This study analyzes human development convergence and the impact of funds transfer to the regions using σ and β-convergence analysis method. Observations were made in all Indonesia's provinces in the period 2010-2019. The coefficient of variation calculation shows a dispersion in the inequality of human development, which means that convergence occurred. This is also documented by the clustering analysis results developed in the study. The results are in line with the hypothesis of neoclassical theory, which shows the tendency for provinces with lower human development levels to grow relatively faster. The dynamic panel data approach with the GMM model shows that a model built with explanatory variables for transfer of funds to regions may lead to the process of convergence of human development - 2.21% per year or 31 years to cover the half-life of convergence. This is a consequence of the Special Allocation Fund and the Village Fund, which positively impact the convergence process, and the General Allocation Fund and the Revenue Sharing Fund with negative signs slowing the convergence process. This evidence opens opportunities to review the justification of the weighting component in determining the amount of funds transferred to the region to accelerate the convergence process of human development.

융합형 인재 육성에 대한 사회적 요구와 융합교육에 대한 교육적 패러다임의 변화에 영재교육에서도 융합교육을 위한 노력들이 보이고 있다. 그러나 융합영재교육에 대한 노력은 양적으로 매우 부족한 편이며, 과학과 예술에 편중되게 나타난다. 이에 본 연구는 현재까지의 융합교육과 관련된 영재교육의 연구 현황들을 통해 우리나라 융합영재교육의 실현과 발전을 위해 해결해야 할 당면 과제를 논의하고, 향후 융합영재교육의 연구 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 논의결과 융합영재와 융합영재교육에 대한 명확한 정의의 확립이 필요하며, 영재교육의 수혜영역별 융합적 사고력에 대한 정의와 개념적 틀 마련을 위한 연구들의 필요성이 논의되었다. 또한 영재의 특성을 고려한 융합영재교육의 콘텐츠 개발과 융합이론을 기반으로 한 체계적인 융합형 영재교육 프로그램 개발이 시사되어졌다. 더불어 영재교사들의 융합교육 역량 강화를 위한 연구들 또한 필요한 것으로 논의되었다.

본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 한 ICT 기반 융합연구에 대한 국외의 무작위 대조군 실험연구를 체계적으로 고찰하여 ICT 기반 중재의 종류와 효과에 대해 파악하고자 한다. 3개의 데이터베이스와 수기검색으로 확인한 326편 중 선정 기준에 부합하는 8편을 선정하였다. 본 연구결과 가장 많이 사용된 ICT는 인터넷으로 총 3편이었으며, 다음으로 태블릿과 휴대폰이 2편이었고, 그 외에 양방향 화상회의 1편, 키넥트 1편, 로봇 1편, 혈당 관리 시스템 1편이었다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내의 ICT 기반 융합연구에 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 추후 수준 높은 효과 검증을 위해 무작위 대조군 실험 연구와 같은 질적 수준이 높은 연구가 더 많이 진행되어야 함을 보여준다.

In this study, we collected and analyzed domestic and international studies related to watersheds in the forest sector. Keyword co-occurrence analysis was conducted using the VOSviewer program to identify the research areas of domestic and international studies and the network structure to compare research trends. As a result, the number of research articles in international watershed-related studies showed an overall increasing trend, and the research areas were diverse and located close to each other, indicating that many convergence studies were conducted. On the other hand, the number of papers in domestic watershed-related studies seems to have stagnated overall from the past to the present, and the research areas are mainly focused on forest disasters and hydrology, with limited interdisciplinary convergence studies. In addition, in both domestic and international studies, watersheds are currently mentioned as research sites rather than management or analysis units in the forest sector. It is important to actively promote interdisciplinary research in Korea to provide a scientific and balanced basis for watershed-level forest management planning.

Many scholars have addressed the technological convergence of small-medium sized firms in Korea and their impact on the economic growth of nation. Nevertheless, most studies have been investigated the relationship between entrepreneurship and venture creation, and a few studies have analyzed the innovation and technological convergence of SMEs. The purpose of this research is to gain industrial insight into the technological convergence and to suggest a dynamic growth policy for entrepreneurs of SMEs to improve their convergence performance based on IT and BT. Therefore, we intend to propose solutions to these key questions in convergence such as; what are the key patterns in the process of technological convergence of SMEs on IT and BT, and what kinds of strategy do their need? In order to answer these research questions, we adopt network analysis using patent citation information. Results of network analysis revealed that building ecosystem based on government and universities is one of the most important factors for the future growth of SMEs in Korea. Also, the fit between technological convergence direction of SMEs and division of convergence structure of government and universities will be positively associated with dynamic growth of SMEs in Korea. In conclusion, this research extends the current studies on important aspects of SMEs in the technological convergence process by proposing their growth in convergence process to a newly converging context, IT and BT, and shed light on the integrative perspectives of crucial roles of SMEs on innovation performance in the IT and BT technological convergence.

