From fast service enlargement of the latest economy and industry, importance of service industry is embossed gradually. Service enterprise is pushing on in service quality elevation for strengthening competitiveness to survive on globalization society as manufacturing industry. Service quality elevation adapts as core competitive strategy in enterprise with business environment as continuous competitive advantage. Because Public organization also is developed in service fast, Public organization is trying to offer various service such as service level of enterprise. Each Public organization are trying to satisfy request of citizens as Customer. In this study, presented Kano-Servqual Method which is mixed by Kano's and Servqual model's advantage, each Method had used much in service quality measurement separately. Kano-Servqual Method is applied to the A information library as a public organization and is proved as practical useful method.

One of the latest wonders brought to us by ICT(Information and Communication Technology) is telematics turning automobiles, not long ago a mere means of transportation, into a whole-new digital living space. Telematics is indeed fast becoming a household word, and countries around the globe are giving spur to research and development of core technologies to acquire competitiveness in related IT sectors. This paper discusses the telematics pilot project launched in Jeju to promote the development of telematics technology and stimulate related industries. The objective of the pilot project is to give impetus to research in related technologies and a head-start to Korea in the global race in this technology field. The pilot deployment, covering 6 services, promising to be most demanded in Korea's telematics environment, is sure to make a sizeable contribution toward familiarizing the public with the new technology.

KALIMER-600 is a sodium cooled fast reactor with a fast spectrum neutron reactor core. The NSSS design has three heat transport systems of a PHTS (Primary Heat Transport System), a IHTS (Intermediate Heat Transport System) and a SGS (Steam Generation System). PHTS is a pool type and has a large amount of sodium in the pool. The mechanical design targets are maintaining the enough structural integrity for a seismic load of SSE 0.3g and the thermal and mechanical loads by the high temperature environments and an economical competitiveness when compared with other reactor types.

Though it has been recognized that the accumulation of technological knowledge has been the core competency to reinforce the competitiveness of individual firms and to raise the innovation capability of social and economic systems, only single or fragmentary variables, such as R&D expenditure, R&D stock, the number of researchers and the number of R&D employee have been adopted to measure the amount of technological knowledge. In this research, we use nine conventional technological knowledge measures under the conceptual structure of input-output framework to technological knowledge. Applying correlation and factor analysis, we examine the relationships among the nine proxy measures quantitatively and suggest the new approach for the calculation of technological knowledge index as a aggregated measure.

With the rapidly changing external environment and the increasing internal process complexity more and more organizations are adopting the Electronic Approval System(EAS) for their competitiveness. This paper defines EAS as a core organizational communication medium investigates factors which influence EAS's use from a media rich-ness theory and shows sutiable EAS functions for equivocality resolution and uncertainty reduction. Results from the five EAS implementation sites show that most organizations use EAS only for tasks with low equivocality and low uncertainty. Additional functionalities such as video conferencing and database access were suggested for fu-ture EAS system to enhance their utilization for more cirtical and unstructed tasks.

From early 1999 years, the Mobile Telecommunication Companies have introduced the Mobile Telecommunication Membership Program to attract more customers. However, the severe competition in the Mobile Telecommunication market has made the Mobile Telecommunication Membership Program to be faced with the matured Mobile Telecommunication market and the Mobile Number portability. Main focus of this study is to find what are the core elements of service quality of the Mobile Telecommunication Membership Program. To achieve research objective, we conceptualized the service quality of Mobile Telecommunication Membership Program. We also derived hypotheses regarding the relationships between service quality of the program, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty and examined it by using the empirical research methodology. We suggest new marketing strategies of the Mobile Telecommunication Membership Program which can be applied to improve the corporate competitiveness.

Intelligent Robot is considered as one of the Next Generation Growth Engine in many countries. The application fields are expected to be widen from 80's robotics for manufacturing to many applications such as military, space, medical, personal, etc. To reduce the R&D investment risk Technical Roadmap is prepared by Japan, Europe and Korea. In this paper, the technical Roadmap of the countries was analysed to get the idea of future of Robotics. Robotics is considered as one of solutions of future aged society. Robot can assist and company with elderly people in the near future. On the other hand, Robot is considered as a core technology of manufacturing competitive power. Industrial competitiveness also would be dependent on robot technology. Special Service robot has many application areas and each country has different target based on the situation. With the comparison of technical roadmap, we have suggested some ideas to improve Korea's roadmap.

An informatization is recognized as core factors to reinforce business competitiveness such as formation of a new business relation, prior occupation of the strategic superiority and being a step ahead from the purpose to improve only the whole efficiency of enterprise. But existed evaluation framework has focused on the visible aspect of all the conditions to create the input and output. In previous studies, it's hard to know that how IT affect business value creation. Therefore, this study presents the evaluation of IT structure and IT competency as drivers and inhibitors of informatization and suggests new IT evaluation framework which can estimate IT competency. The new IT Evaluation Framework was verified through survey with experts.

In this research, the world top steel companies' technical changes were measured by the nonparametric Malmquist index. Steel industry's production frontier which was composed of multiple inputs and multiple outputs was defined by using real data of the companies from 1986 to 1998, and then the variability of technical progress(or regress) was analyzed during that period. The dynamics of individual steel companies\` technical changes, periodical technical changes, and each country's technical chanties were explained. A matrix which was based on technical chanties, technical efficiency changes, and scale efficiency changes was designed to assist to find out current position and In build up future strategies. This research results will be an valuable input to the early stage of formulating competitive strategy because the technical core capability is an important source of the each companies's competitiveness.

A corporate university (CU) is an educational institution established by an organization whose primary purpose is not education. Traditionally, a CU is considered a training facility to improve organizational performance. However, the proliferation of the CU has engendered its diverse purposes, roles, and forms. This study attempts to identify three types of the existing CUs: (a) a CU to improve organizational performance; (b) a CU to satisfy employees' learning needs; and (c) a CU to develop a competent national workforce. Also, this study suggests a holistic CU model including the three CU types. In order to transform a CU to a multifunctional CU embracing all three types of CU, organizations should (a) provide communication and collaboration channels, (b) present clear organizational goals, (c) establish organizational policies/systems to encourage learning in CUs, and (d) devise an effective approach to evaluate the impact of CUs. Organization' s critical roles in the development of CUs can assist CUs in becoming the core of knowledge management.
