2년제 대학 뷰티관련학과 교육과정 분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 -뷰티스타일리스트 전공개설의 필요성을 중심으로- (A Study on the Analysis of Curriculums and the Improvements of Beauty Department in College -Focusing on Needs to Develop Beauty Styling Department-)

  • This study was conducted to propose name and role of a beauty-related specialist, a brand-new profession, recognizing that rapidly evolving culture and industries call for development of a new occupation in beauty business in the 21st century, and to suggest an approach to set up a department to produce such experts. To this end, extensive data and information were collected from relevant companies, education institutions, and all of the eighty two departments at 2-year junior colleges around the country, and were analyzed. The findings of the study are as follows: First, it was acknowledged that a new occupation distinct from existing ones is required in the beauty business. Secondly, the study has defined role of the new job; a professional beauty stylist who is competent to work across beauty, coordination and fashion with long-term perspective. Thirdly, the study suggested name of the brand-new occupation as beauty stylist. The results summarized above have meaningful implications; the study identified weaknesses of the existing beauty-related departments, and suggested practical approaches to improve them in order to provide effective education on the new profession, beauty stylist, and enhance adaptation capability.

2단 종속 SPD시스템의 보호특성 (Protection Characteristics of Two-Stage Cascade SPD Systems)

  • Protection of the electrical and electronic equipment against surges in low voltage AC power distribution systems is based on wide applications of surge protective devices(SPDs). Cascade application of SPDs located at the service entrance of a building and near sensitive equipment is intended to ensure the optimal voltage protection level and energy sharing among cascade SPDs. In this paper, when surges impinge at the service entrance of the building of interest, the protection characteristics of two-stage cascade SPD systems were investigated. The influence of the distance between the upstream and downstream SPDs on the voltage protection level and energy sharing of the two-stage cascade SPD systems were analyzed experimentally. It was found that the energy sharing of two-stage cascade SPD systems strongly depends on the distance between the two SPDs and the component of SPD. As the distance between the two SPDs increases, the energy absorbed by the upstream SPD increases while the energy absorbed by the downstream SPD decreases. Consequently, it is desirable to select the upstream and downstream SPDs having the proper energy capability with due consideration of the distance between the two SPDs.

Power Swing Detection Using rms Current Measurements

  • During a power swing, distance relays may mistakenly spread fault throughout the power grid, causing a great deal of damage. In some cases, such mistakes can cause global outages. For this reason, it is critical to make a distinction between power swings and faults in distance relays. In this paper, a new method is proposed based on RMS measurement to differentiate between faults and power swings. The proposed method was tested on two standard grids, demonstrating its capability in detecting a power swing and simultaneous fault with power swing. This method required no specific configurations, and was independent of grid type and zoning type of distance relays. This feature in practice allows the relay to be installed on any grid with any kind of coordination. In protective relays, the calculations applied to the microprocessor is of great importance. Distance relays are constantly calculating the current RMS values for protection purposes. This mitigates the computations in the microprocessor to detect power swings. The proposed method was able to differentiate between a fault and a power swing. Furthermore, it managed to detect faults occurring simultaneously with power swings.

  • Forest fires in Korea usually start in the fall and occur every year until spring. Most wildfires are human resources that combine topographical characteristics and carelessness, and failure to respond in the initial stage and lack of cleanup are spreading to large-scale wildfires. In order to prevent these wildfires, active cooperation from the public is essential. As can be seen from recent wildfires, the attention of the public is needed above all else because large-scale wildfires in Korea are occurring due to the people's negligence. If a wildfire spreads and becomes large, it causes damage to life and property, and the damage is irreversible. In this study, various methods were used to prevent forest fires and improve initial suppression ability. In order to minimize damage, the model analyzed by the 119 Special Rescue Team in Gangwon, Chungcheong and nearby forest fires was analyzed on the combustion progress and wind direction by time period. The propagation speed by the wind direction was simulated. Until now, most of the wildfires have been extinguished by firefighting, but I hope that the Forest Service will take the lead and maintain coordination with related organizations.

