This study analyzed the recognition of local residents surrounding farmland conversion area. The details of the survey on the residents included recognition of farmland conversion, the usage and reason of farmland conversion in the surrounding area, impacts of farmland conversion on the local region and agricultural production, and change in farmland prices. According to the analysis, the aging of the local residents progressed, and the ratio of farming population was high in the case study area. There were many warehouse facilities and small scale factories in terms of farmland conversion in the case study area, due to the surrounding area characteristics of industrial complex and relatively cheaper land prices. The farmland conversion affected the local area and residents both positively and negatively, and the surrounding area's land prices rose. The policy implications, based on the findings in this study, indicate the following need to be carried out: the consolidation of action on farmland pollution upon farmland conversion, review of planned collective conversion mode, and return of the land price hike profits to the affected local area and residents. Actually, farmland conversion should be conducted, after a comprehensive and systematic review, because it affects the local area and residents in a complex way.

Conversion disorder has difficulties of clinic discriminationis. If it is possible at the early stage, rehabilitation time and cost will be reduced. This case is that of motor and sensory disorder. The clinic progress has well showed the characters of conversion disorder. This study will be helpful for the understanding of the conversion disorder.

Conversion disorder is a diagnosis based on a psychological construct that currently has no known neurobiologic substrate. But It is not easy to differentiate a real conversion disorder from a neurological disease or other medical disease. A patient in this case report had been diagnosed as conversion disorder but later it was found that the conversion disorder was misdiagnosis. During the 7 days of treatment, this patient was treated by herb medication, acupuncture and TENS and bad a little improvement. Both way, this patient was evaluated and evantually was diagnosed as Guillain-Barre Syndrome Miller-Fisber Variant, suggesting that the former diagnosis bad been a mistake. In this case report, we will present this patient's case and review the misdiagnosis of conversion disorder.

Conversion disorder is defined as a specific and enduring sensorimotor dysfunction that contradicts known neurological or musculoskeletal pathology or physical findings. The patient with conversion symptoms unconsciously adopts these symptoms to convert their psychological stress to a physical phenomenon. Conversion disorder often involves the mimicry of organic symptoms similar to those experienced by a relative or an acquaintance. Because conversion symptoms are produced by psychological stress, specific treatment strategy and reinforcement program are needed for treatment. Treatment comprises avoiding unnecessary medical tests and removing symptoms by using graded exercises given by physical therapists. Clinical therapists must maintain a continuous and detailed follow-up to completely recover from conversion symptoms. The goal of treatment is to emphasize health rather than disease, to resolve physical symptoms, and to prevent recurrence. This study looks into the case reports of 4 patients diagnosed with conversion disorder.

The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of space utilization and the problems that follows after converting in a new developmental residential area. This study used the content-analysis method and analysis was made on the floor plans for 95 different conversion cases. Above all, 190 unit plans (the unit plans for conversion before and after) were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows; 1) There were 8 types of conversion according to such usages as residential, commercial and residential-commercial buildings. 2) In the case of conversions, from residential to commercial, there was a tendency each floor was integrated to exclusive use for commercial or commercial with small portions of residential usage. And in the case of conversions from commercial to residential, there was a tendency that all space of each floor were changed to exclusive usages for residential purposes. 3) In case of usage conversion from commercial to residential, there were constraints for balcony installation, because of its original lot-structure and building equipments. Also, when the basement was converted for residential purpose, there was no possibility for an extra lighting or ways to ventilate the area.

In 2014, Seongnam municipal government announced Sanseongro Commercial Area Revitalization including Dandae traditional market with active support of Seongnam municipal government. This study investigated conversion of Dandae market into specialized market to overcome economic stagnation and to make success case of wedding market. The study suggested supplementation of current problems as well as incidental businesses. The study gave SWOT analysis and management reformation to make success case of specialized market and to suggest win-win strategies and development plans to produce wedding market.

Conversion disorder is disease that anxiety is converted to physical symptom by suppression of complication unconsciously. This case is that of conversion disorder resulted from school work. The treatment of Conversion disorder is anxiety syndrome's removement. But if not possible, as a symptomatic treatment, approvement of symptom is significant, in a sense. By use of Oriental medical treatment, we could improve symptoms of two case conversion disorders. Sooner or later, the patients gained a complete recovery. So, more objective study and treatment about conversion disorder by Oriental medicine's demonstration is needed.

Conversion of the building can be a core strategy to activate the urban regeneration. Especially in the decayed district, the conversion or retrofit of old building can be a core catalyst to stimulate the urban regeneration. Throughout the case study, a conversion from office to dwelling, there were figured out the design strategies to respond to spatial, functional requirements. The results are as follows ; 1) The main design strategy is to articulate the space by embedding the wall, mass in the rectangular space. 2) to respond to the small size of space, the flexible, movable wall system Is adopted. This gives the selectiveness to the use of space. 3) to secure the livability of interior space, the buffer zone, a terrace space, is fully utilized. This space acts as thermal buffer zone as well as a semi-interior space.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is about oriental medicine's treatment and approach method of conversion disorder(jungkijeung) Methods: We observed the treatment effectiveness of herb-med, acupunture, physical therapy about conversion disorder(jungkijeung) Result and Conclusions: We try to present the possibility of the approach method about conversion disorder. 1. We should treat conversion disorder(jungkijeung) distinguished Gi deficiency(氣虛) between vigorous gi(氣寶) 2. The acupunture treatment of conversion disorder(jungkijeung) is efficient about all sorts symptoms and pain 3. Dyscinesia's sequela due to conversion disorder(jungkijeung) is possible to be protracted 4. It is important to prevent sick role, and for this, to use physical therapy is efficient about dyscinesia's patient due to conversion disorder(jungkijeung)

2000년대 외환위기 이후 프랜차이즈 창업에 대한 관심증가로 프랜차이즈 산업은 매년 급성장을 거듭해 오고 있으며, 당분간 프랜차이즈 산업의 성장은 지속될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 그러나 국내 프랜차이즈는 외형적으로는 성장을 지속하고 있으나 그동안 몇몇 소수의 업종 중심으로 가맹본부 및 가맹점 진출이 집중되어 신규가맹점 확보에 그 한계를 드러내고 있다. 이에 포화상태에 접어든 업종 내에서는 신규가맹점 진출보다는 기존 가맹점 유지를 통해 매출증가 유도 및 동종업종 점포를 흡수하는 방향으로 전략을 수정하고 있다. 이미 '업종변경'이라는 방식의 가맹점 출점 전략이 사용되고 있음에도 불구하고 지금까지 기운영점포를 가맹점으로 흡수하는 방식인 컨버전 프랜차이징을 활성화 하는 방안이 제시되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 동네 슈퍼마켓의 나들가게로 컨버전한 사례를 중심으로 컨버전 프랜차이징 전개 방식 및 전개 후 결과에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 본 연구의 사례분석 결과, 컨버전 프랜차이징 후 매출, 내점 고객 수, 점포 이미지 등이 증가하였으며, 점주/소비자의 만족도 또한 컨버전 전에 비해 증가한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이는 컨버전 프랜차이징이 기업과 점주/소비자 모두에게 긍정적인 전략임을 의미한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 나들가게의 경우, 정부의 정책 하에 진행된 사례임으로 프랜차이즈 기업에 나들가게 전개 방식을 적용하기에는 한계가 있으나, 이미 프랜차이즈 산업 내에서 전개되고 있는 전략임을 볼 때, 나들가게 사례를 통한 컨버전 프랜차이징 전략모델에 대해 연구할 필요성을 제기한다.
