융합산업은 동종 또는 이종의 기술이나 산업이 결합하여 기존 가치를 유지 확대하거나 새로운 가치를 창출하는 것으로 세계적인 관심이 높아지면서 각 국가별로 이에 대한 지원을 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 공간정보는 타 산업 및 기술과 연계 융합하면서 타 산업 분야의 기반으로 활용되는 특징을 갖고 있는 대표적인 융합산업으로 미래 국가경제를 선도할 유망산업으로 인식되고 있다. 공간정보가 타 산업의 제품과 서비스에 내재화되어 새로운 부가가치를 창출하기 위해서는 융합산업의 특징과 융합 장애요인을 분석하여 원활한 산업 간 융합을 유도할 수 있는 지원방안이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 나노, 정보통신, 문화콘텐츠 산업 등 융합산업과 관련한 법제도 간 비교분석을 통해 융합산업을 지원하는 요소를 세분화하고, 이를 토대로 공간정보융합산업 발전을 위한 지원방안을 제시하였다. 향후에는 각 지원방안별로 구체적인 실행전략과 지원체계를 확립하는 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구가 공간정보융합산업을 효과적으로 지원하는 정책 수립의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

산업스파이에 의한 핵심기술 유출이 점차 지능화, 첨단화, 복잡화 되어가고 있으며 이로 인한 피해 또한 심각해지고 있다. 이러한 상황에 대응하는 방안으로 융합보안이 대두되었고 모든 산업분야에 점차 확대되고 있다. 특히 국가적 핵심기술과 인력 및 시설을 포함하고 있는 방위산업은 융합보안이 더 요구되는 산업분야이다. 방위산업은 국가의 안전보장에 필요한 방위산업물자를 연구, 개발, 생산하는 산업이다. 방위산업은 군사기밀, 산업비밀, 핵심기술인력, 방위산업물자, 국가중요시설, 정보통신체계 등 다양한 보안요소를 포함하고 있다. 방위산업보안은 군사보안과 산업보안의 복합체이며 방위산업의 모든 보안요소를 통합하는 융합보안이다. 따라서 방위산업보안은 융합보안의 대표적인 실천모델이라고 할 수 있다. 방위산업보안에 대한 연구는 일반적인 다른 산업분야에서의 보안과 관련된 연구에 비해 미흡한 실정이다. 방위산업의 핵심기술 유출을 방지하고 기술인력 및 시설을 보호하기 위해서, 방위산업보안을 융합보안의 개념에서 연구하고 실천하는 노력이 절실한 시점이다.

As technology convergence is recognized as a driver of innovation, the identification of technology convergence opportunities is critical to expanding a firm's technology portfolio. Recently, wearable technology has emerged as an important factor in creating new business opportunities and providing technology investment alternatives for firms in the era of Industry 4.0. Against this background, this study provides a new patent analysis framework for identifying and proposing technology convergence opportunities in the wearable field. Using 8,621 patents filed between 2011 and 2021, a case study was conducted to identify technological convergence opportunities by applying Word2Vec algorithm. The analysis framework can be divided into four stages, with the final stage recommending potential technology convergence opportunities for a specific candidate firm's technology area by calculating similarities between technology codes. This study aims to better understand the current status of wearable technology development as well as to propose a new methodology for capturing technology convergence opportunities in the wearable industry. The case study result suggests that the convergence of healthcare and ICT may provide new development opportunities. Furthermore, the results are expected to provide alternative perspectives on the development of new markets and technologies using wearable technology and can support the strategic decision-making on future technology planning in the wearable field.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs is currently pushing forward policies targeting the Rural Convergence Industry initiative to incubate the front-runners of the '6th industry', to increase off-farm income, to create rural jobs for elderly, and to create women-based farms. As a result, in 2017, a total of 11,604 Rural Convergence Industries were in business, and the goods produced from those industries were diverse. However, the quality and safety of those products are not being checked and managed thoroughly, which has caused consumers to not trust products made from the Rural Convergence Industries. Through a survey and the ordering logit model, this study analyzed consumer perception of the safety and quality of goods from the Rural Convergence Industries. The analysis revealed that we must first raise awareness of the importance of rural agriculture areas and the products of the Rural Convergence Industries to uplift consumer perceptions regarding the products produced by the industries. The analysis also revealed that diverse points of distribution (sellers), education on the importance of rural and urban areas, and marketing Rural Convergence Industry products within suburban consumer populations are necessary to increase the consumption of these products.

