본 연구는 노인을 위한 SNS 활용 교육의 효과성에 대하여 연구하였다. 연구 참여자는 현재 교육에 참여하고 있는 교육생과 보조 강사로 활동하고 있는 동년배 멘토를 연구대상으로 심층인터뷰를 하였다. 연구는 동년배 노인이 멘토가 되어 수업을 할 때, 어렵게만 생각하는 SNS 활용 교육이 보다 유효한 수업이 될 수 있는가를 연구하였다. 연구 결과는 노인 SNS 활용 교육 후 동년배의 친근한 배려와 공감으로 어려운 기기에 대한 두려움에서 벗어나 즐겁고 보람된 교육이었다고 한다. 노인 SNS 활용 교육에 동년배 멘토를 활용한다면 기기에 대한 두려움과 노인에게 어렵고 부담스럽게만 여겨지는 SNS 교육이 보다 유연한 교육으로 활성화 될 것으로 기대된다.

Today's universities have a keen interest in educational reform. The issue of population decline in college-age due to population decline is not new. Universities have been developing quantitatively for a long time and are now considering ways to survive rather than qualitative growth. Since the sharp decline in the school-age population due to the population decline has no clear solution immediately, universities are overcoming this crisis by creating many alternatives. Attracting international students is one of them. In this study, the effectiveness of photovoice was examined through the analysis of the case of the Korean-Japanese convergence cartoon class. The photo-voice method has sufficient potential as a teaching method for foreign convergence classes and can be expected to play a role as a teaching method suitable for students participating in convergence classes with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds. In particular, in the convergence class, since participating students generate research materials through photo production, it can be a tool for inner exploration necessary for webtoon production and a tool for narrative inquiry for storytelling. It is expected that expanding the understanding and use of photo voice will have the methodological value of convergence classes. In addition, the teaching method using photo voice produced in the composition of photos and stories is likely to be used as an appropriate tool for convergence classes for students with different social, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.

오늘날 SNS를 포함하여 다양한 스마트미디어들의 급속한 보급으로 새로운 스마트융합시대가 도래하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 스마트융합사회가 아직 효율적이지는 못하다. 특히 장시간의 로딩시간, 비싼 단말기와 이용료, 개인정보의 유출, 스팸메일과 음란폭력물, 잦은 끊김, 접속 장애, 정보격차 등 무수한 이용의 어려움 들이 아직 해결되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들은 당연히 방송통신 정책의 과제가 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 보다 효율적인 스마트융합사회를 만들기 위하여 역동적인 삶의 질에 기초한 방송통신 정책들을 제안하고 있다. 이러한 정책들은 새로운 방송통신 콘텐츠의 개발과 생산 그리고 안정적인 서비스의 제공과 프라이버시의 보호 등 지금까지 제기되는 정책적 과제들을 해결하는데 크게 기여할 수 있는 내용들이다.

The problem of classifying of age, gender, and race images still poses challenges. Despite deep and machine learning strides, convolutional neural networks (CNNs) remain pivotal in addressing these issues. This paper introduces a novel CNN-based approach for accurate and efficient age, gender, and race classification. Leveraging CNNs with residual blocks, our method enhances learning while minimizing computational complexity. The model effectively captures low-level and high-level features, yielding improved classification accuracy. Evaluation of the diverse 'fair face' dataset shows our model achieving 56.3%, 94.6%, and 58.4% accuracy for age, gender, and race, respectively.

Objectives: We investigated whether the rate of depressive symptom is higher among family members of asthmatic patient compared to people who had no asthmatic family member. Methods: This study used data from the fourth and fifth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (2007-2012). In this cross-sectional study, 15,987 men (mean age 46.4) and 20,906 women (mean age 47.4) were included. To compare the rate of depressive symptoms in individuals who had a family member with asthma and those who did not have, we analyzed data using survey logistic regression. Results: Diagnosed depression was reported by 3.0% of the study population, by 4.2% of asthmatic patient's family member, and by 3.0% of individuals who did not have a family member with asthma. Family members of asthmatic patient increased odds of diagnosed depression compared with those who did not had an asthmatic family member (odds ratio = 1.56, p = 0.008). Conclusions: To prevent depression among family members of asthmatic patient, health education for entire family of asthmatic patient need to be considered. Also, government and policy makers should give more attention to caregivers who had a family member with asthma.

Purposes: This study aims to identify the characteristics of the study subjects by age, including non-elderly people aged 19 to 65, pre-elderly people aged 65 to 75, and elderly people aged 75 and over, and to identify factors affecting health literacy based on an investigation of the health literacy level of each study group. This study would like to find out the differences in health literacy factors by age group. Methodology: The HLS-EU-Q16, developed by the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe for the Health literacy Survey of Europeans, will be applied in this study. Findings: We found that scores decreased in order of nonelderly, pre-elderly, and late-elderly in health care, disease prevention, and health promotion. In addition, health literacy was lower in the older age group, and higher health literacy was associated with being unmarried, higher education, and higher income. In terms of influencing factors, marital status was significantly different in the non-elderly group, and higher education level was associated with higher health literacy. Practical Implications: The results of this study show that health literacy levels are low in all age groups, and efforts to improve health literacy in younger, older, and non-elderly groups are needed. It is expected that age-specific health literacy strategies can help improve the level of understanding and utilization of health information, improve health, and lead a healthy life.

