This study was designed to find effective CPR education methods by comparing and analyzing the quality of Field-Focus Type (FFT) CPR using SimPad and the quality of Video Self-lnstruction(VSI) CPR for the learners. The data collection were conducted from November 28, 2018 to December 5, 2018, on 64 first graders who completed CPR lectures at universities located in G metropolitan city, and analyzed using the SPSS ver. 23.0. The results of the study, Field Focus Type (FFT) CPR showed higher quality of Video Self-lnstruction (VSI) CPR in areas such as CPR total score, chest compressions score, chest compressions dept, chest compressions rate, chest compression velocity, total ventilation score, and Total number of ventilation than that of the subjects. Therefore, using Field Focus Type CPR (FFT) education law was found to improve the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation compared to the existing Video Self-lnstruction CPR (VSI) education method, and it is believed that it can be used as a basic data for cardiopulmonary resuscitation education in the future.

In our society, recently, the concept of social economy stands out as an alternative to the mainstream economy in the market. It is noteworthy that although the social economy has the nature of practical field of civil society, the government has a willingness to actively support the social economy as a means of getting visible result of job creation. The social economy in Korea is being fostered by the government and understood within the framework of a very limited policy goal of providing jobs for the vulnerable. The problem is that the social value and community implications of the social economy are disappearing while the social economic organizations have higher policy status and become more and more dependent on the government's financial support. This paper suggests that the discourse on the social economy should be reconstructed while holding the problem of this situation.

Recently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan has reported on a plan for the "effective use of radio waves" to be promoted in the 2020s. This includes promotion of the effective use of public frequencies, reviews of frequency allocation and transition systems, and spectrum usage fee system. Based on the proposals in this study, concrete systems for revising related laws, such as the Radio Law, will be designed and implemented. In addition, the government will jointly conduct research and development as well as verification tests in cooperation with industry, academia, and government. A plan to improve the system for the effective use of radio waves will then be devised. This study examines the policy directions of the frequency utilization system that Japan plans to use for radio waves in the 2020s. The policy directions are analyzed selectively while considering the radio waves utilization system in Korea, and implications for domestic applications are derived. Based on the research from this study, analyzing the radio policies of advanced countries, including those of England and the United States, and utilizing them to establish an effective use plan of radio waves in Korea are deemed necessary.

AI is applied increasingly to overall industries such as living, medical, financial service, autonomous car, etc. thanks to rapid technology development. AI-leading countries are strengthening their competency to secure competitiveness since AI is positioned as the core technology in $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. Although Korea has the competitive IT infra and human resources, it lags behind traditional AI-leaders like United States, Canada, Japan and, even China which devotes all its might to develop intelligent technology-intentive industry. AI is the critical technology influencing on the national industry in the near future according to advancement of intelligent information society so that concentration of capability is required with national interest. Also, joint development with global AI-leading companies as well as development of own technology are crucial to prevent technology subordination. Additionally, regulatory reform and preparation of related law are very urgent.

Although the life-sustaining treatment decision law is in effect, health care worker have many difficulties in determining life-sustaining treatment. Therefore, the relationship between the awareness of well-dying(WD), the attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment(AWLST), and the attitude toward euthanasia(AE) for nursing students who will take care of dying patients in the future will be analyzed and used as basic data for bioethics classes. The study period was from April 1 to May 6, 2018, and a survey was conducted on 288 nursing students in D City. As a result of the study, WD was found to have positive (+) correlations with AWLST and AE, while AWLST was positive (+) with active and passive euthanasia. As nurses are expected to experience many ethical conflicts in the life-sustaining treatment process, it is necessary to receive education related to well-dying awareness, bioethics education, and life-sustaining treatment during the nursing student period.

The paper is basically attempted to reveal a possibility of monetary unification and setting an anchor currency in North East Asian economies such as South Korea, China, and Japan. The Cobb-Douglas utility function is tentatively built by a Walrasian economic framework. Korean Won(KRW) is represented for a numeraire in a structural model, and the estimation of a parameter is performed by 2SLS and GARCH-M models. Empirical evidence is found that not only monetary unification itself in this regime seems not to be practicable, but also setting an anchor currency by Chinese Yuan(CNY) or Japanese Yen(JPY) is also inappropriated due to the fact that the estimated parameter is not converged to a unity. Walrasian equilibria are enhanced by the convergence to a unity in the model. It also has to be mentioned that a number of necessary and sufficient conditions should be fulfilled prior to discuss a monetary unification in North East Asian economies. Instead, Asia currency unit(ACU) is more feasible in reality.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Gyeonggi provincial governments in smart city policy. In order to satisfy the purpose of the study, we closely identified how may local governments(si. gun) have been taking participated in smart city project of the central government, and its characteristics. Then we know the detailed strategies that Gyeonggi provincial governments should do. Gyeonggi-do provincial governments enacted smart city-related ordinances in 2020 and participated in the Smart City Local Council. In the future, Gyeonggi privincial government will propose amendments to the law, review participation in the central government smart city policy project, the "integrated platform construction project of the metropolitan government model", and propel Gyeonggi-do's own smart city policy based on the blind spots of the policy.

As a result of the study, the poorest keywords were information, big data, management, policy, government, law, and smart. In addition, as a result of network analysis, related research was being conducted on topics such as data industry policy, data governance performance, defense, governance, and data public. The four topics derived through topic modeling were "DG policy," "DG platform," "DG in laws," and "DG implementation," of which research related to "DG platform" showed an increasing trend, and "DG implementation" tended to shrink. This study comprehensively summarized data governance-related studies. Data governance needs to expand research areas from various perspectives and related fields such as data management and data integration policies at the organizational level, and related technologies. In the future, we can expand the analysis targets for overseas data governance and expect follow-up studies on research directions and policy directions in industries that require data-based future industries such as Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and Metaverse.

Recently, with the widespread expansion of convergence based on digital connectivity, the transportation and mobility fields are rapidly changing, and research related to this is also diversifying. This study aims to analyze the research trends in the mobility field and identify key research areas and topics. Topic modeling analysis has been proved as a useful approach for analyzing the research trends. The abstracts of 142 research papers concerning mobility from the Korean academic citation index were analyzed, derived 9 research topics and linked to 6 key elements of research framework. The result showed that 'Advanced vehicle and transportaion technology' and 'Linkage and integrated services among means for mobility' were most actively studied research fields. It also found that research on insurance, law, regulation for securing user's safety and conflict-resolving with the existing industry has been conducted.

The purpose of this study was to find the wage determinants of web-based platform workers. For this purpose, a total of 3,575 web-based platform workers' information from Freelancer.com, a global platform labor market, in September 2018 were used and whether or not newly available indicators such as evaluations by previous employers had a significant effect on the wage increase of platform workers using OLS and QR methods. As an OLS estimation results, the number of reviews, as well as education and experience, affects the wages of platform workers. However, as a result of the QR estimation, experience rather than education, recommendation rather than a review has a more significant effect on the wage of web-based platform workers as the wage level rises.
