최근 지구온난화와 기상이변 등의 원인으로 인해 동남아시아와 북미, 남미 등 대륙 전반에 태풍, 홍수, 설해 등 대규모 자연재해가 자주 발생하고 있는 가운데, 우리나라의 경우에도 그 동안 안전지대로 여겨졌던 지진과 해일 등의 위험성도 점차 커지고 있으며, 태풍, 홍수, 폭염, 폭설 등 재해유형도 다양화되고 있으며 피해규모도 대형화 추세이다. 또한 과거에는 지형적 특성 또는 기반시설의 미비에 따라 재해의 발생범위가 특정지역 또는 도시를 중심으로 집중적으로 나타나는 경향이 있었으나, 최근에는 국토 전반에서 재해가 발생하고 있어 재해 예방을 위한 대비책이 시급한 현안과제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재해 경감을 위해서 사전 예방적이며 소프트웨어 적인 측면에서 방재정보의 효율적인 환류기능의 확보방안이 매우 중요하다고 보며 이를 위해 내용적, 과정적 그리고 상황적 측면의 세 가지 측면에서 분석 제시해 보고자 하였다. 첫째, 내용적 측면에서 방재정보 통신기반 구축, 도시 및 지역방재시스템 구축, 정보의 동시성과 공유성의 확보를, 둘째, 과정적 측면에서는 예방단계의 ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 기술 적극 활용, 대비단계의 방재정보 수집 및 분석력 강화, 대응단계의 의사결정 구조 및 현장 지휘체계의 개선, 복구단계의 복구체계 관련 정보화 촉진을 대안으로 제시하였으며, 마지막으로 상황적 측면으로는 방재정보관련 제도 정비, 방재업무별 영역성 확보, 상황판단능력 향상, 종합 및 환류기능 확보, 등을 통해 방재정보 관리의 효율적인 관리가 이뤄 질 경우 자연재해 경감에 크게 기여할 것이라고 판단된다.

최근 코로나-19의 유행에 따른 전염병 예방 및 차단을 위해 비접촉 생체 정보 취득 및 분석 기술이 주목을 받고 있다. 습식 및 부착형 생체정보 취득 방법은 정확하게 생체정보를 측정 할 수 있는 장점이 있지 만 밀 접촉에 따른 전염이 높아지는 위험성을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사람의 지문, 얼굴, 홍채, 정맥, 음성, 서명 등의 생체 정보를 자동화된 장치로 추출하는 비접촉 방식은 빅데이터와 AI 기술 적용으로 데이터 처리 속도가 빨라지고 인식 정확도가 높아지면서 다양한 산업에서 활용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 비접촉식 생체 데이터 취득 기술의 정확도가 개선되었지만, 비접촉 방법은 측정 대상 객체를 둘러싸고 있는 외부 온도, 습도, 조도 등의 주위 환경에 많은 영향을 받아 측정정보가 왜곡되는 현상이 발생하고 또한 정확도가 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 생체정보 분석을 위한 개인화 정보(이미지, 신호 등)의 해석을 위한 맥락기반 생체신호 모델링 기법을 제안 한다. 맥락기반 생체정보 모델링 기법은 성능 개선을 위해 생체정보 측정의 정황 정보와 사용자 정보를 복합적으로 고려하는 모델을 제시한다. 제안 모델은 예측 값 확률을 최대화할 수 있는 맥락기반 신호 해석을 통한 특징 확률분포를 기반으로 신호 정보를 분석한다.

This paper introduces a new linguistic-focused approach for sentiment analysis (SA) of Korean. In order to overcome shortcomings of previous works that focused mainly on statistical methods, we made effective use of various linguistic features reflecting the nature of Korean. These features include contextual shifters, modal affixes, and the morphological dependency of chunk structures. Moreover, in order to eschew possible confusion caused by ambiguous words and to improve the results of SA, we also proposed simple adjustment methods of word senses using KOLON ontology mapping information. Through experiments we contend that effective use of linguistic features and ontological information can improve the results of sentiment analysis of Korean.

대량의 정보를 취급하는 현대사회에서는 획득하는 정보를 모두 처리할 수 없어 이용자의 요구에 맞는 정보를 얻기 위해 정보 필터링 시스템을 사용한다. 그러나 정보 필터링 시스템이 이용자의 의도와 다르게 정보를 분류하거나 이용자의 다양한 요구를 반영하지 못할 때는 정보 필터링을 사용하지 않은 경우 보다 못할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보 필터링의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 인간의 뇌에서의 정보처리 과정을 시뮬레이션하는 인지적 매핑의 정보 필터링 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 시스템은 특정 단어 또는 패턴만을 이용하여 필터링하는 기존 시스템과는 달리 단어의 존재, 단어와 단어의 연결이 창출하는 의미와 단어의 가중치를 종합하여 정보를 필터링하는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The business value of IT has been the focus of the academic and business field in recent years, along with the massive IT investment. Unfortunately, those studies have not been able to demonstrate strong linkages between the IT investment and performance. The impact of IT investment on performance is an important research topic that needs to consider the role of key contextual factors and intermediate factors. This study develops an integrated model for IT investment, with the mediating effects of production/coordination performance towards firm performance. In addition, the model is moderated by some factors like ISP(Information Systems Planning), Business Planning alignment, top management support, IT education and training, and process innovation. The empirical result, based on the moderating regression analysis, indicates that the relationship between IT Investment and production/coordination performance is significantly positive depending on moderating factors. However, production/coordination performance is partially related to firm performance.

