모발 탈색 및 퍼머넌트 웨이브가 모발의 아미노산 조성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Bleaching and Permanent Wave Manipulation on the Amino Acid Composition of Hair)

  • 아미노산 자동분석기(amino acid auto analyzer, AAA)를 이용하여 모발의 탈색 및 퍼머넌트 웨이브 시술에 의한 모발시료의 17가지 아미노산(aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, proline, glycine, alanine, cystein, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, histidine, lysine, arginine) 함량변화를 조사하였다. 시료는 30대 남성 10명의 모발을 채취하였으며 $110^{\circ}C$ 24 h 동안 6 N 염산 10 mL로 가수분해 후 분석하였다. 실험결과 처치별 모발의 아미노산 함량은 정상모발 73.9%, 퍼머넌트 웨이브 모발 71.5% 및 탈색모발 69.3%로 분석되었고, 탈색효과에 의한 아미노산 함량 감소가 퍼머넌트 웨이브 효과에서 보다 크게 분석되었다. 특히 lysine과 tyrosine의 조성은 탈색이나 퍼머넌트 웨이브 모발에서 25% 가량 현저히 감소하였다. 반면에 serine, cystein, leucine 및 histidine의 함량변화는 일어나지 않았다.

FTIR 분자구조 해석을 통한 에폭시-실리카 나노복합소재의 열기계적 물성 연구 (Study on the Thermomechanical Properties of Epoxy-Silica Nanocomposites by FTIR Molecular Structure Analyses)

  • 이 연구에서는 에폭시 수지에 포함된 나노 실리카 입자의 농도가 재료의 열/기계적 물성에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 약 12 nm 크기의 나노 입자를 에폭시 수지에 다섯가지 무게비로 섞은 나노복합소재를 제작하였다. DMA와 TMA 방법을 이용하여 유리전이온도, 응력이완, 열팽창 거동을 측정하였다. 이를 통해 나노입자가 재료의 점탄성 거동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 보였다. 실리카 입자의 함량이 증가할수록 순수 에폭시 재료 대비 탄성 물성은 증가하였고, 유리전이온도는 감소하였다. FTIR 결과는 분자구조의 관점에서 충진제 함량에 따른 물성변화의 원인을 찾고 나노입자가 에폭시 분자 구조에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는데 중요한 역할을 하였다.

한국산 산초열매와 나무의 휘발성 향기성분 (Volatile Flavor Components of Korean Sancho Fruit and Tree(Zanthoxylum schinfolium))

  • An attempt was in this to analyzer volatile flavor components of sancho(Zanthoxylum schinfolium). Essential oils in sancho tree and fruit isolated by a simulataneous steam distillation (SDE) methods using n-pentane/diethyl ether as solvent. A total of 57 and 44 components were identified by gas chromatography(GC) and combined gas chromatography spectrometry (GC-MS), respectively. Granyl acetate(29.23%) geraniol (6.80%, p-isopropyl-2-chclohexenone(5.53%), phellandral (4.10%) in sancho fruit and 4, 6, 6-trimethyl-bicyclo(7.47%), T-carvelo(4.60%, ${\alpha}$-cypernone(3.58%) in sancho tree were found to be major volatile flavor. 22 compnents including myrcene, limonene, 1, 8-cinol in sancho fruit and 10 components including 4-(1-methylethyl)-cyclohexanol, methyl undecyl ketone in sancho tree were identified. The contents of unsaturated fatty acids of palmitic acid(24.34%), myristic acid(3,68%) in sancho tree was higher than that of the sancho fruit.

  • 네트워크기술의 발달로 인하여 인터넷 이용자의 급증과 함께 그에 따른 정보를 제공하기 위한 인터넷 홈페이지도 기하급수적으로 증가하게 되었다. 인터넷 홈페이지의 운영 기간이 증가함에 따라 홈페이지를 구성하는 웹 문서와 웹 컨텐츠의 수도 증가하게 된다. 따라서, 이러한 웹 문서와 웹 컨텐츠에 대한 관리를 위하여 WCMS(Web Contents Management System)이 도입되고 있지만, WCMS에서는 웹 컨텐츠의 생성, 출판, 관리가 주요 기능으로, 웹 컨텐츠의 사용 횟수, 웹 문서의 다운로드 속도, 웹 문서 다운로드 용량, 데드 링크 여부 등을 분석하고 관리해 주는 소프트웨어가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 웹 문서를 시각적으로 분석하여 웹 컨텐츠를 추출하고 웹 문서 내에서의 웹 컨텐츠 위치 및 크기를 분석한 후, 웹 컨텐츠의 연결 가능 여부를 분석하여 데드링크일 경우, 시각화하고, 웹 컨텐츠가 얼마나 사용되는지 등 홈페이지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 구조 분석 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) is a digital radio transmission system for sending multimedia such as radio, TV, and data casting to mobile devices. Nowadays, DMB specifications are the major standard for digital broadcasting and have been establishing for bidirectional service using MPEG-4 system. But there has been only some simple demonstrated system for this bidirectional services. In this paper, we introduce bidirectional DMB data service system that provides the interaction between the user and DMB server without any additional equipment such as web server. The proposed bidirectional DMB system can capture and send user interaction information and response through the existing DMB transmission channel, finally update the original contents. The action event from the user is the most important thing in developing the bidirectional DMB system. Therefor, capturing the event data from the user is the first step we need to do for the bidirectional DMB service. In this paper, we propose an interaction manager module for the user events. This system will extract the user events and make a plan to update the original scene with the server's reaction information.

