An INS is a composite navigation system providing "added value" so defined if work stations provide Multi-Function Displays(MFDs) integrating information and functions for navigational tasks. Even though the minimum requirements for an INS are defined by IMO performance standards, a generic list of the devices and functions that constitute an INS does not exist, so the configuration of the INS is different for each manufacturer, and guidelines based on users' perspectives are also insufficient. This study was conducted to enhance the usability of the INS by analyzing the information required by users according to the ship's operating status and tasks and effectively structuring it in the MFD of the INS. By analyzing INS-related international standards and manufacturers' component equipment lists, mandatory navigation information was selected and card sorting tests were conducted on ship operators with experience in using MFDs to group the information required for each INS task. The results of the study can serve as a basic guideline for manufacturers to structure information based on users' experience when designing products.

The installation of the elevator ARD(Automatic Rescue Device) system has been forced into law in these days in order to safely rescue passengers during power failure. The configuration of the ARD system consists of energy storage device, power converter and control systems. The EDLC(Electric Double Layer Capacitor) are used as energy storage device for rapid charge/discharge purposes. The power conditioning system (PCS) consists of bi-directional converter, 3-phase converter and control system. The dead-beat control system is adopted for most systems however it requires complex mathematical calculations, the high performance microprocessors are mandatory and thus it can be a cause of high manufacturing cost. In this paper the new control method for average current mode control is presented for simple structure. The control algorithm is applied to the single phase system and then expands to three phase system to meet the sysem requirements. The mathematical modeling using average modeling method is presented and analysed by PSIM computer simulation to verifie the validity of the proposed control methods.

The film Aftersun(2022) is Scottish director Charlotte Wells' feature debut and is one of the films that received the most attention in the international art film scene that year. The overall structure of the film is a look back at a certain summer vacation that Sophie, now an adult, went to Turkey with Calum, a 30-year-old 'young dad', whom she lived apart after divorcing her mother when she was 11 years old. In fact, it can be said to be a reconstruction of memory, and Aftersun not only describes the contents remembered, but also reveals the process of reconstructing memories, making the film a process of post-action memory work. In this process, Aftersun proves Lev Manovich's words that cinema is an indexic art. Going back and forth between home video and cinematic diegesis, After Sun unleashes a new imaginary temporality through a two-hour conversation, traces of indexical signs engraved on home video and present times. The film urges involuntary memories in the chaotic time to the present, and makes meaning through traces and signs of intense gestures in the dialogue between media and media, past and present. The We think about the meaning through the time when the story is stopped and the implications of the gestures.

This study was carried out in order to determine the essential structure and meaning of sexual harassment experienced by nurses, prepare a systematic mediation measure that could prevent sexual harassment. In this study, Giorgi's phenomenological research method and an in-depth interview were used, and data was collected from seven participants in general hospital nurses who had experienced sexual harassment from August 6, 2022 to March 25, 2023. The main question used in the in-depth interview was "What does sexual harassment mean to you?". The transcribed data was analyzed according to the method presented by Giorgi through the stages including reading of the data, breaking of the data into some kind of parts, organization and expression of the data from a disciplinary perspective and synthesis or summary of the data for purposes of communication to the scholarly community. As a result, 159 meaning units, 37 essential psychological meanings, 13 sub-constituents, 5 constituents were drawn. The five components include 'exposed to the front line of sexual harassment', 'struggling alone', 'feeling abandoned from the organization', 'finding a way to get through together' and 'feeling changing'. Based on the above results, it is expected to prevent sexual harassment of nurses and provide basic data useful for preparing systematic intervention measures for them and improving the system.

This paper is aimed at exploring a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, and multi-cultural trianglulation of Black, White, and Korean American race relations connected to a large-scale disturbance in the 1992 Los Angeles riots. The second generation Korean American Steph Cha's Your House Will Pay (2019) focuses on a social portrait of the racially marginalized beings as Korean immigrant merchants and African American native consumers. This family saga explores issues resulting from racial hierarchy, racialized stereotypes, and historical marginalization in the internalized sociometry of race and class inequality. This work grapples with issues involved in a sociocultural web of racial triangulation under the white dominant structure, and ensuing intergroup conflicts of social minorities in the economic geography of urban space. It opens up civil discussions for transracial, transethnic, and transcultural interactions and coexistence. It ultimately leads to extending young people's minds for a deep understanding of the socioecomonic landscape of racial matrix, and enhancing the cultural literacy for a better awareness of social empathy and the communal respect of life.

