  • In this paper, the customized sport convergence contents curation system is proposed for activation of sport for all. The proposed system collects and analyzes profile of social sports group(club, society, etc.) for recommend optimized sport convergence contents to user. And the survey is progressed for research problem of existed service and usefulness of proposed service. The proposed system and service are expected to design innovative new service model for activate of sport for all.

융합시대 국내 콘텐츠 산업의 진흥정책 방향성 연구: 현황 및 중요도 평가를 중심으로 (A Study on the Development Policy of Contents Industry in the Convergence Era: Focusing on the Evaluation of Status and Importance)

  • 본 연구는 융합시대 국내 콘텐츠 산업의 진흥정책 현황을 평가하고, 앞으로의 진흥정책 방향을 제시하기 위한 목적을 지닌다. 이를 위해 디지털 콘텐츠 산업 분야별 전문가 10명에 대한 심층인터뷰와 전문가 30명에 대한 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 콘텐츠 산업을 기술, 인력, 제도의 3개 범주로 구분하여 델파이 조사를 실시한 결과, 기술분야에 대한 다양하고 적극적인 지원이 요구되고 있었으며, 크로스오버형 전문가, 상위 고급인력에 대한 인력분야의 수요가 두드러지고 있었다. 또한 제도분야에서는 규제완화에 대한 지속적인 요구가 있음에도 불구하고, 동시에 정부정책의 효율적이며 적극적인 지원방안에 대한 수요도 높게 나타났다. 영역별 주요 항목에 대해 중요도와 현상태를 평가한 결과, 현상태에 대한 평가는 상대적으로 회의적인 결과가 도출되어 현정책의 지체현상을 단적으로 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과는 산업적 측면에서 기술표준화 도입이나 신규 비즈니스 모델 구축 등과 같이 새롭게 요구되는 수요가 발생하고 있으며, 정책적 측면에서 정부의 비전 제시나 해외진출을 위한 지원 등 적극적인 역할기대가 높다는 것을 보여준다. 그럼에도 불구하고 융합 인력을 배출하는 구조적 한계나 효율적 정책지원을 수행하기 위한 정부 부처의 구조적 한계 등은 우리 사회가 융합시대 콘텐츠 산업의 진흥시기로 접어들기 위해 해결해야 할 원천적인 문제로 이해된다. 본 연구는 급변하는 융합 환경 속에서 시장의 결함을 점검하고 콘텐츠 산업을 육성하기 위한 정책 방향성을 모색하였다는데 의미가 있다.

쌀코지 처리 및 식염함량이 동해안 까나리(Ammodytes personatus) 어간장의 발효특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Rice Koji Treatment and Salt Content on the Fermentation Characteristics of the Fish Sauce Made from the Pacific Sand Lance Ammodytes personatus)

  • This study investigated changes in the physicochemical and microbiological properties of fermented fish sauces based on the pacific sand lance Ammodytes personatus during fermentation according to rice koji treatments and salt contents. In total, six fish sauces were prepared, with rice koji treatment for 24 or 72 h before salt addition, and salt contents of 10 or 20%, including two controls to compare the response to different salt contents without koji treatment. The initial pH values of the sauces with koji treatments were notably lower than those of the controls. Over the 10 months of fermentation, the amino nitrogen contents of the sauces with 10% salt were higher than those with 20% salt, while the volatile base nitrogen value was also increased. In the microbial community, the initial numbers of lactic acid bacteria and mold were higher in the sauces with koji treatment than in the controls. After 8 months of fermentation, the free amino acid and organic acid contents were higher in the sauces with koji treatment than in the controls. Although the fermentation rate was affected to a greater extent by salt contents, the rice koji treatment also exerted a positive effect on the acceleration of fermentation.

A Study on the Contents Security Management Model for Multi-platform Users

  • Today people adopt various contents from their mobile devices which lead to numerous platforms. As technology of 5G, IOT, and smart phone develops, the number of people who create, edit, collect, and share their own videos, photos, and articles continues to increase. As more contents are shared online, the numbers of data being stolen continue to increase too. To prevent these cases, an authentication method is needed to encrypt the content and prove it as its own content. In the report, we propose a few methods to secure various misused content with secondary security. A unique private key is designed when people create new contents through sending photos or videos to platforms. The primary security is to encrypt the "Private Key" with a public key algorithm, making its data-specific "Timeset" that doesn't allow third-party users to enter. For the secondary security, we propose to use Message Authentication Codes(MACs) to certify that we have produced the content.

