  • Geothermal Energy is related part of important the technology, and getting Patent statistics and analysis are targeted to Koran, Japan and America. Accoding to patent statistics, checking the analysis, developing speed of technology in korean and technology level and compared with America between Japan of technology. In this paper, Give help to national level can be achieved by reinforcing companies R&D, putting more concern and effort on getting straegical patents, activation of jog invention, expanding the quality Intellectual property(IP) & licensing Personnel, building a system responsive to international patent dispute. and national level can be archived by encouraging &supporting R&D of core technology, overseas applications of IP rights

  • This work is for listing, patent, reasonable valuation of environmental-friendly agricultural company. In this study, agricultural company in environmental friendly industry that consider nature, customer's wellbeing and safe would be evaluated by DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and ROV (Real Option Value). And company in environmental-friendly industry would be checked whether it is to be related and concerned to listing in the stock market and patent acquisition with the basis of company valuation. After then agricultural company value is evaluated with the consideration of growth in environmental-friendly industry, and company valuation comparison would followed about intellectual property right. It can be assumed that value of environmental-friendly agricultural company has low relation and concern to listing of stock market, and valuation would be increased through the intellectual property right such as patent, development or core search ability.

의류디자인 분야의 특허정보 분석 -국제특허분류를 중심으로- (A Study on the Analysis of Patent Information in the Apparel Design -Focused on International Patent Classification-)

  • This study analyses patent information of apparel design using computer technology and researches the trend of patent application focused on International Patent Classification. In terms of trend by filling data, Patent application started first in 1974 and increased sharply in 1993 with 14 cases and increased to 25 cases in 2000. In case of Korea, they began somewhat late in 1996, but reached a similar level with the leading country in 2000. In terms of trend by applicant, Gerber Garment Technology, Inc. filed 7 cases TORAY IND INC, filed 6 cases Levi Strauss & Co. filed 4 cases, NEC HOME ELECTRONICS LTD filed 3 cases, TOYOBO CO LTD filed 3 cases. Japanese companies occupied 52% and United States's companies occupied 48%. In terms of trend by country, foreigner occupied 47% of the patents filed by United State. Japanese take up 10% of total patent of United States. Korean occupied 84% of total patent of Korea and foreigner, american occupied 16% of the patents filed by Korea. In regared to International Patent Classification, in the section level G filed 92 cases(53%). In class level, G06 marked the first place in United States, Japan, and Korea. In subclass level, G06F marksed the first place with 74 cases. G06T and A61B were regarded as the new technologies. The new technologies are representing the dimensions of garment or computer-rendered model, providing the virtual reality through the texture mapping, digital dressing room or virtual dressing, and performing or retriving display on a screen for the result of changing pattern ao dress design, The technologies of core patent are designing or producing custom manufactured item, providing or prealtering the data for pattern making and visually displaying, interactively generating or previewing of various articles.

국내외 신재생에너지 기술 경쟁력 분석 - 태양광·연료전지를 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Competitiveness of Renewable Energy Technologies)

  • In this study, we studied solar cell and fuel cell. To estimate the technology competitiveness, we used patent analysis using patent information and delphi method. For patent analysis, PII indicating the impact of patent was used. Also to analysis PII, citations data of registered and published patent were used from 2001 through 2010 in the United States, Japan, South Korea and the European Patent Office. And the delphi method results of the 'International trend analysis on the Green Energy Technology and the establishment of international cooperation models(2009)' were cited to estimate the technology level. According to the analysis results, Korea's patent registration growth rate was fairly high, but the patent impact and technology levels were significantly lower than in the United States, Japan and Germany. Especially in the solar cell, United States's PII is 1.8, but Korea's PII is 0.2. And the technology level of United States is 7 to 8, but Korea's is 5 to 6. Therefore, to improve technology competitiveness, Korea need to enhance the core technology R&D, and set up the consumer-oriented R&D strategy for commercialization from R&D planning phase. In this study, we analysed competitiveness of renewable energy which is not actively discussed. But there are limitations of the study because we used the result of past research and patent data in the past 10 years. Therefore to accurate research the period of patent data should be extended. Finally diverse indicators for measuring the technology competitiveness should be researched and developed.