市販 酒類中의 Amino Acid의 정량 (Determination of Amino Acid in Alcoholic Beverage)

  • The contents of amino acid in alcoholic beverage-Cheongju, Beer, Makguli, grapewine were analyzed. Cheongju and Makguli were filtered with membrane filter paper. Beer and grapewine were also filtered after treatment with 5-Sulfosalicylic acid. Sample were analyzed by Amino Acid Analyzer (Hitach KLA-5). The results were as follow: 1. The kinds of Amino Acid in Cheongju were 18, those of Beer were 17, Makguli 15, and grape wine 10. 2. The total amino acid in Cheongju was 54.0295 mg, Beer was 16.7172mg, Makguli was 12.3833 mg and grape wine was 4.1480 mg in 100 ml volume.

율무쌀가루 혼합빵의 제빵 특성 비교 (Baking Properties of Yeast Breads Containing Various Combinations of Job's-tears Flour and Wheat Flour)

  • The baking property, chemical composition, instrumental characteristics and sensory quality of yeast breads containing various mixing percentage of Job's-tears flour with wheat flour were studied. The loaf volume and baking quality of the yeast bread made from mixing of 30% Job's-tears flour were similar to those of wheat flour bread. The contents of crude protein, crude fat, and crude ash in Job's-tears flour breads were much higher than those of wheat flour brad. Instrumental rheological characteristics of the yeast breads were measured with a Texture Analyzer. As the addition level of Job's-tears flours increased, hardness of the yeast breads increased but fracturability, adhesiveness, springness, cohesiveness, gumminess, chewiness and resilience decreased. The results of sensory evaluation revealed that Job's-tears flour was added to wheat flour at a replacement level of 10% without a large adverse effect on flavor, taste, mouthfeel and aftertaste.

  • Among various Power converters, a variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) three-phase PWM inverter is regarded as most promising power converter due to its capabilities, which permits the control of voltage, frequency and harmonic contents in a single power stage employing only on DC source. As a modulating technique of the PWM inverter, the regular sampling technique has rendered possible the on-line computation and generation of PWM control waveforms with a reasonably high switching frequencies. In this paper, microprocessor based three-phase regular samping PWM inverter with real-time control algorithm and control circuits for driving three phase AC motor has been developed. Harmocic components of PWM waveform were analized theoretically in terms of Bessel function series and then calculated by digital computer and observed with spectrum analyzer.

Direct Analysis of Aerosol Particles by Atomic Emission and Mass Spectrometry

  • A method for the direct determination of elemental content in each of aerosol particles by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission (ICP-AES) or mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is described. This method is based upon the introduction of diluted aerosol into an ICP and the measurement of either the flash emission intensities of an atomic spectral line or ion intensities. A pulse-height analyzer is used for the measurement of the distribution of the elemental content. In order to calibrate the measuring system, monodisperse aerosols are used. The potentials of the method are shown by demonstrating the copper emission signals from the aerosols generated at a small electric switch, a study of the relation between the decreasing rate of particle number density and particle size, and measurements of calcium contents in the individual biological cells.

  • The properties of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)/maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene (MAgPP)/poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride)(PScMA) ternary blend were investigated. The ternary blend was immiscible based on the glass transition temperatures measured by dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). The degradation of MAgPP during melt mixing for 30 min at 280$^{\circ}C$ did not affect the properties of the ternary blend. The interaction among the components was confirmed from the rheological properties, which was increased with the PSCMA contents. In terms of the mechanical properties, it was observed to satisfy the mixture rule for a multiple system.
