Louisiana Museum of Modern Art near Copenhagen is the most visited art museum in Denmark. It was originally founded by the director of the time, Knud W. Jensen and designed by two Danish architects, Vilhelm Wohlert and J${\o}$rgen Bo. The first part of the museum was built and opened to the public in 1958. The first part consisted of just a few exhibition spaces and glass corridors. But museum has been expanded step by step into a large park-like museum throughout 40 years of time. Louisiana museum has a unique environment in which art, architecture and nature are inter-related together. There was a very clear background for this museum atmosphere that was created by Knud W. Jensen from the very beginning. He wanted to make 'a sculptural park' or 'a low pavilion in the park'. The concept of 'park' was the key element. The architects, especially Vilhelm Wohlert who studied at the western area of the United States and influenced by the bay area architecture as well as the oriental wooden structure, interacted with the director's idea fully and made an invisible architecture in which 'Experience of Space' is the most important aspect. This thesis aims to analyze several crucial spaces of the museum and to find a hidden design characteristics. Chapter 2&3 explains general backgrounds and main design philosophy. Chapter 4 studies each parts' spatial experience and design methods with 3-dimensional diagrams. Chapter 5 tries to make an overall design characteristics that underlines the whole museum environment. The significance of Louisiana museum is not only in the fact that it is the most visited, but also in the fact that the role of architecture is to make a better environment where human and art are harmonized together within nature. The utopian idea of the founder started in doubt almost 50 years ago has been already successful in this small but vibrant park.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the evidence supporting the effectiveness of moxibustion treatment for osteoarthritis. There were 9 databases used to retrieve randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that used moxibustion as treatment for osteoarthritis. The quality of methodology for the RCTs was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool [Review Manager (RevMan) Version 5.3 Windows, The Nordic Cochrane Centre, Copenhagen, Denmark]. The inclusion criteria for this review was met by 27 RCTs. All studies were conducted in China. A 4-week moxibustion treatment period was the most common. EX-LE4 and SP10 and GB34 acupoints were most frequently selected in the treatment of osteoarthritis. The most commonly used evaluation index was the visual analog scale (VAS). All studies, including a meta-analysis showed that moxibustion treatments were statistically significantly effective at treating knee osteoarthritis. However, well-designed randomized RCTs without a high risk of bias should be designed in the future.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the precision of three-dimensional (3D) images acquired using iTero$^{(R)}$(Align Technology Inc., San Jose, CA, USA) and Trios$^{(R)}$(3Shape Dental Systems, Copenhagen, Denmark) digital intraoral scanners, and to evaluate the effects of the severity of tooth irregularities and scanning sequence on precision. Methods: Dental arch models were fabricated with differing degrees of tooth irregularity and divided into 2 groups based on scanning sequence. To assess their precision, images were superimposed and an optimized superimposition algorithm was employed to measure any 3D deviation. The t-test, paired t-test, and one-way ANOVA were performed (p < 0.05) for statistical analysis. Results: The iTero$^{(R)}$ and Trios$^{(R)}$ systems showed no statistically significant difference in precision among models with differing degrees of tooth irregularity. However, there were statistically significant differences in the precision of the 2 scanners when the starting points of scanning were different. The iTero$^{(R)}$ scanner (mean deviation, $29.84{\pm}12.08{\mu}m$) proved to be less precise than the Trios$^{(R)}$ scanner ($22.17{\pm}4.47{\mu}m$). Conclusions: The precision of 3D images differed according to the degree of tooth irregularity, scanning sequence, and scanner type. However, from a clinical standpoint, both scanners were highly accurate regardless of the degree of tooth irregularity.
$Ly{\alpha}$ nebulae, or "$Ly{\alpha}$ blobs", are extended (~100 kpc), bright (L[$Ly{\alpha}$] ~ 1044 erg/s) clouds of $Ly{\alpha}$-emitting gas. The origin of the $Ly{\alpha}$ emission remains unknown, but recent theoretical work suggests that measuring the polarization could discriminate among powering mechanisms. we will discuss current status of $Ly{\alpha}$ polarization observations at high-redshift and our on-going survey program. We will present the first narrow-band, imaging polarimetry of a $Ly{\alpha}$ blob, B3 J2330+3927 at z=3.09, with an embedded, radio-loud AGN (C. You et al. in prep.). The AGN lies near the blob's $Ly{\alpha}$ emission peak and its radio lobes align roughly with the blob's semi-major axis. With the SPOL polarimeter on the MMT telescope, we map the polarization in a grid of circular apertures of radius 0.6" (4.4 kpc), detecting a significant (>$2{\sigma}$) polarization fraction P% in 10 apertures and achieving strong upper-limits (as low as 2%) elsewhere. The degree of the polarization map increases from P% ~ 5% at ~5 kpc from the blob center to ~20% at the outer part (~30 kpc). The detections are distributed asymmetrically, roughly along the blob's major axis. The polarization angles (${\Theta}$) are mostly perpendicular to this axis. These results are consistent with the picture that $Ly{\alpha}$ photons produced at the AGN (or the host galaxy) are resonantly scattered away from the center. Higher polarization fraction on the radio jet suggests that the gas is more optically thin along the jet than the off-axis region.
