탐색적요인분석과 확인적요인분석의 비교에 과한 연구 (The Study on the comparative analysis of EFA and CFA)

  • 본 연구는 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석에 대한 특성과 그 차이점에 대하여 살펴보고, 동일한 데이터를 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석의 분석과정 및 결과를 비교분석함으로써 두 방법론의 올바른 이해와 적용에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 한편, 실증분석 결과는 아래와 같다. 탐색적 요인분석에서는 판별타당도가 저해되는 p.1, p.3이 제거된 반면, 확인적 요인분에서는 집중타당도가 저해되는 p.3가 제거 되었다. 탐색적 요인분석의 경우 다수의 측정변수를 소수의 요인으로 축약하는 분석과정(다소 부족한 이론적배경)인 반면, 확인적 요인분석은 측정변수와 잠재변수들 간의 관계를 파악 및 확인하는 과정(강력한 이론적배경)으로 동일한 데이터를 활용한다 하더라도 두 방법론은 언제든지 다른 결과 값이 도출될 수 있는 바, 데이터의 성격 등에 따라 올바른 방법론의 활용이 요구된다는 시사점을 보여주고 있다.

한국판 환자안전 지식, 기술, 태도 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 (A Validity and Reliability of Korean Version of the Student Perception of Patient Safety Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호 대학생을 대상으로 환자안전 지식, 기술, 태도 측정도구(Self-Report Instrument to Measure Patient Safety Attitudes, Skills and Knowledge, PS-ASK)를 우리나라 실정에 맞게 번안하고, 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 간호대학 4학년에 재학 중인 425명을 임의로 표출하였으며, SPSS Win 21.0을 이용하여 문항분석, 구성타당도, 내적 일관성 신뢰도를 검사하였다. 연구결과 도구의 하부척도인 지식과 기술 척도는 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증되었으나 태도 척도는 신뢰도가 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 본 도구의 지식과 기술척도는 한국 간호대학생의 환자안전 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 활용 될 수 있을 것이다. 추후 환자안전 태도를 측정할 수 있는 도구 개발 연구를 제언한다.

한국판 의사소통 자기효능감 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 (Validity and Reliability of the Korean Version of Self-Efficacy Questionnaire(KSE-12))

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 Korean Version of Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (KSE-12)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. 2020년 3원 2일부터 3일 사이에 일개 지역 3개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 155명을 대상으로 KSE-12 설문지를 작성하도록 하였다. 도구의 요인을 파악하기 위하여 Varimax 직각회전방식을 이용한 탐색적 요인분석을 시행하였으며, 단일요인의 12문항이 도출되었다. KSE-12는 포괄적 대인관계 의사소통능력(GICC)과 정적상관관계를 보여(p<.001) 준거타당도가 확보되었으며 Conbach's α값이 .98로 나타나 타당도와 신뢰도가 높은 도구임이 확인되었다. 따라서 본 도구를 사용하여 한국 간호대학생의 의사소통 자기효능감을 평가하고 이들을 위한 의사소통 자기효능감 증진 프로그램 개발을 위한 근거자료를 마련해 나가길 바란다.

지속가능경영을 위한 학교급식 영양사의 지식, 태도, 실천 가이드라인 콘텐츠 개발 (Development of the Contents of the Guideline for Dietitians' Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (KAP) for Sustainable Management at School Foodservice)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the guideline's contents for dietitians' knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) for the sustainability management at school foodservice. The contents for the guideline were determined by the Delphi technique of two rounds. The Delphi panels of experts were consisted of sixteen school dietitians and fourteen professors of food and nutrition with more than 10 years of experiences by convenience sampling method. Based on the literature, knowledge, attitudes, and practices required for dieticians were classified into menu management, procurement, food production, facility and energy management, waste management, personnel management, and nutrition education. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 24 and EXCEL to calculate descriptive statistics, content validity ratio, degree of agreement, and degree of convergence. As a result of the second round, the validity scores of 'knows eco-friendly certification standards and labeling systems (4.53 point)' in the knowledge category, and 'tries to purchase local agricultural products (4.87 point)' in the attitude category were the highest. From that round in the practice category, the validity scores of 'plan menus for students' health', 'purchases eco-friendly food', and 'conserves energy in pre-processing and cooking process' were the highest with 4.73 point. Applying the criteria for securing the validity of the contents, the contents of 25 knowledge items, 20 attitude items and 30 practice items were confirmed. The findings of the study can be used to develop the guideline for dietitians required for the sustainability management.