우주 현지자원활용 글로벌 동향 (Global Trends of In-Situ Resource Utilization )

  • 과거 1970년대까지의 달 표면탐사에서는 단기간 달에서의 임무 특성을 가지는 것에 비해 최근 달 표면탐사는 달에서의 장기체류와 이를 기반으로 궁극적으로 화성까지 탐사 범위를 확장하는 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 인간의 달표면 장기체류를 실현하기 위해서는 탐사 현지 자원을 활용하여 체류에 필요한 소비재나 연료 등의 현지 생산 및 사용이 중요한 전제가 된다. 국제우주탐사협의체(ISECG, International Space Exploration Coordination Group)에서 각국의 우주탐사 계획을 반영하여 제시하는 글로벌 우주탐사 로드맵에는 달표면 탐사로부터 화성탐사로 이어지는 발전 단계가 제시되며 각 단계에서 현지자원활용은 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제우주탐사협의체의 현지자원활용(ISRU) 격차분석 보고서를 기반으로 현지자원활용의 기술 분야를 현지 연료 및 소비재 생산, 현지 건설, 우주상 제조, 그리고 생성 결과물의 보관 및 활용, 자원활용에 필요한 전력시스템 등과 같은 연관 분야로 분류하여 주요 분야에서의 기술 개발 및 검증 현황을 분석한다. 다수의 국가는 달 자원 중 극 지역 영구음영지역의 얼음물 이용 그리고 표토에서 산소 등의 추출에 우선 순위를 부여하고, 무인 착륙임무를 통하여 달 남극 영구음영지역 근처에서 물질 및 물 분포 확인을 준비하고 있다. 자원 활용을 위하여 수전해를 이용한 수소, 산소 등 연료 생산, 모사토를 이용한 달 표토에서 산소의 추출 등의 기술을 개발하고 있다. 자원활용 기술의 개발을 위하여 지상에 달표면 모사환경을 구현하고 기술의 개발, 시나리오의 시연 등을 통한 효율적 현지자원활용 구현 방법 등을 모색하고 있다. 지속 가능한 달 표면 탐사를 위하여 각국은 달 표면 도달, 자원의 조사, 물질의 추출 등에 서비스 구매 등 민간 영역의 능력을 활용하고 발전시키는 노력을 병행하고 있다.

조직몰입, 시장지향성, 조직학습의 관계에 관한 실증연구 (A Study on the Relationship between organizational commitment market orientation and organizational learning)

  • 90년 이후 현재까지 10여년 이상에 걸쳐 마케팅 개념의 구체적인 활동, 이른바 시장지향성과 관련개념에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행되어 오고 있다. 시장지향성은 고객지향에 초점을 둔 전사적 활동을 통하여 시장정보의 창출, 전파 및 활용과 경쟁자지향으로 요약될 수 있고 수익성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 개념이다. 이러한 시장지향적 활동과 직접적인 관련이 있는 조직학습 및 조직몰입 역시 시장지향성과 함께 주요 연구대상이다. 본 연구에서는 조직몰입, 시장지향성, 조직학습의 문헌적 고찰을 통해 과거 연구들을 정리하고 이를 통해 아직까지 그 구조가 명확히 밝혀지지 않은 시장지향성 및 시장지향성과 조직학습간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 시장지향성은 조직학습의 매우 밀접하게 관련있는 영향요인이며 조직몰입은 이러한 개념들의 선행적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

내부마케팅과 시장지향성간의 관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship of Internal Marketing and Market Orientation)

  • 90년 이후 10여년에 걸쳐 마케팅 개념의 구체적인 활동, 이른바 시장지향성에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행되어 오고 있다. 시장지향성은 고객지향에 초점을 둔 전사적 활동을 통하여 시장정보의 창출, 전파 및 활용과 경쟁자지향으로 요약될 수 있고 수익성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 개념이다. 본 연구는 내부마케팅의 선행연구에 대한 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 내부마케팅의 세부적 요인을 권한위임, 내부커뮤니케이션, 보상시스템, 경영층지원, 교육훈련의 다섯 가지로 도출하고, 이러한 요인들이 시장지향성에 미치는 직 간접적인 영향관계를 구체적으로 분 석하기 위하여 공분산구조분석을 사용하였다. 그 결과 도출된 내부마케팅의 다섯 가지 요인 대부분이 시장지향성의 외부고객 지향성, 경쟁자 지향성, 기능간 상호협조에 직 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 시장지향성에 많은 영향을 미치는 내부마케팅 요인은 경영층지원인 것으로 나타났다.

