The Professional Engineers Act (PE Act) of Korea reduces the competitiveness of PE, because of the lack of articles regarding guarantee of business scope and regarding continuous education. In foreign countries, after one passes the PE exam, he/she should register at the concerned government agency; in this way, a practical and systematic continuous professional development (CPD), along with management of work experience of PE, is carried out. In this thesis, the Professional Engineers Acts of different countries have been compared and analyzed in order to consolidate international competitiveness of Korean professional engineers. Also, the author of this thesis presented measures to solve the problems of the Korean PE Act.

This study aims to confirm the conditional direct effect of career development pressure on the effect of career continuous learning on career success through a sense of professional mission among Chinese young teachers in a university. Data were collected through a survey targeting 354 Chinese young teachers purposively sampled at a university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The applied statistical methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and conditional direct effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, a sense of professional mission had a significant positive correlation with career success but was found to have no significant correlation with career development pressure. Career development pressure showed a significant negative correlation with career success. Second, the conditional direct effect of career development pressure was confirmed in the effect of career continuous learning on career success through a sense of professional mission. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to simultaneously utilize not only career continuous learning but also a sense of professional mission and career development pressure for young teachers' career success.

The development of the mountain areas is the economic solution to the forest-mountain region that is becoming more hollw by the day. It can also be said as providing a rest area for those that live in the cities who long for their child-hood memories. This development will bring the vitalization of the regional economy and the balanced development of the national land planning. In order to bring the continuous development of the mountain areas, educating a dedicated professional forest-mountain expert is a must.

Recently, there are severe tension between Korea and Japan around Dokdo area. Because the marine resources near Dokdo are much plentiful. Especially, development of deep sea water and natural gas are hopeful in this area. In order to preoccupy a development plan of marine resources, many scientific investiment for ocean research are needed. We must have continuous concern about marine resources near Dokdo area.

The number of Construction Management Professional(CMP) is 2700 among 4600 of the total CMPs in Korea. Their characters and abilities are quite different from others. Because they must have 10 year field experiences, complete 180 hours CM oriented lectures and pass the certification test including written and interview in depth. And then, their level of standard is maintained by the Continuous Professional Development(CPD) program, periodic forum, case study seminar and CMP vision execution strategy sponsored by the CMP Association.

Objectives: This study is designed to explore and understand what professional identity and professional development are like in family counselors. Method: This study to achieve its purpose, collected data through in-depth interview with fifteen(15) family counselors through grounded theory approach. Results: Major research findings can be summarized as follows. 176 concepts were drawn through open coding, again classified into 47 categories and finally into 18 subcategories. Through selective coding, 'growing as an expert in family counseling through continuous exertions for growth' appeared as core category. Through this process, the types of professional development in family counselors were classified into job pursuing type, self achieving type, self understanding type, and volunteering type. Through process analysis, family counselors' professional development could be divided into three steps with the course of time: step of immersion, self-understanding and acceptance, and integration. Based on this, the hypothetical relations in four areas: personal area, family area, interpersonal area, and vocational area were summarized in statements. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it attempted to establish a theory to explain the professional identity, development and influence factors shown in family counselors. It also provides those who hope to grow as expert in family counseling with long-term visions and implications for family counselor training and supervision. In this study, the suggestions on the tasks to check and solve the factors for improving and supporting the foundations of family counselors' professional identities by highlighting the family counselors own identify that is different from other counselors are expected to be used as primary data for preparing laws and regulations related to family counseling in the future.

The relevance of the research involves outlining the need for modern professionals to acquire new competencies. In the conditions of rapid civilizational progress, in order to meet the requirements of the labor market in the knowledge society, there is a readiness for continuous training as an indicator of professional success. The purpose of the research is to identify the impact of various forms of application of information technologies for lifelong learning in order to provide the continuous self-development of each person without cultural or age restrictions and on the basis of rapid digital progress. A high level (96%) of need of the adult population in continuing education with the use of digital technologies has been established. The most effective ways to implement the concept of "lifelong learning" have been identified (educational camps, lifelong learning, mass open online courses, Makerspace activities, portfolio use, use of emoji, casual game, scientific research with iVR game, implementation of digital games, work in scientific cafes). 2 basic objectives of continuing professional education for adults have been outlined (continuous improvement of qualifications and obtaining new qualifications). The features of ICT application in adult education have been investigated by using the following methods, namely: flexibility in terms of easy access to ideas, solving various problems, orientation approach, functional learning, group or individual learning, integration of leisure, personal and professional activities, gamification. The advantages of application of information technologies for continuous education (economic, time, and adaptive) have been revealed. The concept of continuous adult learning in the context of digitalization has been concluded. The research provides a description of the structural principles of the concept of additional education; a system of information requests of the applicant, as well as basic technologies for lifelong learning. The research indicates the lack of comprehensive research in the relevant field. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using the obtained results for a wider acquaintance of the adult population with the importance of the application of lifelong learning for professional activities and the introduction of methods for its implementation in the educational policy of the state.

Due to the relative lack of concerns and research on organizational career development in startups, we study aimed to reveal the impact of shared leadership in startups on organizational career development through organizational commitment. The research method was an online survey targeting 200 startup members from April 11 to April 28, 2023, and a total of 195 copies were used in the final analysis. As a result of the study, first, among the shared leadership of startups, development and mentoring were found to have a positive impact on emotional commitment. Second, among the shared leadership of startups, planning and organizing, support and empathy were found to have a positive impact on continuous commitment. Third, planning and organizing, support and empathy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Third, among startups' shared leadership, planning and organizing, support and empthy had a positive impact on normative commitment. Fourth, emotional and continuous commitment were found to have a positive impact on improving career goals in organizational career growth. Fifth, emotional and continuous and normative commitment were each found to have a positive influence on the development of professional abilities in organizational career development. Lastly, emotional, continuous and normative commitment were all found to have a positive influence on the speed of promotion in organizational career growth. As a result, it is expected that the results of this study will be able to suggest shared leadership policy directions and goals for startups.

This Grand Sorae Bridge was built in order to lead to balanced reigoonal development by linking the 2nd Seoul - Inchon Highway to WestCiast Highway and it will contribute to develop the economy of the region and traffic of its vicinities by helping ease traffic in and around Inchon. It extends 470 meter across Sorae port by using 10 continuous steel box griders under benoto(all casing) system considering ultra soft ground condition of the site.