  • This study identifies the concept of a digital convergence paradigm, which deals with the relationship among convergence and consumer participation, digital contents services, and the culture of consumption (web 2.0). This research was conducted using a quantitative method involving focus group interviews (FGI) and literature reviews. This research examines the relationship between convergence and consumer participation and the adoption of a concept of "convergence culture", which is categorized as "collective intelligence" and "intellectual community participation". The role of the consumer has changed from one of a "consuming consumer" to that of a "collaborating consumer" and finally to the concept of a consumers as the originator of a new consumption culture. In the study, the consumption culture of web participants indicated the characteristics of funology, self-expression, life-catching, quick-tempered, immersion(arousal), sharing culture, multitasking, and cyber justice. The recognition level of networking on the "digital convergence" of the consumer was identified as that of the combination of IT(information technology); product and multi-services or alliance of industry groups(telecom, broadband, IPTV service); or the use of one source with multiple devices.

  • Networked Digital Recorder(NDR) Platform is a system that owns contents jointly between tv viewers connected by the broadcast broadband convergence network. NDR suggests a new content distribution chain model that users can receive broadcast contents, share contents and sends contents by convergence network. This paper looks at the system requirements, service model and the overall system architecture of NDR platform.

  • In this era of convergence, which is characterized by the integration and combination of technology and industries, broadcasting and communications, offline and online, and devices and services, the content industry is also experiencing rapid changes including inter-genre exchange, the creation of new industries, and customized demand. Specifically, IT-based digital content industries such as the online game, e-book, mobile contents and web portal industries are no longer restricted to the boundaries of video, music and games but are being expanded into the realms of education, medicine, fashion and sports thanks to CT innovation of 3D, CG, AR/VR, VFX, etc. As such, various countries have come to recognize the convergent content industry as a new growth engine that will pick up where the IT industry left off, and are forming policies for its development accordingly. This research aims to optimize the system of content taxonomy which is currently genre-focused and unable to support technological development and convergence, and to discover and select star contents to be rigorously developed with governmental support. In this paper, 20 star contents in 8 areas were selected, and these are expected to create tremendous cultural and economic value through ongoing technological and industrial development.

스마트교육을 위한 인터랙티브 3D 융합콘텐츠 저작도구 개발 (Development of an Authoring Tool to Create Interactive 3D Convergence Contents for Smart Learning)

  • 스마트교육을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 교사가 직접 3D 융합 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 스마트 교육을 위한 교사용 인터랙티브 3D 융합 콘텐츠 저작도구를 구현하였다. 저작도구는 실질적 사용성을 확보하기 위해 상용 3D 엔진을 이용하여 구현하였다. 사용성 평가를 위해 구현된 저작도구를 현장 교사들에게 제공한 후 이에 대한 만족도 조사를 수행하였다. 사용자들은 전반적으로 원하는 콘텐츠를 만들 수 있었지만, 스크립트를 통해 제작되는 환경에 다소 복잡함을 느꼈다. 따라서 후속연구를 통해 컴퓨터 환경에 익숙지 않은 사용자를 위한 보다 직관적인 3D 융합콘텐츠 저작 방식을 개발해야 할 필요가 있다.

  • 수묵화는 동방 문화에서 중요한 예술 제작 방식 중 하나이다. 수묵화는 서양화보다 현실감이 다소 떨어지는 면이 있지만, 수묵화가 가지는 특별한 화법을 포함해서 동방 문화의 전파와 발전에 크게 기여하였다. 수묵화 화법을 활용한 3D 애니메이션이나 게임 등은 수묵화에서 파생한 콘텐츠이다. 본 논문에서는 3D 수묵화 콘텐츠의 역사와 전통적인 수묵화법 연구를 통하여 전통 수묵화 작품의 예술적 특징과 3D 수묵화 콘텐츠 제작 방법을 연구하였다. 또한 수묵화법을 활용한 디지털 콘텐츠의 확장성을 제시하였다. 모바일 게임, VR, AR 등 새로운 융합콘텐츠로서의 가능성에 대한 연구 가치가 높다고 생각하며, 따라서 수묵화법을 활용한 다양한 영상 콘텐츠는 향후 큰 발전을 기대할 수 있다고 사료된다.

컨버전스 환경에서의 디지털콘텐츠산업 정책 프레임워크 (A Framework of Policy for Digital Contents Industry under the Convergence Environment)

  • The digital economic environment of next generation, which digital high-technology industry appears to be the economic center of the high degree of industry structure, is expected to be developed as the existing traditional industry is merged with high tech digital one. The developing system of contents policy for digital industry means the policy and vision, and strategic structure which get the mechanism of contents industry structure to work. The promotion organization of digital contents policy is requested to secure the framework of digital contents industry based on cluster, the infra framework of digital infra culture, the infra framework of industry-academic cooperation, and the overall digital contents based on motive policy for the vitality of the youth. The application of digital contents policy may lead to establish the framework of the growth for the every unit of industry with the cluster oriented system.
