Licensing contracts between partners in International Joint Ventures(IJV) have not only aspects of relation contract, which is interdependent and long-term cooperative relationships in interpartner but also aspects of discrete contract which is exposed to opportunistic risk caused by IJV partners who maximize individual profit instead of joint payoff maximization. In this circumstance, appropriate compensation structures such as lump-sum and royalty can reduce conflicts and spur interpartner cooperation. In addition, compensation structures that stipulate each party's rights, duties, and responsibilities under various sets of environmental conditions have strong implications for transaction cost minimization and joint payoff maximization. On the other hands, compensation structures such as lump-sum and royalty in IJV licensing contract have benefits and costs depending on IJV partners uncertainty, partner dependency, and environment uncertainty. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to empirically show how partner uncertainty, partner dependence and environment uncertainty influence compensation structure chosen by licensor in IJV.

Information theory is one field of the applied mathematics quantitating the data in order to store data as many as in the medium or communicate through channel. it was released on the Shannon's paper, in 1948. With basis on this paper, It has been achieved dramatically development for communication, signal processing, and date procedure and transmission in the network In this paper, the basic concept of information theory is described through dealing with contents about meaning of information, entropy, and channel capacity. It is also handled how information theory is applied to the fields of sensor network, relay channel, MIMO system, and others.

This paper presents A Design of WMR Controller that being composed of cooperative relation between PID controller and optimized neural network algorithm, it operate a variable control by velocity. Some proposed algorithm in the past just depended on PID controller for the control of position of WMR but for more efficient control we design a variable controller that operate control by PD controller using neural network if it is satisfied with any given condition. it adjust gain of PD controller for real time control using a fast feedforward algorithm which is different with Form of the standard backpropagation algorithm.

Competition of Business firms has become serious domestically and internationally. No one can deny that cooperation and peace between labour and management are essentially necessary in this seriously competitive business world and will form continuous national economic development. This paper is interested in consumer's cognizance of business firm, business CEO, and labor. The attributes of consumer dealt with are gender, education level, etc. We showed consumer's cognizance as forms of hypotheses, tested them, and found many statistically significant facts, and suggested their implication. It can be said that our research results can be utilized as good information and for judgement and decision for constructing cooperative and peaceful labour and management relation.

A simulation study was conducted to use city-water which is thermally regulated by unused energy as a heat source for urban dwellings. This study utilized multiple heat pump system using the city-water as a heat source and suggested a method of reducing the heat load of hot water supply. The simulation was done to calculate the energy savings at a dwelling for a year. The relation between the controlled temperature of city-water. and electric energy in all seasons was also investigated. Furthermore, it has been found that the controlled water system can lead to considerable energy savings and decrease environmental load such as sensible waste heat which otherwise would form heat islands.

이 논문의 목적은 지역 내 기록유산기관들의 협력을 기반으로 하는 Cox의 로컬리티 기록화 모형의 한계를 극복하고 디지털 환경에 맞는 새로운 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내외에서 이루어지고 있는 로컬리티 기록화와 관련한 접근방법을 4가지로 유형화하여 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 특히 공간과 장소를 중심축으로 하는 기록화의 범주를 도출하고 참여와 협력을 통하여 로컬리티가 담긴 기록을 생산 수집할 수 있는 지속가능한 아카이브를 구축하기 위한 방향을 제안하였다.

The defence industry of the Republic of Korea(ROK) has grown up since 1970, however it is facing a growth hindrance due to its structural problem. Many professionals of defense industry has developed some measures to upgrade and energize the defence industry of ROK, and also the current government is implementing various transformations and new policies under the initiative of cooperative independence defence. But most of papers published so far have some limitations resulting from their qualitative contents. And also it is true for them not to show policy alternatives devised by the system thinking. This paper identifies essential factors of defense industry, then analyze the causal relation among those factors. It also shows the causal loop to identify the politic leverages, on which concrete measures to resolve the structural problems are based.

시장구조와 혁신의 가치간 관계를 구명하는 것은 경쟁과 STI 정책수행에 중요하다. 만일 혁신의 가치가 특정 시장구조에서 상승된다면 정부는 해당 산업의 시장구조를 변화시킬 수 있다. 선형수요와 고정된 한계비용의 경우, 꾸르노 경쟁에서의 major와 minor 기술혁신에 대한 인센티브가 합병과 공동 연구개발의 경우보다 더 작다는 결과를 단순한 캘리브레이션을 통해 도출할 수 있다. 이는 또다시 독점이 필요악임을 시사한다.
