NCOs of the amy-navy-air force are the foundation in maintaining, developing and leading the army making manpower aquisition very important. Currently, the operation or the recruitment business is being overlapped by each training institutions leading to uneffectively decreasing the curiosities of the applicants regarding their future. Even though the NCO selection policy is strong in the aspect of retaining uniqueness, use of acquired specialist, and statute revision, it is showing insufficiency in publicizing, selection effectiveness, promotion of peoples' conveniency, and budget reduction. Therefore, if the unification regarding the recruitment of each military sectors are run by the MMA(Military Manpower Administration), which is the institute that is fully responsible for the recruitment duty, it can acquire excellent man power while decreasing effort and resources, provide accurate information to the NCO applicants on time, and provide improved services through the convenient facilities and systems.

The tendency of the technology that is aggregated voice and data circuit is VoP, especially VoIP. But if we try VoP, we have to throw away well structured and well known TDM resources. In this case CLEC and ILEC will encounter lots of troubles about standardization of progress of network evolution, heavy cost of network construction and so on. Therefore in this paper, I suggest designing VoDSL terminal and its operation environment (such as DSLAM) based on TDM. This designed VoDSL terminal can be installed with the DSLAM between PSTN and ISP without any additional facilities. This is more convenient low cost, operation and easier to construct than VoP.

This study aims to propose the future plan and research management of a beach and the relation between spatial structure of a village and layout of the beach focusing on Gimnyeong beach among the 12 general beaches in Jejudo. The results are as followings: First, Gimnyeong beach had the relation to primary industries of residents in the village in times past and was the space for everyday lives of residents. However, at present it has the relation to tertiary industries and is more important in community activities. Second, the entry part and the sandy beach of Gimnyeong beach were crucial in location and function in times past but total size of the beach has expanded for campground nowadays. Therefore, it is necessary to change the location of entry part to center part of the beach. In addition, convenient and safe facilities are need to be built more to corresponding to expanding area of the beach. Finally, in order to maintain clean sea, residents in the Gimnyeong have agreed to not make sea farms in the vicinity of Gimnyeong Beach which pollute the sea. Their roles have influenced on positive effect to community of the village, management of the beach, and maintenance of clean sea.

This paper presents improvement of consumer's access and convenience to Farmers Market(Local Food Shop). We analyzed case studies and proposed plans of Local Food Shop and related facilities. The results are described below. Thorough pre-education and public relations with extensive support for agricultural products in the area and external support are necessary. Most importantly, the consuming population was close. These factors were the factors of success. Tourists' visit is effective. Consumer distance should be within 10km. Long distance tourists need a way to attract tourists on weekends. It is an advantage that there are many consumers. And it would be nice to have a market in the vicinity. And it is necessary to develop various activities such as experience activities and programs. Also, a place convenient for cooperation with the government office, public health center, etc. is good. Accessibility is enhanced when ICs of frequent highway and highway are close to cars. As a suggestion of placing a direct sales place, we will set up a place for consumers to collaborate and relax and also consider the convenience of providers. For the convenience of consumers' shopping, including sales outlets, we set up booths for daily necessities and industrial products, and place other agricultural cooperatives (NACF banks), local cafes and farmer restaurants in front. Consider multifunction combined service center for consumers and farmers.

This study intents to provide useful information of effective office works by evaluating existing office work environment. It focuses on evaluating the quality of personal and common work spaces, comparing responses for user groups to their work environment, and identifying factors which affect the satisfaction of work environment . The study is based on the survey which has been answered by 193 respondents from 24 companies (mainly from large corporate companies) in Seoul. This study finds out that noise is the most serious problem in common work space and that environmental comfort and the size of common space are not satisfactory in their effective work. It identifies that open space work environment, which has been expansively provided for a long time, causes noise problem and deprives office workers of privacy and personalization opportunities. The respondents reply that meeting spaces are not enough in number and size and lack of privacy and its adequate quality . They respond that privacy , chair comfortness and storage spaces are important factors for personal work spaces. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of work, this study proposes that companies should provide convenient office facilities which considering human ergonomic and should educate professional facility managers.

