품질은 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이기에 조합원이 지각하는 품질을 정확하고 효과적으로 측정할 수 있어야 한다. 소비자생활협동조합(이하 생협)은 산업 분류상 유통업으로 볼 수 있으며 유통업 품질에 대한 다양한 연구들이 존재하나 일반 유통 업태와 비교해볼 때, 생협이 제공하는 가치를 감안한 고유 특성을 조합원이 인식하는 품질차원을 기준으로 진행한 연구는 희소하다. 소비자이자 소유자인 조합원의 시각에서 생협품질을 어떻게 바라보는지를 세밀하고 정교하게 분석하여 품질차원과 하위 속성을 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해서는 기존의 품질 차원 선행연구를 바탕으로 생협품질차원을 새롭게 개발하고 품질 구성요소를 실증한다. 생협 품질 차원은 제품, 서비스, 사회적책임이라는 생협 가치에 적합한 차원을 선행연구를 통해 개발하고 설문조사를 시행하여 국내 4대 생협 조합원을 대상으로 실증하였다. 이를 통해 하위차원들을 구성하고 고차원 모형의 품질 차원을 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 실증하였다. 경영진에게 품질경영 차원의 중점 관리 요소를 발굴하고 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

Recently, in wireless video sensor networks(WVSN), various schemes for efficient video data transmission have been studied. In this paper, a layer based cooperative relaying(LCR) algorithm is proposed for minimizing scalable video transmission distortion from packet loss in WVSN. The proposed LCR algorithm consists of two modules. In the first step, a parameter based error propagation metric is proposed to predict the effect of each scalable layer on video quality degradation at low complexity. In the second step, a layer-based cooperative relay algorithm is proposed to minimize distortion due to packet loss using the proposed error propagation metric and channel information of the video sensor node and relay node. In the experiment, the proposed algorithm showed that the improvement of peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) in various channel environments, compared to the previous algorithm(Energy based Cooperative Relaying, ECR) without considering the metric of error propagation.The proposed LCR algorithm minimizes video quality degradation from packet loss using both the channel information of relaying node and the amount of layer based error propagation in scalable video.

Purpose: This study was to examine whether a health care model that provides comprehensive medical services based on population groups to members of the medical cooperative is applicable as a policy alternative in terms of medical use and cost. Methods: Data were derived from National Health Insurance claim data in 2019. We compared the medical volume and expenses of patients who visited social cooperative-type medical clinics with other patients, control group who visited other clinics in a local area. Results: The average number of visit days was 25.3 days in social cooperative-type medical clinics, more than 24.2 days in the control group (p=.004). However, the average medical cost per visit was KRW 46 thousand in social cooperative-type medical clinics, which was significantly lower than KRW 51 thousand in the control group (p<.001), and the total medical cost was also KRW 16.1 billion in social cooperative-type medical clinics and KRW 16.9 billion in the control group. Conclusion: We identified that a population-based health care model might change patients' behaviors to health care services and decrease total medical cost. Further population based experiment is needed to develop alternative healthcare model.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the influence of physician's communication styles and quality, and physician-patient relationship on patient satisfaction for improving physician's communication which is one of factors determining service quality in health care services, and providing the suggestion for building the positive physician-patient relationship. Data were collected from 341 inpatients in 13 general hospitals and university hospitals located in Busan Metropolitan City and Kyeongsang-do area using structured self-administered questionnaires. Major results of the empirical analysis are as follows; First, mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship, patient's communication receptive attitude, patient-oriented physician's communication style, and quality were significantly varied by respondents' characteristics such as age, consensual, job, and income. Second, empathy, patient's communication receptive attitude, physician-patient relationship, and patient satisfaction were significantly varied by respondents' medical-related conditions. Third, there was a significant correlation between active communication receptive attitude of patient and mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship. Fourth, patient-oriented physician's communication style and physician-patient relationship were found to have positive influence on total communication quality and effectiveness and empathy facet of communication quality both. Finally, patient-oriented physician's communication style, empathy, active communication receptive attitude of patient, and mutual-opened-cooperative physician-patient relationship were found to have positive influence on patient satisfaction. This research findings suggest that putting emphasis on effective physician's communication and enhancing positive physician-patient relationship are crucial for marketing activities and customer satisfaction management in health care settings.