Immunohistochemical studies on S-100 protein and lactoferrin were carried out to evaluate the existence and distribution pattern of S-100 protein and lactoferrin positive cells in salivary gland tumors. The specimens used were 25 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, 2 cases of monomorphic adenoma, 2 cases of mucoepidermoid tumor, 2 cases of acinic cell tumor, 3 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma and 2 cases of adenocarcinoma occured in parotid and submandibular salivary gland. ABC kits(Dako corp. Copenhagen. Denmark) for S-100 protein and lactoferrin were used. The results obtained were summarized as follows: In the normal salivary gland. positive immunoreaction for S-100 protein was observed in myoepithelial cells of acini and intercalated ducts. Positive immunoreaction for lactoferrin was observed in serous acinic cells, epithelial cells of intercalated ducts, and excretory material in the ductal lumina. In the pleomorphic and monomorphic adenomas. most of tumor cells were positive for S-100 protein, while luminal tumor cells in gland-like or duct-like structures were rarely positive for lactoferrin. In mucoepidermoid tumor, most of squamous cells and a few of intermediate cells were positive for S-100 protein, but all of tumor cells were negative for lactoferrin. In acinic cell tumor, most of tumor cells were positive for lactoferrin, but all of tumor cells were negative for S-100 protein. In adenoid cystic carcinoma, basaloid tumor cells in trabecular structure were focally positive for S-100 protein. and in adenocarcinoma, many of tumor cells were posivive for both S-100 protein and lactoferrin. Thus, according to the embryonic stage of the development of the tumor cell origin, it was possible to classify the salivary gland tumor as followings: mucoepidermoid carcinoma which originated from the earliest stage, acinic cell tumor which originated from the end stage. Between these two extremes, there were pleomorphic adenoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma and adenocarcinoma which originated in the middle stage of the development of .the salivary glands. Based on the above results, it can be stated that S-100 protein is demonstrated in tumor cells orginated from myoepithelial cells and lactoferrin in glandular differentiated tumor cells.

Oligopeptidase B (OpdB) is a serine peptidase widespread among bacteria and protozoa that has emerged as a virulence factor despite its function has not yet been precisely established. By using an OpdB-overexpressing Escherichia coli strain, we found that the overexpressed peptidase makes the bacterial cells specifically less susceptible to several proline-rich antimicrobial peptides known to penetrate into the bacterial cytosol, and that its level of activity directly correlates with the degree of resistance. We established that E. coli OpdB can efficiently hydrolyze in vitro cationic antimicrobial peptides up to 30 residues in length, even though they contained several prolines, shortening them to inactive fragments. Two consecutive basic residues are a preferred cleavage site for the peptidase. In the case of a single basic residue, there is no cleavage if proline residues are present in the $P_1$ and $P_2$ positions. These results also indicate that cytosolic peptidases may cause resistance to antimicrobial peptides that have an intracellular mechanism of action, such as the proline-rich peptides, and may contribute to define the substrate specificity of the E. coli OpdB.
The objective of this study can be presented as follows: First, given the consumption-based carbon accounting method which has now been claimed, this study reviews the emissions within Korea and the resulting position change in international society. Second, when each nation makes efforts to reduce carbon emissions under the Copenhagen Accord, this study, using the Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model, reviews the resulting carbon leakage and analyzes the effect from the various border adjustment measures. However, reflecting uncertainties in the negotiation processes, this study attempts to apply scenarios with regards to the reduction-mandatory nation group. In addition, this study tries to observe the impact on Korea through testing the various border adjustment measures, including the free allocation and embodied carbon tariffs.
In this study present the theoretical background and major trends in which cyber threats are securitization through the discourse process. In particular, this study explained based on the theory of Copenhagen school, which is critical of the security of cyber threats. And presented the security of non-traditional threats and the security of emerging security issues, which explained the process of security for cyber threats, based on existing research, and explained the limitations to this. And tried to provide a cautious point of view that the militarization phenomenon of cyber threats that is currently displayed is a phenomenon that is displayed through the combination of technical discourse and military discourse. Through this study, we aim to show the military the limits of universal solution presentation and the borderline perspective of militarization based on objective insights into the cyber threat security process.
In this study, we attempted to isolate novel mast cell-stimulating molecules from Staphylococcus aureus. Water-soluble extract of S. aureus cell lysate strongly induced human interleukin-8 in human mast cell line-1 and mouse interleukin-6 in mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells. The active molecule was purified to homogeneity through a $C_{18}$ reverse phase HPLC column. By determination of its structure by MALDITOF and $^1H$- and $^{13}C$-NMR, adenosine was revealed to be responsible for the observed cytokine induction activities. Further studies using 8-sulfophenyl theophylline, a selective adenosine receptor blocker, verified that purified adenosine can induce interleukin-8 production via adenosine receptors on mast cells. Moreover, adenosine was purified from S. aureus-engulfed RAW264.7 cells, a murine macrophage cell line, used to induce phagocytosis of S. aureus. These results show a novel view of the source of exogenous adenosine in vivo and provide a mechanistic link between inflammatory disease and bacterial infection.

$^1H$ NMR spectroscopy coupled with multivariate statistical analysis was used for the first time to investigate metabolic changes in musts during alcoholic fermentation and wines during ageing. Three Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast strains (RC-212, KIV-1116 and KUBY-501) were also evaluated for their impacts on the metabolic changes in must and wine. Pattern recognition (PR) methods, including PCA, PLS-DA and OPLS-DA scores plots, showed clear differences for metabolites among musts or wines for each fermentation stage up to 6 months. Metabolites responsible for the differentiation were identified to valine, 2,3-butanediol (2,3-BD), pyruvate, succinate, proline, citrate, glycerol, malate, tartarate, glucose, N-methylnicotinic acid (NMNA), and polyphenol compounds. PCA scores plots showed continuous movements away from days 1 to 8 in all musts for all yeast strains, indicating continuous and active fermentation. During alcoholic fermentation, highest levels of 2,3-BD, succinate and glycerol were found in musts with the KIV-1116 strain, which showed the fastest fermentation or highest fermentative activity of the 3 strains, whereas the KUBY-501 strain showed the slowest fermentative activity. This study highlights the applicability of NMR-based metabolomics for monitoring wine fermentation and evaluating the fermentative characteristics of yeast strains.