  • 본 연구에서는 오거비트에 대한 향후 연구개발 방향을 설정하기 위하여 전체 심층혼합처리공법에 대한 한국, 미국, 일본 및 유럽에서의 출원 공개/등록된 특허를 중심으로 특허 동향을 분석하였다. 심층혼합처리공법을 대상으로 기술 범위에 따라 1차적으로 날개 형태와 로드의 개수로 분류하고, 2차적으로 스크류 타입과 회전축의 타입에 따라 8가지로 분류하였다. 특허 검색 결과 총 2,815개가 검색되었으며 중복제거 및 필터링을 통하여 448건의 유효 분석대상 특허를 선별하였다. 특허건수와 성장단계를 통한 포트폴리오 분석 결과 성장가능성이 높다고 판단되는 오거를 핵심기술로 선정하였으며, 이에 대한 특허장벽 분석을 통하여 핵심기술과 유사성이 높은 특허가 있을 경우 회피설계 및 타기술과 차별화된 기술 개발을 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하였다.

  • 선행기술조사는 지식재산의 창출 및 활용 과정에서 발명자 및 출원인, 등록 가부를 판정하는 심사관, 변리업계 종사자 등에 의해 수행되는 기술경영의 핵심적인 프로세스이다. 그동안 체계적인 선행기술 탐색방법론에 관한 학술연구가 충분히 뒷받침되지 못한 결과, 현장에서는 조사자의 주관적 판단에 의존하여 선행기술조사를 수행하는 경우가 많다. 시맨틱 기반으로 선행기술을 탐색하는 기존 연구들 또한 동일한 기술사상이 다양한 용어로 표현되는 특허문서의 특성상 주요 선행기술의 유사성을 저평가할 위험이 있다. 본 연구는 특허의 인용정보를 활용한 계층적 인용관계분석을 기반으로 하는 효과적인 선행기술탐색 방법론을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법론은 특허성을 검토하고자 하는 특허를 중심으로 인용관계에 있는 특허들 중 상대적인 중요도에 따라 가중치를 산정함으로써 핵심 선행기술을 선별하는 명확한 기준을 제시한다. 제안 방법론의 실제 적용가능성을 검증하기 위해 디스플레이 분야의 특허 1건에 대한 핵심 선행기술을 탐색하는 사례연구를 수행한 결과 206건의 선행 특허 중 10건의 핵심 선행기술 후보군을 선별 가능하였다.

6시그마를 통한 공공서비스 품질개선 성과:특허청의 사례 중심으로 (Elevating Quality in the Public Service through 6 Sigma : Experiences of Korean Intellectual Property Office)

  • The significance of intellectual property in the knowledge-based society has been increasing and as a result, the patent customer's demand for a top quality patent administration service has increased as well. Therefore, Korean Intellectual Property Office(KIPO) adopted 6 sigma as a tool for KIPO's innovation to improve the quality of patent administration and enhance customer satisfaction. KIPO's steadfast promotion of 6 sigma resulted in many successful outcomes such as improvement of policy and service process from customer's point view, streamlining the administrative procedures, increased work efficiency, capability enhancement of core personnel, and so on. Since 6 sigma has proved itself to be equipped with features suitable for innovation in public sector, it can be used as an extensible innovation tool to meet the challenges in rapidly changing administration environment and to achieve a competitive edge.

특허 및 논문 계량정보 분석을 통한 소프트웨어 부문에서의 국가 기술수준 분석방법론 제안 (Methodology Analysis on National Technology Level in the Field of Software Through Patent and Bibliometrics)

  • Software is not only control and operational technology of computer, various system, and machines, but also knowledge handling and service technology for production, storage, and utilization of digital information. Many nations invest enormous budget in SW R&D to acquire core and original technology, and commercialize. To select and concentrate on SW R&D investment by segmenting diverse functions and element technologies consisting of sw technology, introduction of evaluation and analysis methodology on technology level utilizing reliable patent and bibliometrics is demanded these days. The purpose of this paper is to suggest some analysis frameworks of national technology level in the field of sw technology. Another practical purpose is to verify sw technology policy using qualitative and quantative indicators of patent and bibliometrics.

  • 지식기반사회에서는 국가 경쟁력은 핵심원천기술의 보유여부가 크게 좌우한다. 국내 기업들이나 국가출연연구원들은 우수특허를 많이 확보하고 있으나 이러한 특허들은 대개 경쟁적인 등록으로 인해 상용화되기 어렵다. 또한 관리대상 특허들이 많아 매년 많은 유지비용을 부담한다. 따라서 체계적인 산업재산권의 관리에 대한 연구의 필요성에 따라 웹상에서 전문평가위원들의 특허 평가와 관리자의 효율적 관리가 가능한 특허관리시스템을 구현하였다.