For forest fire monitoring in relatively cool area like Siberia, design of Decision Support System (DSS) is proposed. The DSS is consisted of three different algorithms to detect potential fires from NOAA AVHRR image. The algorithm developed by CCRS (Canada Center for Remote Sensing) uses fixed thresholds for multi-channel information like one by ESA (European Space Agency). The algorithm of IGBP (International Geosphere Biosphere Program) involves contextual information in deriving fire pixels. CCRS and IGBP algorithms are rather liberal compared to more conservative ESA algorithm. Fire pixel information from the three algorithms is presented to the user. The user considers all these information in making decision about the location fire takes place.

The recovery of reasonable depth information from different scenes is a popular topic in the field of computer vision. For generating depth maps with better details, we present an efficacious monocular depth prediction framework with coordinate attention and feature fusion. Specifically, the proposed framework contains attention, multi-scale and feature fusion modules. The attention module improves features based on coordinate attention to enhance the predicted effect, whereas the multi-scale module integrates useful low- and high-level contextual features with higher resolution. Moreover, we developed a feature fusion module to combine the heterogeneous features to generate high-quality depth outputs. We also designed a hybrid loss function that measures prediction errors from the perspective of depth and scale-invariant gradients, which contribute to preserving rich details. We conducted the experiments on public RGBD datasets, and the evaluation results show that the proposed scheme can considerably enhance the accuracy of depth prediction, achieving 0.051 for log10 and 0.992 for δ<1.25³ on the NYUv2 dataset.

사용자의 이동성을 제공하는 유비쿼터스 환경과 달리 홈 네트워크와 같은 실내 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 사용자 이동성이 제공되지 않는다. 본 논문은 다양한 단말 장치에서 끊김 없는 멀티미디어 서비스 적응을 위해 사용자 이동 예측을 이용하는 UPnP A/V 멀티미디어 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 실내에서 이동 중인 사용자에게 이동 중 인접 장치로 세션을 자동으로 옮겨 사용자가 끊김 없이 멀티미디어 서비스를 받을 수 있게 한다. 이를 위해 사용자 상황정보를 6하 원칙으로 표현하고 이 상황정보와 이동 경로 정보를 바탕으로 사용자 이동을 예측한다. 이때 하나 이상의 이동 위치를 예측하여 기본적으로 예측 정확도를 높였다. 그리고 제안한 시스템에 대하여 사용자 이동성의 예측 정확도, 예측에 걸리는 시간, 예측을 통해 사용자에게 서비스하는데 걸리는 시간을 평가하여 이동 사용자의 이동 예측으로 끊김 없는 멀티미디어 서비스 적응을 제공할 수 있음을 보였다.

Virtual Communities, which are formed on the Internet, are expected to serve the needs of members for e-collaboration, e-communication, information and knowledge sharing. The executives of organizations should consider virtual community as a new innovation or knowledge pool since members share knowledge. However, many virtual community have failed due to members' low willingness to engage and furthermore to share knowledge with other members. Thus, there is a need to understand and foster the determinants of members' sense of belonging behavior in virtual community. This study develops an integrated model designed to investigate and explain the relationships between contextual factors, personal perceptions of virtual community, usability, trust and sense of belonging in using a certain virtual community. Empirical data was collected from 201 and tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) to verify the fit of the hypothetical model. The results show that the perceived usability and community trust of members significantly influences sense of belonging in using the virtual community, and information quality, system quality, familiarity on the virtual community are significantly influence the usability but not reputation. And I confirmed that perceived shared vision and responsiveness play the role of determinants in making the member's trust, perceived risk influence the making community trust in directly. The results of the study can be used to identify the motivation underlying members' sense of belonging in a certain virtual community by investigating the impacts of contextual factors and personal perceptions on virtual community, the integrated model better explains behavior than other proposed models. This study might help executives of virtual communities and organizations to manage and promote these determinants of sense of belonging to stimulate members' willingness to engage the community and futhermore enhance their virtual community loyalty.

스마트폰의 확산과 더불어 모바일 콘텐츠 시장이 성장하고 있다. 모바일을 통한 온라인 콘텐츠 접속은 기존 PC를 기반으로 한 온라인 접속과 구별되는 서비스 전달 특성으로 언제 어디서나 접속할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 접속성과 모바일 사용자의 정보를 바탕으로 상황에 맞는 정보를 전달할 수 있는 맥락적 제안의 특성을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 모바일 서비스의 새로운 특성과 더불어 기존의 PC 기반 온라인서비스에 비해 상대적으로 열위에 있는 특성인 시스템의 반응 속도와 비언어적 정보 전달성을 포함해 모바일 서비스의 전달 특성이 사용자들의 상호작용성 지각과 서비스에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 연구결과 유비쿼터스 접속성과 맥락적 제안성은 모바일 콘텐츠 이용자의 상호작용성 지각에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있었으며, 반응속도 역시도 지각된 상호작용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 비언어적 정보전달성은 그렇지 않음을 확인하였다. 반응속도와 비언어적 정보전달성은 모바일 콘텐츠 개발 시 상충관계에 있는 속성이며, 본 연구는 비언어적 정보전달성 보다는 반응속도를 강화했을 때 모바일 콘텐츠에 대한 상호작용성 인식과 서비스 관련 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것임을 제시하고 있다.
