직교식 스테레오 비젼 시스템에서의 3차원 좌표 변환 (3D Coordinates Transformation in Orthogonal Stereo Vision)

  • 본 시스템은 어항 속의 물고기 움직임을 추적하기 위해 직교식 스테레오 비젼 시스템(Othogonal Stereo Vision System)으로부터 동시에 독립된 영상을 획득하고 획득된 영상을 처리하여 좌표를 얻어내고 3차원 좌표로 생성해내는 시스템이다. 제안하는 방법은 크게 두 대의 카메라로부터 동시에 영상을 획득하는 방법과 획득된 영상에 대한 처리 및 물체 위치 검출, 그리고 3차원 좌표 생성으로 구성된다. Frame Grabber를 사용하여 초당 8-Frame의 두 개의 영상(정면영상, 상면영상)을 획득하며, 실시간으로 갱신하는 배경영상과의 차영상을 통하여 이동객체를 추출하고, Labeling을 이용하여 Clustering한 후, Cluster의 중심좌표를 검출한다. 검출된 각각의 좌표를 직선방정식을 이용하여 3차원 좌표보정을 수행하여 이동객체의 좌표를 생성한다.

  • The objective of this research is to develop a measurement error model for sculptured surfaces in On-Machine Measurement (OMM) process based on a closed-loop configuration. The geometric error model of each axis of a vertical CNC Machining center is derived using a 4${\times}$4 homogeneous transformation matrix. The ideal locations of a touch-type probe for the scupltured surface measurement are calculated from the parametric surface representation and X-, Y- directional geometric errors of the machine. Also, the actual coordinates of the probe are calculated by considering the pre-travel variation of a probe and Z-directional geometric errors. Then, the step-by-step measurement error analysis method is suggested based on a closed-loop configuration of the machining center including workpiece and probe errors. The simulation study shows the simplicity and effectiveness of the proposed error modeling strategy.

스크류 로터 가공용 커터의 치형설계에 관한 연구 (The Design of Cutter profiles for Manufacturing Rotors of Screw Compressor)

  • The purpose of this paper is to design cutter profiles for manufacturing rotors of screw compressor, which are based on universal milling machine. The surface profile of screw rotor which is helicoidal is derived as brief equation through the coordinates transformation of the section perpendicular to rotor axis. And the equations of contact lines between a cutter and the surface profile of screw rotor are derived. The computer program which can analyze the equation of contact lines numerically and design the cutter profiles of screw rotor is made, and verified through measuring screw rotors which are menufactured as the designed cutter by the computer program.

5축 초음파 검사장비의 기구학 해석 (Kinematics Analysis of a 5-Axis Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment)

  • In this paper, it is studied that kinematic analysis of a 5-axis ultrasonic inspection equipment. The equipment is comprised of three straight axes and two rotary axes. With features of ultrasonic, the transmitter and receiver of the equipment are vertical to a test surface, operating at regular intervals. To perform this well, the motions of every link should be found on the based of kinematic analysis of the equipment. We chose starting point for testing and defined relations among all links through transformation of coordinates. For double curvature-shaped test object, we generated test paths. To follow these, we found motions of all links using inverse kinematics. By using Matlab/Simulink, simulator was developed, so that we could find out desired trajectories of main axes for a scan.

  • This paper describes a robust stabilization of single input nonlinear systems with parametric uncertainty. We first investigate differential flatness of the nominal nonlinear systems. If a single input system is differentially flat, it possesses a flat output. And we define coordinate transformation functions via successively differentiating the flat output, and we also consider the robust fictitious controls at every differentiation of the flat output. In the new coordinates the nonlinear system is transformed into the Brunovsky normal form with matched uncertainty. With a robust control based on the Lyapunov method, the robust stabilization is achieved.

  • Detecting marker coordinates is important in augmented reality system based on tag. If a marker is not detected, objects can't be augmented. In this paper, we propose a noise reduction method for augmented reality. Using a blue color space to HIS color transformation was performed on the binary. Erosion operator and the dilation operator of the binary images were performed. Experimental results show that proposed method produces a tag image recognizable in various light environments. And using the area of the rectangle, the labeling could be detected through the tag. Tag recognition rate is improved by removing noise.

  • In solar power system, the height and azimuth of the sun are important parameters which control generated power magnitude. The tracking method that controls the daily generation magnitude according to latitude and longitude using the two axles is often used in the existing sunlight tracking system today. In this two-axle PV track control system, the self-load is concentrated on one FRAME. It is influenced of the regular load, snow load and the wind load, etc. It is difficult to set up the system in the conventional building. This research is a development about the small-scale economy track device of independent load-dispersing solar generation system. The position tracking algorithm is through the new coordinates transformation calculating the height and azimuth of the sun.

  • In this paper, an analytical method is proposed to find the dimensions of impact stresses with using the dimensions of impact loading parameter regardless of mass of impactor, velocity of impactor, and plate thickness. In analytical method of Impulsive stresses, the three-dimensional dynamic theory of elasticity using rectangular coordinates and the potential theory of displacement are utilized, and when the measurement of Impact loading is difficult especially for a steel ball colliding on an infinite plate, the impact loading can be obtained by using the classical plate theory and Hertz’s contact theory. And in the numerical analysis, the fast Fourier transform (F. F. T.) algorithm and the numerical inverse Laplace transformation are used because the analysis of impact loading Is difficult to obtain solutions by using the thress-dimensional dynamic theory of elasticity.

원반던지기의 운동학적 분석 (The kinematics analysis of Discus throwing)

  • This study is to analyze the kinematic variables in release motion of discuss throwing. For the matter, 5 people from the national team and collegiate discuss throwing in the year 2001 were chosen as the subjects and two S-VHS video cameras set in 60frames/sec were used for recording their motions. Coordinated raw positions data through digitizing are smoothing by butter-worth 's low-pass filtering method at a cut off frequency 6.0Hz. and the direct linear transformation(DLT) method was employed to obtain 3-D position coordinates. The conclusions were as follows; 1. The better record players showed the shorter approach time in the last support phase. 2. In the displacement CG, the better record players showed the shorter displacement in medial-lateral direction, and the longer displacement in horizontal direction. In the motion, the COG showed longer displacement vertical direction. 3. The better record players showed the faster horizontal velocity than vertical velocity in the release. 4. The better record players showed to take the posture of vertical axis in the release.

Improved image alignment algorithm based on projective invariant for aerial video stabilization

  • In many moving object detection problems of an aerial video, accurate and robust stabilization is of critical importance. In this paper, a novel accurate image alignment algorithm for aerial electronic image stabilization (EIS) is described. The feature points are first selected using optimal derivative filters based Harris detector, which can improve differentiation accuracy and obtain the precise coordinates of feature points. Then we choose the Delaunay Triangulation edges to find the matching pairs between feature points in overlapping images. The most "useful" matching points that belong to the background are used to find the global transformation parameters using the projective invariant. Finally, intentional motion of the camera is accumulated for correction by Sage-Husa adaptive filtering. Experiment results illustrate that the proposed algorithm is applied to the aerial captured video sequences with various dynamic scenes for performance demonstrations.
