With the spread of computer and development of internet service, the varied contents and digital data has been produced, then provided. The digital contents are more efficiently able to be created, produced, provided as well as distributed, on the other hand, its own copyrights seem to be more easily broken than analogue contents due to the convenience to make copies of original contents. Therefore, protecting copyrights recently become the key issue. DRM(Digital Rights Management) is the current technology to protect digital contents from duplication but it sometimes causes problems in the key-management. In this thesis, we would first like to analyze DRM and find out some trouble in the key-management of it. Finally, we will show CDMS(CEK Distributed Management System) to improve DRM out of the key-management problem and continue to study for better key-management system with it.

This study arranged the function and role of colophon and looked around the history, relevant laws, and description elements of books issued in China. According to the colophon of books issued from China, all colophon have copyrights and description elements in common. Colophon is that we recorded the bibliographic area of the proper book in special place, namely the inside of the cover. Besides, the colophon additionally includes necessary bibliographic areas depending on the development of publishing technology and transition of publishing environment. This colophon is offered as useful sources of information when librarians want to make up the catalog in the library.

DRM(Digital Rights Management) is a technology that manages secure distributions and copyrights of digital contents on the Internet. It is general giving the rights to use the encrypted contents that are downloaded by a simple authorization process in the existing DRM system. Once this is done you are allowed to access. In this paper, we use RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol) for end-to-end real-time data transmission. And the system is designed to make it Possible to Protect copyrights and to distribute contents with safety through periodic authentication. We implemented DRM system to stand this basis. The proposed system vests only authorized users with authority to access the license. Hence it prevents contents to be distributed and copied illegally on networks.

Spending on research and creative wrtings in South Korea been growing. In this study, we introduce the legal analysis for IPR like copyrights. Current copyright law(Art. 23, Sec.1) allows to open some writings previously published in the textbooks under high school. Can this custom be justified? There is conflicts between right of education and intellectual property. We review preliminary issues before concentrated research.

만화가 각종 문화콘텐츠의 중요한 미디어믹스 원천 소스로 떠오르면서 이에 따른 2차적 저작권분쟁 또한 증가하고 있다. 이에 따르는 사회적 기회비용이 크고 향후 문화콘텐츠 산업에 악영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 기존의 공정이용 대책과 함께 만화 원작자와 관련단체, 그리고 정부기관의 콘텐츠 이용 형태와 권리 관계에 따른 구체적이고 세분화된 풀랫폼이 개발되어야 하고 더불어 기술적 보호 장치와 보상체제를 갖추는 노력이 선행되어야 한다.

디지털 컨텐cm의 지적 재산권 보호를 위한 디지털 워터마킹 기술 및 핑거프린팅의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. DRM(Digital Rights Management)는 디지털 컨텐츠 지적 재산권 보호뿐만 아니라 컨텐츠 에 대한 출판, 유통 및 사용에 필요한 관리와 보호체계이다. 본 논문에서는 컨텐츠 보호 기술 중에서 컨텐츠에 대한 유통/서비스에 해당하는 기술을 만족하는 프로토콜을 제시한 것이다. 이를 위해 컨텐츠 불법복제 빛 불법사용을 방지할 수 있도륵 Agent를 이용한다. Agent는 특별한 설치가 필요 없이 컨텐츠 내에 내포되어 있게 된다. 내포된 Agent는 불법복제 및 불법사용에 대해 체크함으로써 불법복제의 사용을 차단할 수 있도록 한다.

This study deals with the technical approach related to the protection of digital video contents copyright, which has currently become a major issue in the digital contents market. With the production and distribution of digital video contents rapidly increasing, various policies and technical approaches are being made in relation to the protection of intellectual property rights. The technical approach from a DRM (Digital Rights Management) perspective was made from various angles, but its limitations have also been exposed in terms of convenience and quality. In this study, rather than the existing encoding certification and watermark technologies, it introduces technical approaches from a content-based copy detection method, while suggesting a copy detection method using the representative color sequence. In particular, this study takes into consideration the distribution environment of the domestic video market and deals with the technical approach in a direction that can control the illegal distribution of high quality videos.

Building Information Modeling, and its associated work practices, requires project participants to share not only 3D geometric data, but also information in the model that may be considered proprietary and even trade secrets. Thus protection of intellectual property, or BIM copyrights, must be in place for participants to share proprietary information among project stakeholders. Currently Korea does not have adequate copyright laws or mechanisms to provide such protection. This research examined three BIM copyright legal documents, namely U.S.' ConsensusDOCS 301, AIA Document E203/G202, and U.K.'s CIC BIM Protocol to determine how copyright protection is realized, and to formulate appropriate stipulations within the Korean construction context. The resultant requirements include stipulating ownership at to the BIM originator, adopting a license-sublicense scheme, employing a federated model, and use of a formal model delivey table to allocate responsibilities. Given Korea's adoption stage, liability should be minimal, and license revocation should be allowed if payments are not met. The three BIM legal documents focus on practical measures that allow participants to customize requirements for individual projects, and such conventions should be emulated in Korea.

A work as human's creatures are transformed to bits and multimedia. In the modem society which is governed by simulation, infornlation is symbolized and becoming easily reached to anyone. The problem with worries about the differnce between the original and a copy and disappearence of the meaning in postmodern era is the problem of how to set the intellectual properties and copyrights.In this situation, sharing of information according to the theoretical concepts and process of digitalization of photos in the era of information-intensive society was presented. The ethics of intellectual properties and copyrights and in postmordern era were driven. After reviewing the intellectual properties in the era of national information infrastructure of twenty-first century and by identifying the problems, the directions of what we have to do as image makers, and the intellectual properties and copyright.

The purpose of this study is to find out the ways of protecting copyrights of North Korean works focusing on the limitations on exclusive rights in the South Korean libraries. This study deals with the articles of the copyright laws which are rotated with using materials in libraries both North and South Korea. It also covers related provisions of Borne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works. The past study on the copyright protection has mostly focused on how we protect the copyright of publications and works which are published for profit. This study proposes some solutions from the legal institutional aspects, policy and socio-cultural aspects in order to protect the copyright of North Korean works and improve their use under the limitations on exclusive rights by libraries.