The $L^1$-convergence of Fourier series problems through additional assumptions for Fourier coefficients were presented by W. H. Young in 1913. We say that they are the classical results. Using modified trigonometric series is the convenience method to study the $L^1$-convergence of Fourier series problems. they are called the neoclassical results. This study concerns with the $L^1$-convergence of Fourier series. We introduce the classical and neoclassical results of $L^1$-convergence sequentially. In particular, we investigate $L^1$-convergence results focused on the results of Bhatia's studies. In conclusion, we present the research minor lineage of Bhatia's studies and compare the classes of $L^1$-convergence mutually.

This study aimed to explore research on bibliometric features of cannabis by applying scientometric analysis method, and to approach experimental research evaluation based on it. A total of 30,352 articles on cannabis published since 2001 from SCOPUS were analyzed using KnowledgeMatrix Plus and VOSviewer software. Results showed differences in research activities in countries where cannabis is legalized (Canada, the United States, the Netherlands) and Asian countries where its use is illegal. Related to medical cannabis, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of studies on pain, epilepsy, seizures and brain diseases such as multiple sclerosis. In the field of basic research, the number of pharmacological studies of cannabis on the cannabinoid type 1 receptor signaling pathway and inflammation and obesity has increased significantly. Subsequent experimental studies have compared the anti-inflammatory effects of four parts of Korean cannabis such as root, stem, leaf, and bark. Consistent with the predicted results of the scientometric analysis, all parts of C. sativa showed inhibitory effects on COX-2, NO/iNOS and TNF-α expression in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. These attempts provide an experimental research approach based on scientometric assessment.

As the convergence among technologies is reorganizing industry sectors, it is quite important to evaluate the probability of technological convergence, and to analyze how the technologies in a certain industry sector affect the same or other industry sectors. As a result, the large number of studies have been focused on the industry convergence. However, most of them have dealt mainly with case studies or strategy and policies and few efforts have been made to study it using quantitative data. The investigation of industry convergence using quantitative data will help understand the characteristics of industry and forecast the future of the industry from an objective point of view. Therefore, this research proposes a methodology to evaluate the possibilities of industry convergence using patent data. In particular, we emphasize the possibilities of technology convergence and suggest a technology relationship matrix to evaluate the technology convergence, as an antecedent of industry convergence. The feasibility and utility of the suggested methodology was verified with a case study on the convergence of IT and BT. The research results are expected to provide a useful guideline for developing a measure of convergence.

본 연구는 국내의 만성질환자를 대상으로 수행된 임파워먼트 관련요인에 대한 문헌을 고찰하였다. 2011년 1월부터 2020년 4월까지 출판된 문헌을 주요 데이터베이스에서 검색하였으며, 14편을 최종분석에 사용하였다. 모두 단년도 횡단적 연구로, 회귀분석을 이용한 연구가 가장 많았다. 임파워먼트 측정 도구는 Diabetes Empowerment Scale-Short Form (DES-SF)를 사용한 연구가 4편(28.6%)으로 가장 많았다. 본 연구결과 국내 만성질환자의 자가관리, 사회적지지, 건강정보이해능력, 삶의 질과 임파워먼트와의 관련성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 국내의 만성질환자를 대상으로 임파워먼트 측정 도구 개발, 중재프로그램 개발에 기초가 될 것이다.

It is a crucial matter to select a landing site for landers or rovers in planning the Mars exploration. The landing site must have not only a scientific value as a landing site, but also geographical features to lead a safe landing for Mars probes. In this regard, this study analyzed landing site of Mars probes and rovers in previous studies and discussed the adequacy of the landing site to scientific missions. Moreover, this study also examined domestic studies on the Mars. The frameworks of these studies will guide the selection of exploration sites and a landing site when sending Mars probe to the Mars through our own efforts. Additionally, this paper will be used as the preliminary data for selection of exploration site and a landing site.
