This paper is proposed that ontology_based Oriental Medicine Customer Relationship Management system is designed with existing OCS, EMR, ERP system for oriental medicine center of efficient customer information management and analysis. As using ontology technique, we support oriental medicine service at grade according to quality and healthy of the customer. Also we designed 4 kind oriental medicine customer relationship management system frame - customer management, public relations/marketing, service management, statistics/analysis - in the customer management process standardization through a medical expert system.

In this paper, we developed a system that output and service using vairous contents with the inspection and management industry facilities in the operating system based on wireless network. This system can output to the display device at the same time, work management and a variety of content to the inspection facilities. And it outputs received contents of the advertising service provider in real-time. Therefore, this system support real-time facility management and various contents in the building at the same time.

In this paper, content management system (CMS) is introduced to serve IPTV, WEB, Mobile, Smart Devices and others using a single content management system's transcoding engine to overcome the limitations of traditional content management systems. Developed CMS reduced the burden of content management by automatically recognizing one content into several content simultaneously to provide the best content to each device, thereby reducing the burden of CMS additional adoption. The focus is on utilizing automated system for studio content and automatic management of mobile filmed images, and it is planned to develop the One-Stop Service for contents by adding functions for contents production later.

Performance of a video browser greatly depends on the performance of scene change detection for the efficient retrieval and storage of the video contents which are major data in a current contents management system. In this paper we propose a new scene change detection method using Mean Difference Histogram of each frame section which improves accuracy of scene change detection as well as reduces the frequency of miss detection and fault detection of gradual scene change which is one of critical problem of the conventional histogram-based techniques.

Enterprise security management system: Enterprise Security Management (EMS) is centralized integrated management of other kind of security solutions such as intrusion cutoff system, intrusion detection system and virtual private network. With the system, it is possible to establish security policies for entire IT system through interlocking of solutions. Electronic Copyright Management System is the technical solution to protect copyright and to manage the distribution of digital contents in network environment. This paper examined the theoretical plane of Electronic Copyright Management System and analyzed the characteristics and the protection technologies of some of the commercial systems. And this paper investigated the essential protection technologies and payment systems that is needed to develop and manage the successful system in the future. Finally this study suggested the fundamental function model of Electronic Copyright Management System.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ethical management on job performance. For the study, CEO's will, ethical management system and external ethical activity are selected as subordinate variables of ethical management. Therefore, the concrete purpose of this study are four issues: (1) to examine the effects of CEO's will on organizational trust,. (2) to examine the effect of ethical management system on organizational trust, (3) to examine the effects of external ethical activity on organizational trust, (4) to examine the effects of organizational trust on organizational performance. The sample for this empirical study is collected from 334 employees of 5 different companies executing ethical management. The results of analysis are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of CEO's will on organizational trust. Second, there is no effect of ethical management system on organizational trust. Third, there is a positive effect of external ethical activity on organizational trust. Last, there is a positive effect of organizational trust on organizational performance. Based on the results of this study, we suggested implications for business strategies and effective alternatives for ethical management.

The Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) is the primary, top level technical management document for the integration of all engineering activities at the project plan phase. This document defined the activities to plan, control, and perform overall engineering integration. To develop the SEMP for Railway Safety System, several standards are reviewed and analyzed. And then a common requirement for SEMP preparation is derived from the results of analysis. Also, the SEMP example available practically applies to Railway Safety System. In particular, The SEMP focused on controling technical program management has been organized so far, but in this study the detailed contents of SEMP put stress on project management is derived. And it is related to each other between project management and technical engineering management. At the end, to continuously manage the items and contents of the SEMP, a database management and an automatic document generation system is presented using Computer-Aided Systems Engineering (CASE) tool.

One of important technology that must improve compulsorily on information-oriented society stores, search and transmit cultural contents data of great quantity in heterogeneous environment. SAN appeared by solution to resolve the problem such as integration management of heterogeneous system data, effective practical use of storage, data transmission limit is happened from here. SAN is system that manage and shares data of large quantity efficiently attaching directly to high speed network such as Fiber Channel that storage system has been attached to server individually SAN became more complicated than existent storage environment although offer much advantage such as decrease of storage expense and flexibility of system configuration. This study argues management way could consider in such environment that understand complexity and component of networked storage system.

With a population of around 237,424,363 in 33 provinces, Indonesia is one developing countries that needs an excellent School Management Information System (SMIS) to accomplish its educational mission. To reach the goal, it is necessary to know the rules, culture of school and related data prior to building the SMIS. This study is focused on the Indonesian National Education Standards. It is has nine standards that are described by the Regulation of Education Ministry. To manage the schools' organization, this paper aims to develop a SMIS based on the Indonesian National Education Standards by using ARIS(Architecture of Integrated Information System) to help schools run efficiently. The new system will be built using UML(Unified Modeling Language), this new system conforms to the education rules of the government. Finally, the conclusion and future research are described.
