고휘도 LED를 이용한 세포배양 컨트롤러에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cell Culture Controller using the High Brightness LED)

  • We developed the equipment palpating cell proliferation using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, FPGA was used, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 30 levels by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and Pulse Width Modulation(PWM), and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled stage by stage.

  • This study was investigated the effects of ultrasound for collagen fiber in open wounded of skin. Each group was treated under the following conditions; group I was applied 1MHz continue wave US. group II was applied 1 MHz pulse wave, group III was applied control group. The results were prominent in observation of scar tissue of group II.

  • Nowadays, there has been substantial interest in whether there is an association between electromagnetic field exposure and living environment. It is increased the demand that electromagnetic wave environment and its countermeasure. In the present study, we has applied the electromagnetic absorbent inorganic paint of 'I' corporations, and measured electromagnetic waves generated in new apartment before occupancy using the standard field electromagnetic wave generating device we developed. The measurement before occupancy was $100\~131V/m$, but the measurement after occupancy was $6.9\~8.0V/m$ less than 10V/m, the comprehensive electromagnetic wave limit allowed by TCO in Sweden. The implication is that domestic apartment are exposed to extremely poor electromagnetic wave environment. Nevertheless, there have been neither serious efforts to overcome this problem, nor its alternatives and related standards. Therefore, it is necessary to continue research of related fields to establish standards and plans to improve the situation.

  • We developed the light medical therapy apparatus for external injury cure using a ${\mu}$-controller. This equipment was fabricated by using a high brightness LEDs and a ATmega 128, and designed to enable us to control irradiation timer, intensity and reservation. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 4 step by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and the output of a high brightness LEDs could be controlled, stage by stage. In this paper, the designed device was used to find out how a high brightness LEDs light source affects the skin wound of a small animal. In result, compared with none light irradiation animal, the lower incidence of inflammation and faster recovery was shown in light irradiation animal.

  • 이상으로부터 다음의 결론을 얻는다. 조파저항 이론의 전개에서 Michell 적분보다 더욱 정밀한 Neumann-Kelvin 문제가 복잡한 kernel 함수 때문에 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하지만, 원점 부근에서 Kelvin 소오스의 점근거동을 조사하여 세장체 근사를 행함으로 N-K 문제의 kernel 함수에 대한 근사와 동등하게 처리될 수 있었다. 조파저항의 계산 결과가 Michell 적분과 비슷한 경향을 보이나, 실험치와의 정확한 비교를 할 수 없었다. 그러나 세장선 이론을 적용함으로써 훨씬 복잡하고 지루한 작업을 들 수 있었다. 전진 속도를 갖는 경우에는 수정된 Green정리를 이용하면 될 것으로 기대된다.

Dimming Control of LED Light Using Pulse Frequency Modulation in Visible Light Communication

  • Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are modulated using a square wave pulse sequence for flicker prevention and dimming control in visible light communication (VLC). In a VLC transmitter, the high and low bits of the non-return-to-zero (NRZ) data are converted to two square waves of different frequencies, which continue for a finite time defined by the fill ratio in an NRZ bit time. As the average optical power was kept constant and independent of data transmission, the LED was flicker-free. Dimming control is carried out by changing the fill ratio of the square wave in the NRZ bit time. In the experiments, the illumination of the LED light was controlled in the range of approximately 19.2% to 96.2% of the continuous square wave modulated LED light. In the VLC receiver, a high-pass filter combined with a latch circuit was used to recover the transmitted signal while preventing noise interference from adjacent lighting lamps.

  • 이 글은 인터넷 팬덤 문화 중 유튜브와 페이스북 그리고 트위터 등에서의 한류 팬덤 현상을 고찰한다. 이 글은 네트워크 고유의 원리인 연결과 재매개 그리고 확산과 가치전달 이라는 측면에서 바라보았다. 이는 한류가 앞으로 풀어나갈 도전과 과제를 바라볼 때 유용한 시야이다. 동시에, 뉴미디어인 SNS의 근본 원리와 확산의 파동을 이해하고 이에 최적화된 한류 팬덤을 분석할 필요가 제기된다. 글을 통해, 한류 팬덤의 연결 가치가 부여되는 과정을 추적하였다. 이를 통한 한류 문화의 확산과 전파 그리고 선순환의 원리를 살폈다. 이 글은 향후 한류 팬덤 연구에 있어서 보다 근본적인 원리를 연역적으로 파헤치고 한류와 팬덤을 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

  • This study was investigated the effects of near Infrared St ultrasound for collagen fiber in open wounded of rats skin. Each group was treated under the following conditions; group I was applied near IR , group II was applied 0.5 MHz continue wave US and group III was control group. The results were prominent in observation of scar tissue and of fibroblast infiltration of group I & II.

  • Previous research has been conducted on an ultrasonic wave reflection method that utilizes a steel plate embedded in the concrete to measure the reflection loss of shear waves at the steel-concrete interface. The reflection loss has been shown to have a linear relationship to compressive strength at early ages. The presented investigations continue this research by examining the fundamental relationship between the reflection loss, measured with shear waves, and the hydration kinetics of Portland cement mortar, represented by dynamic elastic moduli, compressive strength and degree of hydration. Dynamic elastic moduli are measured by fundamental resonant frequency and degree of hydration is determined by thermogravimetric analysis. The water/cement ratio was varied for the tested mixture compositions. The results presented herein show that compressive strength, dynamic shear modulus and degree of hydration have a linear relationship to the reflection loss for the tested mortars at early ages.

Response of segmented pipelines subject to earthquake effects

  • The seismic failure-prone region in Istanbul has been examined in terms of the segmented pipelines. Although some researchers have suggested that this territory should be left as a green land, many people continue to live in this area. This region is about 9-10 km away from the North Anatolian Fault Line. This fault zone is an active right-lateral strike-slip fault line in Turkey and an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0-7.5 is expected in the Marmara Sea. Therefore, superstructures and infrastructures are under both land sliding risks and seismic risks in this area. Because there are not any pipeline-fault line intersection points in the region, in this study, it has been focused on the behaviors of the segmented (sewage or stormwater) pipelines subject to earthquake-induced permanent ground deformation and seismic wave propagation. Based on the elastic beam theory some necessary analyses have been carried out and obtained results of this approximation have been examined.
