제한조건물 고려한 조미동 위치제어 시스템의 최적제어 (Optimal Control of a Coarse/Fine Position Control System with Constraints)

  • Recently, the demand for high precision and large stroke in linear positioning systems is increasing in industry. A coarse-fine position control system composed of a linear motor and a piezoelectric actuator has such characteristics. Many optimal control laws have been applied to the position control of coarse-fine actuators but most of them did not take account into constraints. In this study, model predictive control (MPC) method with constraints is applied to the position control of the coarse-fine actuator and the performance of MPC is compared with those of conventional control laws.

사이버 마아켓에서의 소비자 충동구매성향 분석 (An Analysis of Consumer Instantly Impulse Purchasing Propensity in Cyber Market)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of consumer instantly impulse buying in cuber market user. Also this study analyzes causal effect on consumer instantly impulse purchasing by demographic and social, place and promotion, consumer emotion state, and consumer internal and psychological variables. The data had been collected from on-line research method with 1,034, as using cuber market. The major statistical methods used for data analysis are frequency, percentile, mean, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and path analysis. The result of causal effect analysis were as follows; First, the variables affecting possession oriented materialism were sex and age. Second, the variables affecting self-control were sex, income, account of credit card, and instantly state of mind. Third, variables directly affecting instantly impulse purchasing were serif employed, banner advertisement, experience of cuber shopping, shopping mall pattern, instantly state of mind, purpose of shopping, happiness and success oriented materialism, and self-control. Also sex, income account of credit card, and instantly state of mind emerge to indirectly effect via self-control. Especially, the variables of success oriented materialism and instantly state of mind influenced on the highest of relative variables in consumer instantly impulse purchasing.

정보 공유를 위한 토큰 기반 KMS 연구 (Study on Token based KMS for Information Sharing)

  • KMS(Knowledge Management System)은 다양한 기관에서 정보 공유를 위해 사용하고 있다. 이 KMS는 각 기관에서 사용하는 기본 정보 뿐만 아니라, 중요 정보를 포함하고 있다. KMS에 저장된 중요 정보에 대한 접근을 통제하기 위하여, 많은 KMS는 사용자 식별 및 인증 기능을 적용하고 있다. 이러한 KMS 보안 환경은, KMS에 접근할 수 있는 사용자 계정 정보가 유출되면, 해당 계정 정보를 사용하는 악의적 공격자는 KMS에 접근하여 허가된 모든 중요 정보에 접근할 수 있는 한계점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 계정 정보가 유출되더라도 중요 정보를 보호할 수 있는 사용자 토큰(Token)을 적용한 파일 접근통제 기능 적용 KMS를 제안한다. 제안하는 토큰 기반 KMS는 암호 알고리즘을 적용하여 KMS에 등록된 파일을 보호한다. 실효성 검증을 위해 목표하는 사용자 접근통제 기능에 대한 단위 기능을 확인한 결과, KMS에서 제공해야 할 접근통제 기능을 정상 제공하는 것을 확인하였다.

Modal-based model reduction and vibration control for uncertain piezoelectric flexible structures

  • In piezoelectric flexible structures, the contribution of vibration modes to the dynamic response of system may change with the location of piezoelectric actuator patches, which means that the ability of actuators to control vibration modes should be taken into account in the development of modal reduction model. The spatial $H_2$ norm of modes, which serves as a measure of the intensity of modes to system dynamical response, is used to pick up the modes included in the reduction model. Based on the reduction model, the paper develops the state-space representation for uncertain flexible tructures with piezoelectric material as non-collocated actuators/sensors in the modal space, taking into account uncertainties due to modal parameters variation and unmodeled residual modes. In order to suppress the vibration of the structure, a dynamic output feedback control law is designed by imultaneously considering the conflicting performance specifications, such as robust stability, transient response requirement, disturbance rejection, actuator saturation constraints. Based on linear matrix inequality, the vibration control design is converted into a linear convex optimization problem. The simulation results show how the influence of vibration modes on the dynamical response of structure varies with the location of piezoelectric actuators, why the uncertainties should be considered in the reductiom model to avoid exciting high-frequency modes in the non-collcated vibration control, and the possiblity that the conflicting performance specifications are dealt with simultaneously.

  • In this paper trajectory tracking control problems are described for a robot manipulator by using pneumatic actuator. Under the assumption that the so-called independent joint control is applied to the control system, the dynamic model for each link is identified as a linear second-order system with input time-delay by the step response. Then, an optimal servo controller is designed by taking account of such a time-delay. The effectiveness of the proposed control method is illustrated through some simulations and experiments for the robot manipulator.

  • Two servo control algorithms are suggested to reduce the tracking error of a computer hard disk drive. One is the repetitive control to reduce the repeatable tracking error which is not explicitly taken into account in the design of a conventional controller. This algorithm was successfully applied to a commercial disk using a fixed point DSP. The other is the multi-rate sampling control which generates the control output between each sampling times since the sampling time of hard disk drives is limited. These algorithms were shown effectively to reduce tracking errors.

  • Derivation of a slab dimension from the desired tolerance degrades the product quality, resulting in significant yield loss by trimming. This necessitates the dimensional control system to be operated in tighter dimensional accuracy. This paper presents an integral approach to a dimensional control system design taking into account the interaction between the edging process and the gap rolling process. To investigate the effects of each process controller, a simple PID controller is adopted as a preliminary study. The control performance is analyzed in detail in terms of the system response accuracy for various operating conditions.

  • Using the p chart is not adequate in case that there are lots of data and it is difficult to divide into products conforming or nonconforming because of obscurity of binary classification. So we need to design a new control chart which represents obscure situation efficiently. This study deals with the method to performing arithmetic operation representing fuzzy data into fuzzy set by applying fuzzy set theory and designs a new control chart taking account of a concept of classification on the term set and membership function associated with term set.

Trajectory generation for contour control of mechatronics servo systems subjected to torque constraints

  • The actuator saturation defects the countour control performance of mechatronics servo systems. In this paper, trajectory generation of contour control of the mechatronics servo system is developed taking into account of the constraints of the torque in the system. By using the generated trajectory, the torque constraint and assigned working accuracy are satisfied and the accurate contour control performance is achieved.

  • A pressure tracking of hydroforming process is considered in this paper. To account for nonlinearities and uncertainty of the process. A fuzzy SOC based iterative learning control algorithm is proposed. A series of experimentals were performed for the pressure tracking control of the process. The experimental results show that regardless of inherent nonlinearties and uncertainties associated with hydraulic system. A good pressure tracking control performance is obtained using the proposed fuzzy learning control algorithm.