목적: 이 연구의 목적은 양안시가 정상인 20대 초반 성인의 폭주성조절(CA/C, convergence accommodation/convergence ratio)비를 평가하고 나이, 조절력 및 동공간거리(PD, interpupillary distance)와의 관련성을 분석하고자 하였다. 방법: 건강한 눈을 가진 44명(평균나이 $21.75{\pm}1.16$세)을 대상으로 조사하였다. CA/C비는 가우시안의 차(DOG, difference of Gaussian) 시표를 이용하여 검영법으로 측정하였다. 결과: 측정결과 CA/C비는 평균 $0.052{\pm}0.017$ D/$\Delta$이었다. CA/C비와 나이는 중간 정도의 음의 상관관계(r = -0.50, p = 0.0005)를, CA/C비와 조절력은 강한 양의 상관관계(r = 0.79, p<0.0001)를 보였으며, PD와 CA/C비의 상관관계는 없었다. 결론: 제시된 CA/C비는 19세에서 25세의 건안상태의 20대 초반 성인을 기준으로 측정한 평균값이다. 조절력과 CA/C비는 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 이 자료는 외국의 자료와 연령별, 성별, 양안시이상별 비교에 기본 정보로 활용될 것으로 본다.

본 연구는 의료소비자를 대상으로 실시되고 있는 치과건강보험급여화의 인식도를 조사하여 미래 치석제거 국민들의 구강건강향상을 위해 치과건강보험급여가 확대되고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연 1회 치석제거급여 연령에 대한 적절성 여부는 나이와 교육수준에서 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<0.05), 연 1회 치석제거 급여횟수에 대한 적절성 여부는 결혼여부, 지역(구), 자가구강건강인지에서 유의하였으며(p<0.05), 연 1회 치석제거 급여수가에 대한 적절성 여부에서는 하루잇솔질총횟수가 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<0.05). 결국 연령이 증가하면서 나타나는 치주질환의 증가로 국가 차원에서의 건강보험급여 항목이 추가되어야 하며, 본 연구결과에서와 같이 치석제거 건강보험급여화는 연령, 횟수, 수가부분에서 더욱 확대 되어야하며, 향후 치과건강보험 급여정책 향상을 위한 노력은 국민의 구강건강을 위해 계속되어야 한다.

1920년대를 다룬 피츠제럴드의 소설 "위대한 개츠비"를 루어먼은 2013년 영화로 재현하고 있다. 소설에서는 독자가 플롯을 통해 자신의 상상력으로 이야기의 흐름을 파악해야 하지만, 영화 는 소설의 요소에 시청각적인 효과를 융합시키고 있다. 데이지는 패션의 아이콘으로 그녀가 입고 있는 프라다, 샤넬, 그리고 티파니 같은 보석은 재즈 시대의 의상을 현대적인 감각으로 재현하여 관객들에게 볼거리를 제공하면서, 내용을 더욱 잘 이해할 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 또한 영화에서 시사하고 있는 "재의 계곡", "초록 불빛", "이스트 에그", "웨스트에그"와 같은 그 지역이 주는 상징들은 좀 더 직접적이다. 컴퓨터 그래픽으로 만들어진 개츠비 대저택에서 주말마다 열리는 광란의 파티는 정신적인 혼란과 물질적인 풍요라는 시대적인 분위기를 잘 반영해 주고 있다. 여기에 배우들의 명연기가 소설의 주제를 잘 부각시켜줌으로서 영화로의 융합은 소설을 좀 더 대중적인 예술로 승화시키고 있다. 이러한 것들을 인터넷 자료를 통해 좀 더 체계적으로 살펴본다.

본 연구는 심혈관질환과 치주질환과의 관련성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2015년 3차년도 국민건강영양 조사를 이용하여 만40세 이상 총3,149명의 성인으로 하였으며 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 자료룰 분석하였다. 그 결과 심혈관계질환과 치주질환의 연관성에서는 정상군에 비해 비만군이 교란변수(나이, 흡연유무, 음주유무,수입)를 보정하였을 때 치주질환에 걸릴 비교위험이 1.27배 높게 나타났다. 고혈압유병 유무에서도 고혈압이 없는 군에 비해 고혈압이 있는 군이 교란변수(나이, 흡연유무, 음주유무,수입)를 보정하였을 경우 치주질환에 걸릴 비교위험도가 1.32배 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 심혈관질환은 치주질환과 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 향후 심혈관질환 및 치주질환 유병을 낮추거나 예방하기 위한 교육이나 예방사업 시 좋은 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.
