This paper investigates status of the in-service education for curriculum, and seek tasks of the curriculum administration. The major contents are the difference between in-service education and in-service education for curriculum, status of the in-service education for curriculum in curriculum development, and tasks of curriculum administration. The in-service education for curriculum is a kind of in-service education. But the in-service education for curriculum classified dissemination stage and application stage. The in-service education for curriculum in curriculum development focus on the understanding of the basic matters in dissemination stage, and on the in-depth contents in application stage. There are seven types of curriculum administration in-service education for curriculum. This is the classification of the dissemination and application stage, the nature of guided and advice administration, the stress on the improvement of professionalism for teachers, the classify of the in-service education target for curriculum, the diversification of the in-service education format, the recognition as duties of in-service education for curriculum training, and the institutionalization for in-service education out of school.

Quantum Cellular Automata(QCA) is one of the proposed techniques as an alternative solution to the fundamental limitations of CMOS. QCA has recently been extensively studied along with experimental results, and is attracting attention as a nano-scale size and low power consumption. Although the XOR gates proposed in the previous paper can be designed using the minimum area and the number of cells, there is a disadvantage that the number of added cells is increased due to the stability and the accuracy of the result. In this paper, we propose a gate that supplement for the drawbacks of existing XOR gates. The XOR gate of this paper reduces the number of cells by arranging AND gate and OR gate with square structure and propose a half-adder by adding two cells that serve as simple inverters using the proposed XOR gate. Also This paper use QCADesginer for input and result accuracy. Therefore, the proposed half-adder is composed of fewer cells and total area compared to the conventional half-adder, which is effective when used in a large circuit or when a half - adder is needed in a small area.

As the external environment of SMEs is changing drastically, it is necessary to establish an appropriate management strategy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consultant's competency, on consulting performance, consulting utilization and repurchase intention, and effect of consulting's understanding and participation on consulting performance. Participants were 103 questionnaires collected from 154 SMEs that received technology and management consulting support from the Technology Guarantee Fund. According to the practical analysis result, knowledge(β=.377, p<.001) and attitude(β=.461, p<.001) among the consultant's competencies were positively correlated(R2=.623) with consulting performance, and consulting performance had positive correlation(R2=.668) with consulting utilization and repurchase intention(β=.817, p<.001). Participation in consulting had a moderating effect on the effect of consulting performance on consulting utilization.

This paper aims to design a system for psychological diagnosis in sandbox play by applying rule based expert system. Sandbox play is one of play therapy and it is a technique that can be combined with psychological diagnosis and treatment using sand and various kinds of figures. In this technique, we focus on psychological diagnostic factors and try to implement a system that automatically diagnoses psychological types when input values are given. Therefore, six kinds of language objects are set and the rules are created according to the types of figures, arrangement of figures, and production time in the sand box used as a reference element in the diagnosis method. In this system, it is assumed that the client recognizes the finished sandbox as a sensor device. Then, when the recognized state enters the input value, the rules based on the language object are ignited in order. Through this, the client is diagnosed with one of 26 types of psychology. As a result, the diagnostic process is simplified and automated. Accordingly, a more detailed psychological diagnosis and treatments are provided.

In this paper, we design and implement an expert system for diagnosing ADHD. As a result of the analysis with DSM-IV-TR, the ADHD diagnostic criteria are changed according to the age group. With this analyzed diagnostic, objects and their values are set and rules are created. We design a diagnostic system consisting of 'ADHD diagnostic system engine' and 'user query response program'. The ADHD diagnostic system engine is a rule-based reasoning engine that is implemented in the Prolog language and receives INPUT from the user query response program. By INPUT, the rule is executed based on the ADHD diagnostic criteria and the OUTPUT is sent back to the 'user query response program' by inferring the diagnostic result. The 'user query response program' is implemented in the Python language and serves as an interface for handling conversation with the user. The bridge between 'ADHD diagnostic system engine' and 'user query response program' is performed through the Pyswip library. As a result, the ADHD Diagnostic Expert System will help you plan your treatment with reduced diagnostic costs and use-complexity.

This paper aims to explore a comparative instructional effects among meaning-based communicative language teaching, input-enhanced FnF instruction and output-enhanced FnF instruction in order to optimize the teaching methods of target grammar and vocabulary. The experiment selected three homogeneous groups of 30 students in each group for the comparison: One comparative group with communicative language teaching, one input-enhanced FnF group and another output-enhanced FnF group. The result indicates that the input-enhanced group outperformed the comparative group in the grammar test with statistical significance and the output-enhanced group overweighted the comparative group in the vocabulary test. However, no significant statistical difference was found between the input-enhanced group and the output-enhanced group. The conclusion from the result could bear the following pedagogical implication: The general English education must use the eclectic method of adopting communicative language teaching with FnF of input-enhanced target grammar and output-enhanced target vocabulary to supplement the students with the basic vocabulary and grammar.

Stress concentrations around discontinuities, such as a hole or a sudden change in cross section of a structural member, have great important cause in the most materials failure because the stress near the points of application of concentrated loads can reach values much larger than the average value of the stress in the member. This paper presents the stress concentrations between fillet and hole at different locations in a stepped plate under tensile loading. The analysis for interaction effect of stress concentration was performed by photoelasticity and ANSYS which is a commercial finite element software. From the analysis results, the circular hole located at the different position from the fillet radius can cause different values of stress concentration factor within interacting region.

Due to the conversion from the existing address system to road name address system, the versatility of the road name address from the public and private sectors is increasing gradually. Therefor, the reliability of the road name address basic map, of the default data is also an urgent need, this means the accuracy of the data. But, road name address basic map is production time due to the use of different map accuracy is to fall, so is also the situation insufficient of utilization. This study Construction of identify each attempt by the road name address basic map and analysis the location accuracy of road name address basic map. As a result, the RMSE of cadastral survey results showed that appears lower than the RMSE of digital map survey results. The judgment can be utilized as the basis for the proposed improvements for the road name address basic map.

Since the area of smart home has been attracting attention, researches have been conducted to control syntagmatically various electronic products with a single remote controller. Previous researches have developed a dedicated controller or an application that acts as a remote controller and controls electronic products by configuring control screen for each product. However, these approaches are not suitable for controlling various electronic products that should be controlled by configuring separate control screens for each product. In this paper, we propose a web-based remote control platform. We define universal user interfaces applicable to various devices by categorizing user interactions of electronic goods and implement them as APIs. By applying the APIs to IPTV and car navigation devices we show that it is possible to control them through only a web browser. We also propose a method to group multiple control requests in order to efficiently handle consecutive control requests and show the improved response time and data usage.

Nowadays, fintech becomes the key technology of the mobile banking and payments. Financial market is moved to fintech-based non-face-to-face trade/payment from traditional face-to-face process in Korea. Core of this transition is the smartphones, which have several sensitive sensors for personal identifications such as fingerprint and iris recognition sensors. But it has some originated security risks by data path attacks, for instance, hacking and pharming. Multi-level certification and security systems are applied to avoid these threats effectively, while these protections can be cause of some inconvenience for non-face-to-face certifications and financing processes. In this paper, I confirmed that it have sensible differences correspond with the data connection paths such as WiFi networks and mobile communication networks of the smartphones, and I propose a gradual certification method which alleviates the inconvenience by risk-level definitions of the data-paths.