Multi-Agent Systems: Effective Approach for Cancer Care Information Management

  • Physicians, in order to study the causes of cancer, detect cancer earlier, prevent or determine the effectiveness of treatment, and specify the reasons for the treatment ineffectiveness, need to access accurate, comprehensive, and timely cancer data. The cancer care environment has become more complex because of the need for coordination and communication among health care professionals with different skills in a variety of roles and the existence of large amounts of data with various formats. The goals of health care systems in such a complex environment are correct health data management, providing appropriate information needs of users to enhance the integrity and quality of health care, timely access to accurate information and reducing medical errors. These roles in new systems with use of agents efficiently perform well. Because of the potential capability of agent systems to solve complex and dynamic health problems, health care system, in order to gain full advantage of E- health, steps must be taken to make use of this technology. Multi-agent systems have effective roles in health service quality improvement especially in telemedicine, emergency situations and management of chronic diseases such as cancer. In the design and implementation of agent based systems, planning items such as information confidentiality and privacy, architecture, communication standards, ethical and legal aspects, identification opportunities and barriers should be considered. It should be noted that usage of agent systems only with a technical view is associated with many problems such as lack of user acceptance. The aim of this commentary is to survey applications, opportunities and barriers of this new artificial intelligence tool for cancer care information as an approach to improve cancer care management.

  • With speeding up the process of being international municipality, the gravity of lacking parking lots in Shanghai urban area, which directly blocks the traffic in the city, has been revealed. This thesis analyses present automobiles parking capability and forecasts the future's needs for the city. To solve the problem, the concept could be to expand parking areas in city center recently to relax the tention and to do thoughtful planning in the near future on the foundation of fully consideration the trend. The municipal government has to set up policy properly, amplify regulations, strenthern the administration and open up a path to raise founds. Berween road system administration which is dynamic and parking lot system administration which is static, there are a knot on macroscopic meaning and an interference as well. The coordination of these two systems would be reflested on the effects of whole municipal traffic adminisration. Basically, public parking lots are city's foundal facilities, just like roads, bridges, etc. The main problems now in Shanghai are large parking space demands, insufficient facilities, cheap parking expenses comparing with the cost of parking lots construcion and poor administration. According to the forecast on social economy development, there will be 580 thousand automobiles in Shanghai by the year 2000, and the amount of private cars will increase greatly. The frequency of automobiles going out will be 1.45 million per day. Public parking lots being able to afford 105 thousand units are needed. To satisfy the demands, the recent aim of planning should be speed up the parking lots construction, the planning objective in next period should be developing reasonably and exceed the demands properly. In order to realize the planning objective, the government has to formulate correct policy and amplify administration regulations. The government has to adopt both administration and economy means, including charging parking people reasonably, collect necessary taxes, bringing the parking lots planning into general municipality planning, opening up an effective path to raise founds, such as set up founds for parking lots construction, issue bonds and stocks, get loans at home and abroad, etc.

초동수사역량 강화방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Reinforcement Measures of First Investigation Capability)

  • 초동수사란 사건발생의 초기에 행하는 긴급한 수사 활동이다. 초동수사가 잘못되면 사건이 영원히 미궁에 빠지거나 많은 증거가 사라져버리게 된다. 따라서 초동수사가 잘못되면 많은 인력과 예산을 낭비하거나 또 다른 피해자가 발생하게 되는 것이다. 초동수사는 범죄현장을 중심으로 한 수사와 피해자중심수사 그리고 피해품 중심 수사 등이 있다. 현장중심 수사는 범죄현장주변에서 유류품의 발견, 범행일시의 확정, 참고인의 발견, 지리감 등을 파악하는 수사 활동이다. 피해자 중심수사는 피해자의 인적사항, 피해자 및 가족의 생활상태, 재산상태, 교우관계, 가정 내부사정 등을 파악하여 범인을 검거하는 수사방법이다. 피해품 중심수사는 범죄피해품의 소재 이동경로를 추적하여 범인을 검거하는 방법이다. 경찰의 초동수사역량을 강화하기 위해서는 초동수사에 대한 교육을 강화하고, FTX(현장훈련)를 지속적으로 실시하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 초동수사매뉴얼을 제작하여 활용하여야 하며, 사건분석시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다. 또한 과학수사기법의 개발과 국민의 협조가 필요하다. 앞으로는 사건에 대한 초동수사부터 철저히 하여 국민에게 믿음을 줄 수 있는 경찰이 되어야 할 것이다.