몽골 대학생의 성지식과 성태도 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증 (Validity and Reliability of the Sexual Knowledge and Sexual Attitude for Mongolian University Students)

  • 본 연구는 몽골 대학생의 성지식과 성태도를 조사하기 위한 도구 개발과 개발된 도구의 타당성과 신뢰도를 검증하고자 시행하였다. 연구대상 및 자료수집은 2019년 12월 1일부터 30일까지 몽골의 U 시의 대학생 200명을 대상으로 하였다. 도구 검증을 위해 문항분석은 내용 타당도, 구성 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 사용하였고 요인분석에서 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 집단비교법 타당도를 실시하였다. 도구의 신뢰도 검증은 크론바 알파 계수로 분석하였고 통계분석은 SPSS 26.0 버전을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 몽골 대학생의 성지식은 14개 문항, 성태도는 25개 문항으로 도구가 구성되었다. 본 측정 도구는 몽골 대학생의 성지식과 성태도 측정 및 프로그램 적용시 측정 도구로 사용될 수 있다.

Knee Joint Isokinetic Rehabilitation Exercise Equipment Usability Evaluation

  • Objective: In this study, the test-retest reliability and validity were presented to evaluate the usability of isokinetic rehabilitation equipment for the knee joint. Design: Cross-sectional design, reliability & validity study. Methods: Thirty healthy adults participated in the study. A CSMI dynamometer was used as a standardized measuring device to present the validity of the equipment. It was measured based on the dominant leg. The average peak torque value was selected as the measurement variable. After the measurement, a questionnaire was conducted on safety, satisfaction, and performance through the usability evaluation questionnaire. Results: The knee joint isokinetic rehabilitation equipment showed high reliability with Intraclass Correlations Coefficients (ICC) =0.883~0.956. In order to check the validity of the equipment, the 95% confidence interval of the mean difference limit was confirmed by the Bland & Altman plot. As a result, all three angular velocities showed a smaller confidence interval in the flexion than in extension. There were less than 10 plots that were not included in 2 Standard Deviation (SD) between all measurements. As a result of the usability evaluation questionnaire, the average of the safety domain(4.9±0.4), satisfaction domain(4.1±0.8), performance domain(4.3±0.8). Conclusions: If the product is improved by supplementing the items identified in the usability evaluation process, it is judged that it can be used as a useful device in various knee joint rehabilitation fields.

Test-retest Reliability and Concurrent Validity of a Headphone and Necklace Posture Correction System Developed for Office Workers

  • Background: Office workers experience neck or back pain due to poor posture, such as flexed head and forward head posture, during long-term sedentary work. Posture correction is used to reduce pain caused by poor posture and ensures proper alignment of the body. Several assistive devices have been developed to assist in maintaining an ideal posture; however, there are limitations in practical use due to vast size, unproven long-term effects or inconsistency of maintaining posture alignment. We developed a headphone and necklace posture correction system (HANPCS) for posture correction using an inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensor that provides visual or auditory feedback. Objects: To demonstrate the test-retest reliability and concurrent validity of neck and upper trunk flexion measurements using a HANPCS, compared with a three-dimensional motion analysis system (3DMAS). Methods: Twenty-nine participants were included in this study. The HANPCS was applied to each participant. The angle for each action was measured simultaneously using the HANPCS and 3DMAS. The data were analyzed using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) = [3,3] with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: The angular measurements of the HANPCS for neck and upper trunk flexions showed high intra- (ICC = 0.954-0.971) and inter-day (ICC = 0.865-0.937) values, standard error of measurement (SEM) values (1.05°-2.04°), and minimal detectable change (MDC) values (2.92°-5.65°). Also, the angular measurements between the HANPCS and 3DMAS had excellent ICC values (> 0.90) for all sessions, which indicates high concurrent validity. Conclusion: Our study demonstrates that the HANPCS is as accurate in measuring angle as the gold standard, 3DMAS. Therefore, the HANPCS is reliable and valid because of its angular measurement reliability and validity.

  • We study convergence of multisplitting method associated with a block diagonal conformable multisplitting for solving a linear system whose coefficient matrix is a symmetric positive definite matrix which is not an H-matrix. Next, we study the validity of m-step multisplitting polynomial preconditioners which will be used in the preconditioned conjugate gradient method.

  • Decentralized iterative learning control methods are presented for a class of large scale interconnected linear dynamic systems, in which iterative learning controller in each subsystem operates on its local subsystem exclusively with no exchange of information between subsystems. Suffcient conditions for convergence of the algorithms are given and numerical examples are illustrated to show the validity of the algorithms. In particular, the algorithms are useful for the systems having large uncertainty of inter-connected terms.