The purpose of this study is to explore the standards and directions of professional competency and proficiency of social workers in Korea through a review of British cases. In particular, in the face of a super-aged society, this study aimed to improve the proficiency of social workers in the field of elderly welfare in Korea by examining the complacency and proficiency standards of the British Association of Social Workers and the Health Care Professionals Council related to the care of the elderly. With the structure of a Professional Capabilities Framework, the UK promotes the acquisition of competency-based qualifications by specifically presenting the competency of social workers at each stage of qualification. In addition, general and detailed standards of proficiency of social workers in the care field are presented at each qualification stage. In order to improve the competence and proficiency of Korean social workers through a case study in the UK, this study presented the need for a standard that connects "common competencies, professional competencies, and proficiency of social welfare professionals." This study also suggested the necessity of the role of Social Welfare Education Association and Association of Social Workers for this purpose

In this paper, we studied the effect of electron beam irradiation on sol-gel indium-gallium-zinc oxide (IGZO) thin films under air and nitrogen atmosphere and carried out the electrical characterization of the s ol-gel IGZO thin film transistors (TFTs). To investigate the optical properties, crystalline structure and chemical state of the sol-gel IGZO thin films after electron beam irradiation, UV-Visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were carried out. The sol-gel IGZO thin films exhibited over 80% transmittance in the visible range. The XRD analysis confirmed the amorphous nature of the sol-gel IGZO films regardless of electron beam irradiation. When electron beam irradiation was conducted in a nitrogen (N₂) atmosphere, we observed an increased proportion of peaks related to M-O bonding contributed to the improved quality of the thin films. Sol-gel IGZO TFTs subjected to electron beam exposure in a nitrogen atmosphere exhibited enhanced electrical characteristics in terms of on/off ratio and electron mobility. In addition, the electrical parameters of the transistor (on/off ratio, threshold voltage, electron mobility, subthreshold swing) remained relatively stable over time, indicating that the electron beam exposure process in a nitrogen atmosphere could enhance the reliability of IGZO-based thin-film transistors in the fabrication of sol-gel processed TFTs.

Due to the convergence of digital technology and the rapidly changing characteristics of the digital industry, the development projects in each technology field that have been carried out so far have blurred the boundaries of the business, dispersed business effects, and reached the limit in fostering a flexible industry that accommodates technological development. It appears that Therefore, the goal is to support the policy of the digital content development project by suggesting a plan to reorganize the structure and improve the management system of the digital content industry development project to effectively respond to the changing direction of the future digital content industry. Through structural analysis and diagnosis of government supported projects, it was proposed to reorganize the existing 19 key projects and 49 detailed projects into 7 key projects projects and 17 detailed projects. As a plan to improve the project management system, there are too many project implementation agencies and the absence of a general agency for detailed project support management, which limits the promotion of large-scale projects for organic linkage between projects and market creation. To improve this, a general agency that oversees the project management function was selected, and it was suggested that there was a need to unify project management into a general organization to manage the project efficiently.

The objective of this paper is to examine the legal framework governing the import and export of grain in China, a pivotal factor in shaping policies aimed at stabilizing South Korea's foreign trade and grain imports. Through this analysis, it is observed that China's foreign trade system, governed by the Foreign Trade Act, exhibits a notable absence of clear delineation regarding the scope and responsibility for the delegation of authority to foreign trade management agencies. In contrast, Korea's Foreign Trade Law, along with its enforcement decree and management regulations, explicitly outlines the scope and responsibilities pertaining to the delegation of authority to foreign trade management. However, in the case of China's revised Foreign Trade Law, there exists a lack of precision in specifying the delegation of authority to foreign trade management. This creates a potential for discretionary intervention by local governments or other administrative bodies. While China's legal system concerning grain imports and exports aligns with WTO regulations in its institutional framework, attention is warranted due to the vagueness in laws or regulations, as well as the presence of irrational and non-transparent procedures during system operation. As conclusion remarks, while China's legal structure related to grain imports and exports conforms to WTO guidelines overall, the identified issues such as legal ambiguity and non-transparent procedures underscore the need for caution. To safeguard against potential challenges in future trade interactions with China, proactive measures are crucial to address these concerns.

This study is a qualitative study to uncover the meaning and structure of nursing students' online psychiatric nursing practice experience by applying Parse's research method. The subjects of the study were 9 fourth-year nursing students at K University who took psychiatric nursing practice online in the COVID-19 situation. Data collection was conducted from March 7, 2022 to May 27, 2022. As a result of the study, the core concepts of nursing students' online practice experience in psychiatric nursing in the COVID-19 situation were: 'Recognizing the importance of understanding oneself and others', 'Preparing for communication to build therapeutic relationships', and 'A perspective on the future through exploration of the meaning of nursing'. Structural transposition was presented as 'Empathy for self and others', 'Mindset for interpersonal human relationship', 'Exploring the essence of nursing and self-realization'. Conceptual integration appeared as 'Valuing', 'Revealing-Concealing', 'Revealing-Concealing'. In conclusion, nursing students' online practice experience in mental health nursing in the COVID-19 situation was an experience of growing and transcending as future nurses by recognizing the importance of human understanding and communication for the therapeutic relationship that is the purpose of mental nursing. This study will serve as basic data for efficient clinical practice operations in various unpredictable situations, such as future pandemics.