Now days subway represents a gateway of the city and a center of transportation. It belongs basic facilities to connect the town and suburbs and has strongly regarded as a means of development of city. but It's time that the subway should be changed to reach the needs which give visitors comfortable space and convenient image to use it and it also has a function of transportation because the present generation have turned an information-oriented and specialized society. So we try to put the essential points as like the followings, designing the CANOPY (Busan subway-3rd line). the first, We create an distinctive image with effect to get a regional self-confidence the second, we make new traffic space including potential energy in new millennium ages the third, we need an effort and experiment to overcome contradiction pointing to unity between varieties. To conclude, we want to create CANOPY subway with an individual characters for Busan and aim at a fine view and improved image of subway for Busan, considering the belows.

We revised the OTFTOOL which was developed in Five College Radio Astronomy Observatory (FCRAO) for the On-The-Fly (OTF) observation. Besides the improvement of data resampling function of conventional OTFTOOL, we added a new SELF referencing mode and data pre-reduction function. Since OTF observation data have a large redundancy, we can choose and use only good quality samples excluding bad samples. Sorting out the bad samples is based on the floating level, rms level, antenna trajectory, elevation, $T_{sys}$, and number of samples. And, spikes are also removed. Referencing method can be chosen between CLASSICAL mode in which the references are taken from the OFFs observation and ELLIPSOIDAL mode in which the references are taken from the inner source free region (this is named as SELF reference). Baseline is subtracted with the source free channel windows and the baseline order chosen by the user. Passing through these procedures, the raw OTF data will be an FITS datacube. The revised-OTFTOOL maximizes the advantages of OTF observation by sorting out the bad samples in the earliest stage. And the new self-referencing method, the ELLIPSOIDAL mode, is very powerful to reduce the data. Moreover since it is possible to see the datacube at once without moving them into other data reduction programs, it is very useful and convenient to check whether the data resampling works well or not. We expect that the revised-OTFTOOL can be applied to the facilities of the OTF observation like SRAO, NRAO, and FCRAO.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the service quality of a university-based convenience store on consumer satisfaction, service value, and customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire was developed by using the modified and supplementary questions based on the KD-SQS model. We used the SPSS/PC 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical packages to analyze the results. For validating the research hypothesis and the structural relationship of the research model, path analysis was used. Results - The overall results of this study are as follows. We found that benefits, promotion, and convenience had a significant impact on two variables: customer satisfaction and service value. Conclusions - The basic benefits, promotions, and convenient facilities in the university-based convenience store have already received favorable reviews. Therefore, for improving customer satisfaction, it is important to improve the reliability of service, quality of human interaction, and customer service.

The elevator is an essential part of the transportation means in modern society. It has become the convenient movement means of vertical and horizontal mobilities for vulnerable citizens including the disabled or elderly in skyscrapers and the multi-purposes facilities. After the 1990s, the number of newly installed elevators have increased because of the establishment of large scale public houses which need an increase of means of transportation. Thus, the safety accident in the elevator has been currently in an increasing trend as years passed by because that the elevator is always exposed to the risk of accident. Most of the elevator accidents occur in the escalator and moving walkway. This study investigated the current usage situations of users at multi-purpose shopping spaces, the sub way, and the airport about the escalator including moving walkway. Moreover the accident types were analyzed for the escalator based on 10 years of statistics. And the methods for the accident prevention were proposed on the equipment, management and user side.

This study is to propose development direction of sang-dang mountain fortress toward the utilization of historical and cultural heritage as tourist attraction through the consideration of problems on sang-dang mountain fortress development. First of all, the historical significance, development project and status of Sang-dang mountain fortress was figured out. Furthermore, using pattern and general user's view was understood through the questionnaire survey then research on the actual condition of traditional korean village was performed. The ongoing development project focusing on restoration of cultural properties to its original state through an archaeological excavation investigation turned out to be lack of consideration on the utilization of sang-dang mountain fortress such as tourists inducement. Furthermore, the measures on traditional korean village which has been a problem by forming commercial area recklessly have been left off. Therefore, additional development plan is required on convenient and amenity facilities and rest places for visitors including environment improvement of traditional korean village based on the development for the restoration of cultural properties to its original state.
