  • The restaurant industry is an industry with low entry barriers, and furthermore, it is an indispensable industry in life. However, for the restaurant industry, it is necessary to start a business considering many factors. In particular, the comparative group for each restaurant industry is different, and the commercial area analysis should be analyzed differently. Moreover, counseling for restaurant start-ups is still sticking to how to start a restaurant by meeting with each franchise supervisor or counselor. Therefore, a restaurant start-up chatbot is needed for prospective restaurant founders, and a food tech chatbot is needed to collect basic data. Therefore, in this study, factors for restaurant start-ups were divided into youth, preliminary start-ups, menus, taste, and food. In the case of restaurant start-ups with low entry barriers, it was confirmed as the most preferred start-up by young people. However, indiscriminate restaurant start-ups not only increase the closing rate but also have a significant impact on household debt, so accurate consulting should be used to lower the closing rate and increase the success rate. Furthermore, theories and measures for food technologies such as chatbots should be further developed to obtain accurate information on franchise start-ups.

  • In today's globalized economy, franchise companies are strategically preparing to expand beyond domestic markets into international markets. When expanding overseas, it is crucial that the brand identity of a franchise company is well established. Through marketing activities, the brand's value must be enhanced to build a positive image of the brand, and all these activities are referred to as brand management. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between brand management and international expansion, utilizing big data analysis techniques with Textom. A total of 31,564 pieces of data were collected for the period from January 1, 2024, to May 1, 2024, and analyzed after undergoing a refinement process. The analysis results showed that brand management is an essential element in the strategic process of international expansion, and subsequent studies should focus on qualitative research

  • ESG is currently a global topic, meaning environmental, social, and governance, which are three important measures of socially responsible management. It is also having a great influence on improving competitiveness in the global market and enhancing corporate image. In this study, ESG in Korea was analyzed through big data, and four central keywords of ESG management in China based on Chinese data were derived. These four keywords are environment, management, corporate event, and quality certification. In addition, we want to understand the ESG perspective of China by studying ESG cases in China. Through this, we will be able to compare and analyze the differences between ESG approaches and key points between Korea and China.

  • In this paper, anomaly detection methods for a collaborative robot during the chemical drum assembly process in the semiconductor industry are presented. The manual assembly of chemical drums has been automated using robots to prevent industrial accidents. However, the automation may increase downtime due to anomalies or failures in the robot manipulator tasks. To prevent this issue in advance, the methods to diagnose anomalous behaviors and conditions in the robotic automation workflow and subsequently resume tasks are proposed. To detect and diagnose anomalies in the tasks, the Random Forest classification method was utilized. Using this Random Forest classification, the collaborative robot anomaly detection model achieved an accuracy of 98.91%, successfully detecting all anomalies in the assembly process.

  • For the design of multivariable fuzzy control systems decomposition of control rules is a efficent inference method since it alleviates the complexity of the problem. In some systems, however, inference error of the Gupta's decomposition method is inevitable because of its approximate nature. In this paper we define indices of applicability which decides whether the decomposition method can be applied to a multivariable fuzzy system or not.

  • Korea's cultural content industry can develop into another unique tourism industry. However, since other prior studies focus on the Japanese content industry, this study identifies modern industrial trends by combining the unique characteristics of Korean content, that is, cultural content tourism, and the analysis ability of big data. The current status and direction of the cultural content tourism industry were studied by utilizing the extensive information collection and in-depth analysis capabilities of big data, and as a result, it was confirmed that the trend of the cultural content industry is related to the business aspect of cultural content, not the pure content interest of cultural content. This shows that Korean cultural contents have a strong business aspect. As a limitation, when research design was conducted using social media big data, the age, gender, etc. of the subject analyzed with unique anonymity could not be known. The Korean cultural content industry is expected to be successful in terms of business.

  • In this paper, the design result of robotic tools and the development of robot control system for chemical coupler assembly are presented. This research aims to eliminate the risk of chemicals exposed to human operators by developing the robotic tools and robot automation system for chemical tank lorry unloading that were done manually. Due to tight tolerance between couplers, even small pose error may result in very large internal force. In order to resolve the problem, the 6-axis compliance device is employed, which can provide not only enough compliance between couplers but also F/T sensing. The 6-axis compliance device having large force and moment capacity is designed. A simple linear gripper with rack-and-pinion is designed to grasp two sizes of couplers. The proposed robot automation system consists of 6-DOF collaborative robot with offset wrist, 6-axis compliance device with F/T sensing, linear gripper, and two robot visions.

  • In this paper, the stability and effectiveness of the force control with a 6-axis compliance device are verified by performing comparative experiments with a commercial F/T sensor. The position/force control algorithm based on the Cartesian stiffness of a compliance device is briefly introduced and the design result of a 6-axis compliance device with F/T sensing is presented. The comparative experiments show that the force control using a compliance device is much more stable than that with rigid F/T sensor due to the enough compliance of a compliance device larger than robot positional resolution.

  • In this paper, a robot automation methodology for chemical drum assembly in semiconductor industries are presented. Robot automation is essential to resolve safety issues in which operators are directly or indirectly exposed to chemicals or fumes in assembling dispense heads on chemical drums. However, the chemical drum assembling process involves complex and difficult tasks, such as mating male/female keycodes and fastening screws with large-diameter, which may be very difficult to be performed by a single-arm robot with a commercial rigid F/T sensor. In order to solve the problems, a method for assembling a chemical drum using dual-arm collaborative robot system, compliance F/T sensor, robot vision and gripper is presented.
