The subject of this study is whether the relevant ordinances of Chungcheongnam-do's five local governments, operating intermediary support organizations for contracted-out community building, comply with the regional innovation and cooperative governance-based perspective. The examination results are summarized as follows. About the normative system: first, village building does not present that it is a participation- and cooperation-based collective activity of various related actors; second, the cooperative governance-based implementation system was not presented as a key term; third, "numerous relevant subjects' participation" and "democratic decision-making and cooperative promotion" are not presented as basic principles; fourth, the subjects are limited to residents and the administration, and only their responsibilities are presented. About the effectiveness system: first, the establishment of a master plan, a primary means, and the establishment of an in-charge department and collaboration system in the administration are presented as optional provisions; second, the nature of the relevant committees and intermediary support organizations is not presented as "public-private cooperation-based system"; third, the area of the function and authority of the relevant committees is limited to review and consultation. Fourth, the related information about the intermediary support organization structure and system, the establishment and operation of the secretariat, and the practical operation of the center is not presented. In sum, to make related ordinances become institutional grounds with stronger effectiveness, reconstructing them by strictly applying the perspectives of regional innovation and cooperative governance is necessary.

문화유산기관들은 인류의 문화적 경험과 표현의 산물들을 기반으로 기관 및 지역을 넘어서는 협력망을 구성하여, 사회 구성원들에게 문화를 향유할 수 있는 사회적 환경을 조성해야 한다. 도서관이 소장한 문헌자원, 박물관이 소장한 유물 자원, 미술관이 소장한 예술품 자원, 기록관이 소장한 기록 자원의 통합적 관리를 통한 다양한 문화정보서비스의 창출이 필요하다. 본 연구는 도서관, 박물관, 미술관 및 기록관 등 문화유산기관의 협력 배경이 되는 관련법과 고려사항을 제시하고, 도서관, 박물관, 미술관 협력망과 통합형으로 북미 유럽 사례를 소개하였다. 이러한 사례 분석을 토대로 정책/제도적 측면, 기술적 측면 및 인적 측면의 문화유산기관 협력 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 광주광역시 광산구에 건립될 거점도서관인 하남도서관 운영종합계획을 수립하기 위한 기초연구로, 이용자, 공공도서관 사서, 거점도서관의 관리자 등으로 대상을 구분하여 인식조사를 진행하여 거점도서관의 장서, 프로그램, 지위, 역할, 공동보존서고의 운영 등에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 이용자가 선호하는 정보자원은 문학 주제의 단행본이며, 선호하는 도서관 서비스는 정보자원의 이용과 문화행사의 참여로 나타났다. 공공도서관 사서는 이용자 대상 도서관서비스와 도서관 간의 협력사업을 수행하는 것을 중요하게 생각하고 있었고, 분담 수서를 우선적으로 수행해야 하는 업무로 인식하고 있었다. 또한, 공동보존서고의 운영에 대하여는 전반적으로 긍정적으로 생각하고 있었다. 거점도서관 관리자는 거점도서관의 지위와 역할을 명확하게 하여 도서관 거버넌스를 수립하는 것이 중요하다고 하였고, 공공도서관으로서 지역의 이용자에 대한 정보서비스와 협력사업의 추진이 중요하다고 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 하남도서관 종합운영계획의 수립 및 향후 운영시 유용한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

The integrated supply chain of business partners for e-Commerce in cyber space is defined as Logistics Chain if the cooperative activities are logistics-related. Logistics Chain could be managed effectively and efficiently by cooperative technologies of logistics chain execution. In this paper, we propose a routing and scheduling algorithm based on the Tabu search by adding geographical information into existing constraint for pick-up and delivery process to minimize service time and cost in logistics chain. And, we also consider an uncertainty processing for the tracing of moving object to control pick-up and delivery vehicles based on GPS/GIS/ITS. Uncertainty processing is required to minimize amount of telecommunication and database on vehicles tracing. Finally, we describe the Logistics Chain Execution (LCE) system to perform plan and control activities for postal logistics chain. To evaluate practical effects of the routing and scheduling system, we perform a pretest for the performance of the tabu search algorithm. And then we compare our result with the result of the pick-up and delivery routing plan generated manually by postmen.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting turnover intention in pediatric nurses. Methods: A survey was conducted with 212 nurses working in pediatric units at 15 hospitals in Busan, K city. Data were collected from September 1 to October 31, 2014. and analyzed with SPSS PASW 18.0. Results: In Stepwise multiple regression analysis, factors affecting the nurses' turnover intention were emotional burnout (${\beta}$ =.37, p<.001), relationship between nurse and doctor (${\beta}$ =.20, p<.001), turnover plan (${\beta}$ =.17, p<.001), and annual salary (${\beta}$ =-.13, p<.001), and these variables accounted for 32.2% of the variance in turnover intention. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the major factors influencing pediatric nurses' turnover intention are emotional burnout, cooperative relationship between nurse and doctor, turnover plan, and annual salary. Thus, in order to reduce pediatric nurses' turnover intention, it is necessary to develop intervention programs to prevent emotional burnout, the most influencing factor, and enhance cooperative relationship between nurse and doctor and to examine their effects.