The objective of this study was to propose motivation for the analysis of consumer's purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for the new soymilk products in cooperative stores. We surveyed the purchasing behavior, willingness to purchase, willingness to pay, and impact factors on willingness to pay. The results indicated that most consumers drank soymilk more than once per week. The reasons for consuming soymilk were health, nutrition, and taste, in order. When purchasing soymilk, consumers considered environment-friendly, quality, country of origin, brand, and price, consecutively. Taste was also an essential quality factor. Thus, consumers showed some willingness to purchase new soymilk products. In addition, cooperative members considered environmental characteristics of raw material and improvement of preference for final product as more important than functionality or food additives. Differentiation of process and marketing strategies are required for the development of soymilk products for cooperative members.

The trend of an increasing demand for a high-quality user experience, coupled with a shortage of radio resources, has necessitated more advanced wireless techniques to cooperatively achieve the required quality-of-experience enhancement. In this study, we investigate the critical problem of rate splitting in heterogeneous cellular networks, where concurrent transmission, for instance, the coordinated multipoint transmission and reception of LTE-A systems, shows promise for improvement of network-wide capacity and the user experience. Unlike most current studies, which only deal with spectral efficiency enhancement, we implement an optimal rate splitting strategy to improve both spectral efficiency and energy efficiency by exploring and exploiting cooperation diversity. First, we introduce the motivation for our proposed algorithm, and then employ the typical cooperative bargaining game to formulate the problem. Next, we derive the best response function by analyzing the dual problem of the defined primal problem. The existence and uniqueness of the proposed cooperative bargaining equilibrium are proved, and more importantly, a distributed algorithm is designed to approach the optimal unique solution under mild conditions. Finally, numerical results show a performance improvement for our proposed distributed cooperative rate splitting algorithm.

After late 1980s, new approach is needed for satisfying with people's various information needs and better quality of life on Korean extension service. The United States began modern extension service at first and has influenced many countries. Cooperative extension service has helped people practically by searching into people's problem and developing various channel to diffuse. Cooperative extension adopts changes in extension service environment and puts them to use. Based on the extension service in the United States, following recommendations were suggested; 1) carrying out extension service to meet the changing needs of people, 2) strengthening the extension function of agricultural Colleges, 3) review of cooperative agricultural research and extension, 4) developing programs and management, 5) accumulation agricultural information and utilizing them.

The primary objective of this research is to provide the basis of total quality management policies by reviewing previous studies which investigated effective ways to reduce product liability exposure. Specifically, the present study intends (1) to examine recent patterns and trends of product liability law in OECD countries, (2) to propose quality management policies for preventing product liability litigations, and (3) to guide the proper implementation process of ISO 9000 certification programs. The survey results show that the shift from a negligence law theory to strict liability is evident in most countries. The trend has led to make it easier for consumers to bring product liability lawsuits. Furthermore, the damage awards won by consumers have been drastically increasing. To minimize product liability exposure, manufactures should reflect comprehensive product safety concepts in establishing total quality management policies. Cooperative activities are also required between departments in companies to reach safe and satisfactory quality level. These quality management activities should be performed consistently during the total product life cycle. Failure to comply with the ISO 9000 certifications might be used as an evidence of negligence or as evidence of a design defect in court. Previous lawsuit cases, however, reveal that ISO 9001-9003 registration process alone is not sufficient in terms of product liability pervention perspectives. Therefore, manufactures should take into account ISO 9004 before implementing any other section of ISO 9000 standards.

물류창고 시스템에서는 물류의 입고/출고에 따른 재고현황의 변동이 잦고, 내용물에 따라 주위환경요소가 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로, 재고현황 및 환경요소를 빠르고 정확하게 관리하는 것이 물류관리에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 하지만 현재 제안되고 있는 RFID 기반의 물류관리 시스템은 RFID 리더 간 통신에 대해 통일된 국제규격이 없고, 일반적으로 사용되는 중앙집중방식 MAC 방식의 경우 클러스터 헤더의 이동이나 채널 상황의 영향으로 인해 이 시간동안 각 노드 간 통신이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 채널 상황에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 물리계층 정보를 이용한 와이미디어 MAC 프로토콜 기반의 릴레이 협력통신 방안에 대한 결과를 제안한다.
