, the model of construction strategy of personal branding is developed in four steps of a model, construction of personal branding, by using elements of personal image and researching about personal branding strategy of scholars. In order to substantiate a validity of presented model, the case analyses of Martha Stewart. The strategy of four steps for construction of effective personal image is explained below. First step is an analysis of personal brand equity, deciding a direction of the concept of a personal branding through analyzing into a core value and core competence of one. Second step is a personal brand identity, constructing personal specification and identity with elements of personal image by using effective strategy, being able to be perceived to population. Third step is a personal brand positioning, constructing competitive brand image by using analysis of SWOT and strategy STP. Fourth step is a promotion of personal brand, advertising and extending a brand image of one by using a public activity and communication methods such as publication, mass media, and social network. By using the four kinds of processes, constructed strategy of a personal brand will be significant for construction of an effective personal image by having increment of a value and power of the brand.

외식산업의 경영전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strategy Management in the Foodservice Industry)

  • In order to meet competitive power, foodservice should aim to satisfy customers through distinguished quality and service as well as speciality and know-how. Especially, in coming 2000 year will be openned ASEM, 2001 will be the "Year to visit Korea", 2002 will be openned Korea-Japan Soccer World Cup, with these event as a momentum the domestic foodservice industry would be continuously increased and improved. Foodservice industry is the tertiary industry with the potentiality, tremendous popularity, premanancy and future-orient, it is gradually taking root as a basic industry after going through the industrialization. Furthermore, foodservice industry aim to satisfy customer based on quality, services, cleanliness, atmosphere, timing and value, besides, it is customer closeby service which to supply value and satisfaction through systemization, being manual, being technological renovation. Strategic management of foodservice industry is as following: Firstly, marketing strategy requires positing strategy to recongnize self-brand to the customer, thus requires to get hold how to take firm in customers′ mind. And then distingushed strategy requires. So somehow it is important to secure competitive in customers′ mind. Secondaryly, it requires strategy of competive advantegy. It is not to improve unique core competence of industry which is developed and studies for a long time but to pursuit diversfication based on core of industry Thirdly, it requires strategy of customer satisfaction. In these modern days it is important how much to satisfy customer, as it could be not expect continuous frowth and development without strategy of customer satisfaction. Therefore strategy of customer satisfaction is a necessary condition for the foodservice industry.

IT 컨설턴트의 컨설팅 서비스 역량 평가모형 지표의 가중치 연구 : 정보화 전략 계획 수립 중심으로 (A Study on the Weights of Capability Evaluation Model for IT Consultant to Implement IT Consulting Service)

  • This paper has explored the analyzing and defining the core competencies of IT consultants who carry out IT consulting projects which desperately are needed by companies to survive in business competitions. Many companies have used IT consultants for their IT projects to achieve their project objectives. The problem of this is the results of IT projects carried out by IT consultants from the recognized consulting firms are quite often criticized by many clients who pay high price for hiring IT consultants. The purpose of this paper is that to weight of capability evaluation model for IT consultants. To define the capability model, I conducted the surveys from the IT professionals by the interview and e-mails. The result of this, this paper defines what core skills IT consultants should have to perform well when they carry out the IT projects. There are 6 major skills and 17 sub skills IT consultants should have in succeeding IT projects. 6 major skills are job competence skill, communication skill, business attitude, vocational values, job performance skill, leadership skill and related 17 sub skill are defined. With the capability evaluation model, the managers who are in the charge of incubating and enhancing the capability of IT consultants in the large corporation and also small, medium companies will utilize their companies' strength to get the advantage on the business competition.

평생교육자의 핵심역량과 성인학습자 생애능력의 관계에서 창의성에 대한 매개효과 검증 (Verification of the Mediation Effect of Creativity in the Relationship between the Core Competencies of Lifelong Educators and the Life Competencies of Adult Learners)

  • 본 연구는 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 성인학습자의 생애능력의 관계에서 창의성의 매개효과 영향을 살펴보는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구 대상은 경기도 지역의 평생교육기관에서 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 성인을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 최종적으로 총 520부가 연구분석에 사용 되었으며, AMOS 22.0 프로그램의 구조방정식 모형을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였으며, 부트스트래핑 방법을 이용하여 성인학습자의 창의성에 대한 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 성인학습자의 생애능력 중 문제해결능력이 평생교육자의 핵심역량의 하위요인인 기획역량, 실행역량, 지원역량과 상관이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 성인학습자의 창의성 중 독창적 유연성이 성인학습자의 생애능력과 가장 상관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 창의성은 성인학습자의 생애능력에 74.6%의 영향력이 있었고, 이중 창의성이 평생교육자의 핵심역량보다 성인학습자의 생애능력에 가장 많이 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 평생교육자의 핵심역량과 성인학습자의 생애능력의 관계에서 창의성의 매개효과를 살펴 본 결과, 창의성을 생애능력에 미치는 영향력이 검증되어 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 성인학습자의 창의성은 생애능력을 향상시키기 위한 중요한 변인으로 나타났으며, 평생교육자의 핵심역량을 기반으로 성인학습자 창의성에 대해 질적 향상이 이루어져야 한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 생애능력에 미치는 영향 요인이 핵심역량보다 창의성이 높다는 점을 통해 평생교육 성인학습자의 창의성을 높일 수 있는 실무적 방안을 통하여 성인 학습자 자신의 삶의 질을 높이고 성공적인 삶을 모색할 수 있는 교육환경과 기회가 제공되어야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

대학생들의 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상을 위한 UDDPAAP 역량 교수·학습 모델 설계 (A Design of an UDDPAAP Competence Teaching-Learning Model to Improve Computational Thinking in College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 SW 교육 핵심역량 중 컴퓨팅 사고력을 신장시키기 위해 역량 교수 학습 모델을 설계하였다. 사전에 소프트웨어 코딩 경험이 없는 학습자의 역량을 분석하고 기존의 SW 중심 교수 학습 5가지 모델 중 시연 중심 모델(DMM)과 개발 중심 모델(DDD) 그리고 CT 요소 중심 모델(DPAA) 등을 재구성하고 실생활 문제를 해결 및 컴퓨팅 사고력을 키우기 위한 Unplugged 활동과 Bebras Challenge 컴퓨팅 사고력 평가 도구 등을 면밀히 분석하여 역량 교수 학습 모델인 UDDPAAP (Unplugged-Demonstration-Decomposition-Pattern Recognition-Abstraction-Algorithm-Progrmming)을 설계하였다. Unplugged 활동 중 일부분을 대학생들 수업에 적합하게 변형하고, Bebras Challenge 컴퓨팅 사고력 평가 도구에서 제시하는 문제를 선별한 후 기존의 교수 학습 모델에 적용하였다. 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해 코딩 경험이 없는 대학교 1학년 학생들에게 SW 교육 및 컴퓨터 정보 소양 교육 경험에 따른 컴퓨팅 사고력과 자신감 등의 사전 검사를 하고 UDDPAAP 교수 학습 모델을 적용하여 수업을 진행한 후 사후 검사를 하였다. 연구 결과 UDDPAAP 교수 학습 모델을 통해 SW 교육을 경험한 학생들의 컴퓨팅 사고력 관련 역량이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.
