Tourist destination remodeling project is the tourist destination activation program to promote underdeveloped tourist destination that the Ministry of Culture and Sports has been implementing as a pilot program since 2005. Since previous tourist destination development programs focused on developing facilities, they could not quite cope with the changes in the tourism paradigm. Especially for caves, they could not escape from the simple sightseeing for the characteristics of the resource were fit to the caves. These results failed to meet tourist demands to experience and participate that the number of tourists is continuously decreasing. To cope with the circumstances, the government introduced a pilot program, a comprehensive tourist destination reorganization plan designed to comprehensively promote the tourism contents development (software) that can differentiate the region such as the tourism activation programs, tourist destination management and operation system reorganization (humanware) along with the repair of facilities (hardware project). This study emphasized the participation of residents who are the actual subject of management and operation of tourist facilities and programs in the course of establishing the master plan for remodeling for Gossi Cave that it can be used as the reference for establishing remodeling plan based on resident participation in the future.

This paper describes not only the complexities of LNG business including shipping sector but also its own current environmental changes. Furthermore, system dynamics (VENSIM analysis) as a methodology is introduced to analyze the potential LNG shipping market in the future. As a result of the VENSIM analysis, potentiality of the spot LNG shipping market is systematically established in connection with embodiment of the spot LNG market. This paper suggests three methods, which are centered on newbuildings of ships, for the shippers to prepare for the spot LNG shipping market on the basis that maritime economics can make a direct contribution to the shippers' business decision-making.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of supermodern fashion designer's work, which is shown by responding to supermodern environment where non-spaces such as road, railroad and airport are surplus in modern city environment. For the study, the researcher used existing study and specialized book basically and analyzed photograph materials by selecting them in specialized fashion book, internet site and designer's homepage. The results of this study showed that supermodern fashion design is the functional fashion responding to the change of time and space concept of supermodern society directly. As the common points of supermodern designer's works, first, they try to create private space enabling wearer to cope with risk caused by the environmental change and transitional space by adding architectural factor to fashion. Second, they display the design with protective function and metaphorical expression of concealment and deception in the supermodern environment where nonspace is increasing. Third, designers search the functional design from the aspect of fabric and detail while intending the technology in order to cope with supermodern environment.

A lot of research has been conducted on a system that collects and observes patients' health information in real time using Internet of Things (IoT) technology, and cares for and supports patients based on this. However, most studies have focused on underlying diseases such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease, and research on IoT systems to cope with respiratory infectious diseases such as COVID-19 is still insufficient. In a COVID-19 situation, the purpose of using an IoT respirator may vary depending on the user. In this paper, we design a system that can adequately cope with respiratory infectious diseases such as COVID-19 by applying IoT technology to respiratory protection. We categorize IoT respirator wearers into patients, medical staff, and self-quarantine persons, and define the purpose and use case of the IoT respirator system according to each classification. The proposed IoT respirator system was designed to achieve each purpose. We developed a prototype system consisting of a smart sensor, a communication module, and a non-motorized hooded respirator to show that the proposed IoT respirator system works.

As the information technology is being rapidly developed, Korean government supplies various communication equipments to schools and therefore, it causes difficulties to cope with various faults from complicated school network communication equipments. These faults come from many reasons for wasting school budget and decreasing effectiveness in school administration. From this, it is necessary to figure out the problems of school communication equipments and cope with these problems quickly and preventing those faults in advance. In this paper, we present the school communication equipments analysis methodology not only quantitative but also qualitative aspects. We are sure that applying this methodology may improve the effectiveness of school network equipments management.

The more a society becomes complicated and diversified along with the economic development, the more diverse l earning types the educational activities had beyond the existing educational approaches to cope with the complicated and diversified society. In particular, field studies and opportunity to use the dangerous educational appliances have been increasing in order to cope with the desires of education consumers requiring diversity and the individuality of students has been strengthened. In accordance with the trends above, the school accidents have been gradually increasing in recent days. Thus, this paper aims to propose the suggestions to teachers in real education fields by investigating the problems in compensation system of School Safety and Insurance Association against which the victim s of any school safety accidents firstly claim for the damages, the problems in the present system of the Association and how to improve the system in terms of the payment scope of the Association.

This study attempts to represent schemes to cope with the challenge of internet-based e-commerce. There are unexpectable changes in the international Logistics industry. First, Bolero project is introduced to exchange trade documents and data via the internet. It acts as a neutral third party to ensure secure delivery and receipt of information and provides a legal framework. Secondly a number of leading International logistics companies and constituent members have made an effort to establish the portal site to connect the constituent members concerning by the same cyber environment. This study reviews the current status on this trend and points out a number of issues originated from the trend and represents the way of globalization in the international logistics industry.

In this study, we aimed to look at what dilemmas of science teaching elementary school teachers experience and how they cope with their dilemmas in everyday science classes. Three elementary school teachers participated and qualitative data such as class log, class video, and interview materials were analyzed in inductive ways. The main findings are as follows. First, the dilemmas were classified based on the four factors that make up the science class; teacher, student, learning content, environment. However the dilemmas appeared to be not only one factor involved, but the rest of the factors intertwined. Thus, it was interpreted how the main factors causing the dilemmas conflicted with other factors. Second, the types of teachers' coping strategies to the dilemmas could be largely divided into 'give-up', 'stick to' and 'modified'. In some cases, teachers gave up on what they valued and did not take active action ('give-up'), teachers chose what they valued and made decisions to actively realize it ('stick to'), and in others, conflicts were adjusted by introducing new methods or elements to their classes ('modified'). Based on these results, we discussed that the teacher's dilemmas could facilitate the teacher's learning or professional development.

Vibrations caused by automobile engine are absorbed mostly by a passive-type engine mount. However, user specifications for automobile vibrations require more stringent conditions and higher standard. Hence, active-type engine mounts have been developed to cope with such specifications. In this study, the active vibration absorber which can be attached to the sub-frame of automobile is used for the suppression of vibrations caused by engine. The active vibration absorbing system consists of sensor, actuator and controller where a control algorithm is implemented using DSP. The vibration caused by engine reveals harmonic disturbances varying with engine revolution. Therefore, the control algorithm should be able to cope with harmonic disturbances. In this study, the modified higher harmonic control technique which can selectively suppress harmonic disturbance is considered. Experimental results on automobile show that the proposed active vibration absorbing system is effective in suppressing vibrations caused by engine.

There are some cases that dental prosthesis does not operate as properly as expected in oral mouth. The reasons are such as a distortion of the mandibular, a fault of impression taking system or an extrusion of remaining teeth. One of dental prostheses to consider in the situations is the attachment which connects segment bridge. Active discussions are managed on theoretical side of this field but few on clinical side of it, which must be considered first. Accordingly I'd like to suggest a theoretical background for connect attachment of fixed segmented bridge. 1. As a bridge gets longer, burden on dental ligament is increased and the hardness of a bridge is lessened. 2. The flexibility of a bridge increases in ratio to 3 multiplication of the length and decreases in ratio to 3 multiplication of the width of occlusal surface and base of pontic. 3. Precision rest is needed to cope with the shake of teeth and the difference of axis direction among abutments. 4. Female part of the precision rest should be on middle abutment distal and male one on mesial of pontic. 5. Segmented attachment can be efficiently used to cope with long span bridgework and also in case that one piece casting can't be done because of slant of abutment.