이 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명의 기술적 토대가 되는 전자, 소프트웨어, 자동차 분야 융합교육에 대한 국내외 사례를 조사하고 산업체의 요구를 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 전자, 소프트웨어, 자동차중심의 융합교육분야를 도출하였고 전문가 검토를 통해 수정 보완하였다. 각 분야별 융합교육의 현황을 파악하기 위해 국내외 교육과정을 조사하였다. 그리고 융합교육분야에 대한 산업체의 요구를 조사하기 위해 해당 분야에 종사하는 직원 341명을 대상으로 수요조사를 실시하였다. 연구도구는 융합신기술 교육에 대한 필요성, 융합교육분야에 대한 수요, 학부 융합교육에 대한 요구 세 부분으로 구성하였다. 연구결과 전자분야보다 소프트웨어와 자동차분야에서 융합교육에 대한 요구가 높았으며 해당 분야 졸업생 고용의 지도 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 융합교육의 운영형태에 대해서는 융합전공 또는 연계전공으로 운영되는 것이 바람직하다고 응답한 비율이 가장 높았다. 연구결과에 따라 융합교육 운영에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

Regulation of gastrointestinal hormones have been reported in animal models for constipation undergoing laxative therapy when administered herbal products. We undertook to investigate whether the laxative activity of gallotannin-enriched extracts isolated from Galla Rhois (GEGR) affects the regulation of gastrointestinal hormones, by examining the concentration of four hormones and the activation of their receptors in the loperamide (Lop)-induced constipation model. Stool parameters, including number, weight and water content, were significantly recovered in the Lop+GEGR treated group, relative to the Lop+ vehicle treated group; however, food intake and water consumption were maintained at a constant level. Also, a similar recovery was detected for thickness of mucosa, muscle and flat luminal surface in the Lop+GEGR treated group. Furthermore, concentration of the four gastrointestinal hormones evaluated, namely, cholecystokinin (CCK), gastrin (GAS), somatostatin (SS) and motilin (MTL), were lower in the Lop+vehicle treated group than the No treated group, but were remarkably enhanced in the Lop+GEGR treated group. Moreover, the downstream signaling pathway of MTL and SS receptors were recovered after GEGR administration. Results of the present study therefore indicate that the laxative effects of GEGR treatment may be tightly related with the regulation of gastrointestinal hormones in the Lopinduced constipation model.

The advent of the convergence era led to the convergence of industries while increasing the uncertainty of R&D. R&D uncertainty can be addressed by identifying and addressing industrial innovation patterns, which Neo-Schumpeterian suggested can be identified through the process of identifying the technical characteristics of a particular industry, which can be embodied in the concept of technology trajectory. Thus, this study considered and proposed a method to track the technology trajectory of the convergence industry through topic modeling and patent citation network analysis, and applied it to the micro medical robot industry, which is a representative convergence industry, to track the technology trajectory of active catheter. In particular, it is intended to identify the unique characteristics of the industry by identifying the industry before the promotion of the national-led medical robot industry support policy. Therefore, we tried to understand the innovation pattern of the industry by tracking the technology trajectory of the industry before 2017, the time of full-scale support for the medical robot industry in the United States. Through tracking technology trajectories, the role of each technology classification, the development path, and the knowledge flow between applicants were analyzed empirically. The results of this study are expected to contribute to resolving the remaining uncertainties in the process of establishing an active catheter R&D strategy, one of the leading convergence industries, and furthermore, it is expected to be available for tracking technology trajectories in other industries.

This study aims to provide strategic recommendations for promoting the development of the global satellite data services industry by analyzing the startup landscape. Based on the analysis of startup data, such as number of startups, market segment, and funding amount, we examined the paradigm shift in the global satellite data services market, particularly its convergence with other market segments. To this end, we derived the cumulative funding-convergence dynamics matrix, which classifies the converging areas into four quadrants by considering the growth rate of converging segments and the cumulative funding amount. In this way, we can specify converging areas in the satellite data services market that bear potential importance for the creation of new markets. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the advancement of the satellite data services industry and facilitate the exploration of new market opportunities. Furthermore, they can serve as a valuable reference for policy makers, industry stakeholders, government officials, and researchers involved in the satellite data services industry in capitalizing on the emerging space economy.

포화상태인 국내 공간정보산업시장을 확장하기 위해서는 해외 진출이 필수적이나, 현재의 공간정보산업 해외 진출 방식은 시장 확장에 한계를 보이고 있다. 산업 간 융합을 통한 공간정보산업 해외 진출은 인접 ODA 재원을 활용한 해외 진출을 가능하게 하고 국제 경쟁력을 보유한 산업과의 융합을 통한 선진국 진출을 가능하게 할 수 있다는 점에서 시장 확장의 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 산업 간 융합 방안을 수립하기 위해 먼저 복수의 해외 국가에 대한 상세 현황 조사를 수행하여 개발도상국 및 선진국의 수요를 분석하였다. 수요 분석 결과 산업 간 융합을 위해서 는 융합 용이성, 표준에 기반한 정보의 보안성, 열악한 인프라 극복, 다양한 수요 대응체계, 유지 보수체계의 마련이 필요하다는 것을 밝히고 이러한 수요를 충족시키기 위한 기술적/방법론적/법제도적 융합 기반을 모색하였다.