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 일본의 공공도서관의 사례 분석을 통해 지역 지식정보서비스의 발전 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 지역 지식서비스와 관련된 문헌분석, 사례조사를 진행하고 지역 공공도서관 홈페이지를 중심으로 조사 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 지역 지식정보서비스를 위한 발전 방안으로 이용자 지향적 서비스, 내부 협력, 외부 네트워크 협력, 홍보, 인식의 개선 등을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 앞으로 한국 공공도서관의 지역 지식정보서비스 운영의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 '북한 산림 황폐화 실태와 복구를 위한 남·북한 협력방안 연구'이다. 즉, 북한지역의 심각한 산림 황폐화 현상에 '산림복구'를 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출할 수 있도록 목표로 한다. 이러한 이유는 북한의 산림 황폐화는 한반도의 국토 이질화 현상과 더불어 홍수·가뭄·토양 유실을 유발하여 식량난을 가중시키며 미래 남북한 통일 이후를 상정하였을 때 북한의 산림복구 비용은 시간이 지날수록 환경·경제적인 문제가 크기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구의 구성은 북한지역의 산림 황폐화 원인과 실태를 고찰하며 북한지역의 산림 정책전략에 대한 분석을 통해 남·북한의 산림정책에 대한 차이점과 공통점을 비교함으로써 본 연구의 정책적 함의를 도출하는 것이다.

반폐쇄성인 북서태평양 해역은 지형, 해류순환, 생태학적 관점에서 하나의 큰 시스템으로 간주되어 관리되어야 한다 현재 북서태평양권에서 진행되고 있는 해양환경 관련 다자간 협력 활동은 WESTPAC, PEMSEA, PICES, NOWPAP 등 다양하다. 본 논문에서는 특히 유엔환경계획의 주관하에 한ㆍ중ㆍ일ㆍ러가 지난 1994년부터 채택하여 수행중인 북서태평양보전실천계획(NOWPAP)사업을 중심으로 하여 북서태평양에서 진행되고 있는 지역협력 활동의 제반현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 이의 가능한 해결책을 제시하고자 하였다. 주요 제안으로는 (1) 북서태평양 인접국들은 해양환경 관련 국제협력 활동에 있어서 법적 구속력 있는 지역 차원의 협약의 중요성을 인식하고 실질적인 지역 협력활동을 수행함에 있어 큰 우산으로 작용할 수 있는 해양환경 관련 협약을 개발하여야 하며, 이에 (2) 현재의 제반 상황을 고려하여 현 단계에서는 국가의 영해나 관할권 등의 이슈를 침해하지 않는 느슨한 형태의 협약 개발을 시도할 필요가 있다. 아울러 (3) 지역내 다양한 정치 사회적 문제로 인해 환경분야의 협력사업이 종종 중단되거나 간섭받지 않도록 하기 위하여 유엔환경계획이나 다른 국제기구로부터의 지도력이 계속 발휘되어야 한다 (4) 재정적 및 제도적 기반을 계속 강화시켜야 하며, (5) 또한 북서태평양에서 연안 및 해양환경에의 위해 요소에 대응하기 위한 지역내 다자간 협력활동을 지속적으로 수행하여야 한다

본 연구에서는 충청남도 공공도서관 보존서고 현황 분석을 기반으로 한 충남도서관 공동보존자료관의 협력체계 및 이용서비스 구성 방안에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 공동보존자료관의 협력 방안 구축과 서비스 제공 활성화를 도모하기 위해, 현재 충남도내 공공도서관 62개관의 장서 현황과 개별적으로 운영하고 있는 보존서고 현황을 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 공동보존자료관 운영과 관련된 제반 사항은 참여주체간의 협정 또는 협의에 의해 의사결정이 이루어져야 하며, 이와 더불어 공동보존자료관의 운영 또한 참여 주체간의 체계적 협력체계 하에서 이루어져야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 위해 충남도서관 공동보존자료관은 협력체계를 구축하고, 협의체(협력네트워크)인 공동보존자료관 운영위원회를 구성하여 운영할 필요성이 있다. 또한, 이관기준 등 공동보존자료관 운영과 관련된 제반 사항은 공동보존자료관 운영위원회의 협의를 통해 규정화하여 시행하여야 한다.

In this paper, the natural language dialogue understanding sytem, based on discourse information and plan recognition, is designed and implemented. The system needs to analyze the user's input utterance and acquire the discoruse information to perform plan recognition and facilitate cooperative response. This paper proposes the mehtod of controlling a dialogue, based on the algorithm for extracting the discourse information. When the discourse information for dialogue understanding is extracted, the information-based value in feature structure that is obtained form korean parser is used. And the system makes use of the structure. Thus it can offer the response that the user wants to take, and let the dialogue to study in utterance level and enhance the efficiency of dialogue understanding. In this paper, we apply the system to the hotel reservation domain and show the mehtod of using the discoruse information to control the dialogue.
